Went to wash my dog on Saturday afternoon and found a FOR LEASE sign on the door. So sorry to see they have closed their doors. Really liked the place and personnel. Gave one star because they are closed for good!

Unfortunately the new hours haven’t been updated as we arrived on a Tuesday to wash our dog and they were closed. We came back on Wednesday and had an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend Dirty Dogs and look forward to taking Kash back again!

This place is great! My dog has so much anxiety and gets so upset about having his nails trimmed, but is has to be done - so what to do? Bring to Dirty Dogs! They handle him with patience and professionalism. Truly appreciate it!

If your puppy does not have bordetella, do NOT bother! The lady who does her own grooming with dirty dogs (Heather) is the only place that requires this vaccine. She would only text at certain times and did not tell me she required it until AFTER I made the appointment, sent all the papers for my puppy, and the night before my appointment. There are other places in the area that only require proof of rabies.

I have to admit that the Dirty Dog treat your dog with love and patients. My dog Elwood feels the love when he comes in. It touches my heart to see how they are love on the dogs. When I drop him off for his Grooming, I don’t even worry be cause I know he is in good hands. Hats off to Tamara & Craig. If you want good service, please go to the dirty dog. I don’t even live in Greensboro. I’m 30-45min away. But it’s worth the drive ????

Self clean system with everything you need, just bring ya loved one and scrub away, even a pre loaded toothbrush. Towels, dryer and everything all included for $20. Snacks available at the front desk.

This place is awesome! We recently moved to Greensboro and brought our beloved doodle. We stumbled upon Dirty Dogs and decided to bring the pup for a bath. They had nice large step in tubs, different kinds of shampoo and conditioner, ear wipes, teeth brushes, etc. The staff was extremely friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Took My Bully Here Because I Needed A Last Minute Grooming For A Dog Show & They Had My Baby Ready In Less Time Than I Expected Because He's All White & He Was DIRTY. Smelled Sooo Good Too ????

My fiancé and I brought our puppy in for the first time to give him a bath. The owner of the store (short haired woman) trimmed his nails and brought him out to attempt to pick him up to put him in the stall. I noticed my dog’s harness started chocking him and he started having an anxiety attack (comes from a abusive breeder). I told the lady what was happening and told her I would get him up. She snatched him back and said “I got it!” I repeated myself louder because my dog started whimpering and she said “do you want to leave my establishment?” All for wanting to pick up my own dog. It’s MY DOG. Her son had to come over and apologize on her behalf and said she’s been having a rough day. That’s not how you treat customers. I will never return and will recommend our colleagues go elsewhere.

We love bringing our dogs here the staff is always friendly and they have everything you need to give you dog a bath and the place is always clean

I was hoping things had changed since this business had so many nice reviews. When the lady who owns this place first bought the business she would fight with her son, screaming and yelling. Very unpleasant. Went away for many months. Came back a few months ago and things were better. Most recently, they were closed a few days because they couldn’t supplies. I left messages on the phone to set an appointment to get my dogs nails cut. The owner called me back several days later. She said we didn’t need an appointment for nail trims. I called before I left for the trims and the message said they were open. Today I went to the store. Posted hours for today 9-7, but there was a closed sign. There was also a small sign that said pull on the red leash for service. I did and a young lady came to the door and asked what I needed she asked me to wait. She went inside and asked about the nail trims. She came back and told me to come back later. What? Wow

Wonderful facility for washing your dog. My boyfriend has been here twice before and loves the setup they offer. And are being covid safe in their space. But as one reviewer has mentioned, you only have one chance to make a good first impression which is true because no matter how good a facility they have, I would rather go somewhere that doesn’t have as good as a setup then give my money to this place. This doesn’t have ANY reflection on the employees- employees loved on every animal and made them feel welcomed and comfortable during their time. This has to do with either a manager or this person is the owner. Someone of authority who clearly should not have this title. Manager or owner was incredibly rude to customers who were trying to help clean the space they used and did not know that it was included in price. She was loud, blunt, and instead of saying thank you for caring about our place and understanding of what the customer was doing, told them they were holding up the cleaning tub and that they need to hurry up. That they are wasting time and they need to get others in. Keep in mind no one was waiting for a tub to open- and in fact there was an extra tub available if someone were to come in. On top of that when we first arrived one of the dogs who is behind the counter did something he shouldn’t have done, I don’t know what it was maybe licking up pee from another dog she didn’t see had gone was mentioned but I do know she yelled and hit the dog REPEATEDLY for his behavior. I understand being frustrated all of our pets do this to us but it should have not been his punishment and if anything it shows a lack of control. I would not feel comfortable if I had to drop my dog off for a grooming. That being said, I will not be returning to DDs anytime soon especially if she is working.

Went for the first time with my 70lb Goldendoodle puppy after he had ran and rolled in the dirt/mud at the bark park for 2hrs. I didn't want the hassle of having to clean up my whole bathroom after giving him a bath at home so I decided to give Dirty dogs a try. It was a great experience, they have everything that you need! Toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, whitening shampoo, tear free shampoo for the face, cologne, towels, blow dryer.... Anything you can think of!!! Oh yea, it was only $20!!!!!! Totally worth it! Recommended for sure!
