Dremel Ouch! My first groom at Nanhall for my 5year golden retriever .I picked her up with matting behind her ears and both hind paws dremeled to the quick with clotted blood. I asked the owner if this was their standard dremel result and their standard for grooming. She offered no apology, only to trim the ears and to smooth the frayed dremeled nails. I declined. Before I saw the hurt paws, I paid the grooming fee and even tipped with payment. This was a painful dremel. My dog is still licking her paws which is why I want to make this post . This is a first for my dog who has had 5 years of grooming...Beware of the carelessness at Nanhall. Ouch!

Just went in to ask a few questions about boarding.

I knew I was in the right place when Nanhall’s host, a lovely black kittie greeted my cat, Dudley. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the pet host and actual host looked after my baby (my cat). I feel very confident that he’s in good hands. The vibe is even right. I recommend this place.

Hayley runs a tight ship at nanhall! Grooming is top notch as are the boarding facilities.

I highly recommend this place! They take good care of my chiweene, he can be very difficult and these ladies take good care of him!

I had a real bad grooming experience at PetSmart. A friend recommended nanhall Pet Spa and my dog absolutely love them and he is cut exactly like I wanted to and not just shave down. And totally a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Buckeye will definitely go back NanHall Pet Spa

I haven’t used the services of this facility but I have been in contact with the owner and she is a wonderful person! I can only imagine she runs her facility the same way she has helped me and my family. Please check out this facility and everything they have to offer. I’m sure they will not disappoint.

This place was awesome! The staff and atmosphere top of the line.

I really enjoyed the staff and how professional everyone was. We had some special requirements for our Persian cat while grooming - she doesn’t like dogs at all. The staff did a great job, our Persian is groomed very well, and most importantly our enjoyed the visit! Highly recommend and will do business here again!!!

When I go out of town, Batman goes to the Dog Hotel!!! This place is great, they even groom & clip his nails if needed.

The staff here is always sweet to our little furry guy and they are very kind and professional business people. They also do a great job of grooming our poodle mix. ???????? We are very thankful that we can board him here‼️

This place is great and my dog thinks so to! They love him here and take great care of him when I have to go away for the weekend. Rachel is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff.

I took my first dog here for grooming. I decided to bring her here because of their “show dog” reviews. Well that’s the least that I received. I have a Pomeranian and she came back with a bad cut, her fur looked uneven and nappy. Her tail wasn’t even touched so I did go back to get that fixed. This was my first and last time coming here.

This place is AMAZING!! I took my Great Pyrenees and Husky/Golden Retriever mix here and they are super hairy dogs and LOVE to spend their time outside (it's near impossible to get them in the house unless it's raining or dinner time). I have taken them to other groomers many times in the past and they have never looked as good as they did leaving Nanhall today! My Great Pyrenees is hardely recognizable, she looks amazing and I can't stop looking at her in awe!! Our Husky/Golden mix looks so amazing as well!! Couldn't be happier!!

My dog is spoiled. Rotten. A diva to the core. I arrive there and she struggles to get out of the car and run to the door on her three little legs (abuse before being adopted by me and promised the life of Riley), fluffy pink ears (yes, Nanhall did this and its ADORABLE) flying. Even if *I* didn't just love everyone there, the way my dog reacts is all the proof i need that she is being cared for and treated by a top notch and very loving group of people. Not to mention -- she always looks FANTASTIC.

I have been using Hanhall for over 7 yrs , My dog is very friendly and loves everyone,including the groomers. The problem is that Hanhall's is a teaching school and my dog will get a trainee that will nick him, with the electric razor, and not even tell me until me until I notice it myself. This has occurred the last 3 times. And we every him groomed ever 5 weeks.The last time he was groomed his muzzle was nicked and now he has a permanent scar. Accidents due occur but at least tell the owner about it. This is not a discount groomer but a place that grooms show dogs. In closing I will never use Nanhall again

We have taken out dogs there for somewhere around 15 years. Like most our dogs don't know that they are not people. They always get exceptional care and treatment. In face when my Bogey (my toy poodle) was in his last stages of life, Haley would take him into her arms herself, bathe him and groom him right then while we waited so he would have any additional stress. Where can you find love and service like that. For the last ten years she's been taking care of Max Minnie and Bella. She has special names for them that reflect their personalities. I can't stress the comfort level I have with her and I am NOT an easy customer.

My dog is always nervous with baths and the staff at Nanhall are AH-Mazing with him; so very patient. They treat your family like their family. I highly recommend bringing your dog in for grooming or just into the front shop for treat!

Nanhall is incredible! Rachel and Hayley always do a wonderful job grooming my dog, Emma! She is my everything and they treat her as family! I don't know what I'd do without them!
