Pretty awesome place. Have never had any problem until yesterday , but I understand things like that happen wasn't a huge deal. The tech cut my baby's nail a little short ????. I could tell she felt bad and Lola was okay!

We took our German shepherd here when we relocated and had an emergency from a self-inflicted wound he had from obsessive scratching. He doesn’t like visiting the vet. They took extra time and used various methods to try to make him comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We’ve used them since. You can take your dog by anytime for a treat and to say hello so they’re more accustomed to going. They really worked with us to treat our dog for the emergency and regular checks as well. Very reasonably priced too.

Dr. Kearn is my next door neighbor and she is so nice! I take my doggos here to get groomed as well as for vet visits. They always do a wonderful job trimming my dog's nails. 10/10 recommend

Everything was great! I just moved to the area, and was nervous about how Roxanne would do in a new office. Y'all were perfect and I'm so glad we found you on the first try. We are looking forward to some happy visits and getting to know the office better!

We've been taking our baby here since he was born and he's going on 8 years. Best staff in the business and our baby loves going their. James, who is the groomer is phenomenal with his work and love of animals. He's the main reason we still continue to go their even though we have moved 30 minutes away. When our baby sees James. We no longer exist and he runs to the back. You can't put a price on that kind of comfort knowing he's in great hands.

This was my first visit to Gate City Animal Hospital. I had researched the facility on the internet prior to making an appointment for my 13 year old dog. The staff was friendly and attentive to me and my pet. The building was modern, clean. All charges were reviewed with me prior to my committing to a service. Therefore, no surprises in the final bill. All my questions were addressed and answered. I was provided with a copy of the doctors findings and recommendations for my records. Future care and upcoming visits were addressed. I was made to feel that my choice in taking my pet to Gate City was appreciated and that my feeling good about making this facility my pet's Health Care Home was as important to them as it was to me. I am glad that I decided to bring my pet here. Looking forward to bringing my other 2 dogs when it is time for their checkups. As far as expense, they seem to be in line with what I have paid at another facilities, but I was happier to turn over my money here. Thank you Gate City Animal Hospital for your hard work , it shows!

I took my dalmatian pup for his second vet visit here. They were so professional here and most importantly loving with our Terry boy. Will definitely be coming back and recommending. Don't look any further!!! Also, the prices are amazing compared to other vets.

I will always take my fur babies here. The staff is overly amazing, caring,loving to the animals and parents needs. The vet doctors are so great. But to be honest there is really no words to explain how great they are. They have always helped me and my family out no matter what it is. They're very compassionate when it comes to heaven sick animals and when we have to make the hardest decisions. I can't express my gratitude to the staff and doctors. Thank you all for your great smiles and help, friendly faces.

Everything was as great as I had hoped. The staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. They really made me feel like I was a valued customer and that Cassie was family to them. They answered my many many questions without any signs of aggravation. They were honestly the best vet hospital I’ve been to and I cannot say that I would change a single thing! First time here, I can say so much but I’m speechless so I’ll try… I was in a rush to get 3 pups in before I left town, Heather and her AMAZING staff are unbelievable. Everyone loved on my fur babes, and answered all of my questions and made me feel like I wasn’t a crazy pup dad. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m excited to go back when I get back from vacation to get my dogs everything they need. They listen to what you need, and recommend what you should do, but don’t pressure you do to anything other than what you want. Very comfortable experience all around, even when I went to pay the lady at the desk called my dog over and talked to him as if he was her pup. Overall I’m blessed I found this FANTASTIC TEAM OF ANIMAL LOVERS….. Thank you all so much. You took a lot of stress off my shoulders with the issue I brought up, I can’t say thank you enough.

I used to take my dogs and cats here before I moved to Winston-Salem, and I will say that while I don't go here anymore, still would if I lived close enough! Gate City Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets, the prices are fair, the staff are friendly and they always were helpful to me and my pets!

Had problems with one of dogs they toke care of it right away. I move my two other dogs to them.They are very friendly and they very knowledgeable

I have multiple cats and have brought them here for care for over 8 years. I have found all their Vets I have worked with to be exceptional: knowledgeable and practical while very compassionate. I never felt pressured to render questionable treatments or field dubious tests, as is so often the case elsewhere. Highly recommended.

First time there after being with another vet for a year. They took good care of my Marley. They took the time to answer any questions I had. Also I didn’t feel pressure to buy specific things for her. They provided the information and leave it up to me to decide. They also offer nail trimming on its own without having to buy a bunch of other things. That’s great because sometimes my pit needs someone that is really trained and can handle it. I am looking forward to working with them for many years.

She was really matted when we picked her up, not sure why. And no one noticed her limp on her back rt leg? Hum. Although we did in form them to look at it while we were away.

Our family loves everyone at Gate City Animal Hospital. They always make us feel so welcome and they take amazing care of our fur babies.

The staff here is so friendly and sweet with my dogs. Dr. Curran was professional and explained things well. When I recently needed a place to board two large dogs at the last minute the week after Easter, they were able to accommodate. I can't think of any way they could have done better. I used to be a veterinary technician, so I am picky about where I take my dogs. Don't hesitate to use Gate City Animal Hospital.

The care and compassion of this practice is wonderful. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

We have been taking our furry family members to Gate City Animal Hospital for the past couple of years. We will never go anywhere else. They are wonderful to work with. They are caring and compassionate and truly listen to what you have to say. While our pets never like going to the vet, they are more at ease there that any other office. I know that our "babies" are getting the best possible care while there. We especially love Dr. Heather, but everyone is wonderful. I highly recommend Gate City Animal Hospital.
