I highly recommend this place. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. All questions get answered immediately. Dr. Upshaw always giving caregiver education. They love "Rush" and it shows. "Rush" rushes to greet them all.

Best Animal Hospital Ever !

Brought a kitten in, vet seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. Three Days later it was dead. Guess he decides to not check for a common infection in kittens. When I brought the cat back for critical care the kitten died. Had the audacity to be annoyed when I was distressed when my kitten died. These people don't care.

Convenient and affordable! Quick and honest! Definitely would suggest to others!

Veterinarian and staff are awesome, very polite and nice, and they treat your pets as if they were their own... They will absolutely take care of your pets needs without any doubts or hesitation, they are the best in the business.

Just another place that requires masks but don’t have not a single one to give out, as they sit on top of each other in the reception area ????.hypocrisy if you ask me . Thank God my dog didn’t need immediate medical attention or he wouldn’t have been seen because I forgot a mask.

Ladies and gentlemen. First let me advise that I am fully aware that many people have had positive takeaways from thier individual interactions with Burlington Road Animal hospital. Unfortunately my family was not afforded that opportunity. On 10/19/2021 we visited this facility to sadly have our family pet euthanized. Prior to the visit we had called a few times to inquire about policy, procedure and price. We spoke with Lillian however we noticed several discrepancies in the information we were given which is the reason for calling more than once. We also noticed that the staff was somewhat abrasive in dealing with the public over the phone. The tone was short and condescending and we were asked to call back twice because the "Manager" Heather said she was busy. When we finally got to speak with someone Heather advised that the pricing information we were given was wrong and that Lillian does not know what she is talking about.. She then gave us the correct info. " We will only take the first 20 walk-ins and you have to be there at 8am to sign in or you could make an appointment but our first opening won't be until mid November. " That should have been my first red flag that an individual could be heartless enough to reccomend I allow my pet to suffer for a month before anything is done. So we loaded our beautiful Razors Edge pittbull terrier into the car this morning for her last ride. We drove her to the facility and we arrived at 7:20am. There were 2 cars in the lot and we waited as instructed until 8am to go inside only to be advised by "Lillian" that several people had already signed in before 8am. We were now 6th in line and she advised that we should have come inside when we arrived at at 7:20 and she did so while raising her voice. Then Lillian said she would have the manager speak with use about yet more inaccurate information when she arrived. We signed the sheet and went back to the parking lot to wait and I decided to go back inside to sit and observe. I sat and started recording on my phone and watched several individuals interact with Lillian and noone else was being treated that way. Finally manager Heather arrived and she proceeded to chastise my wife for where our vehicle was parked. I have a large animal who could no longer walk so I needed to park close. I then moved my vehicle and my wife and I proceeded to have a

They are the absolute best! Best price, best staff, best all around. They cared about our dog and us as a family. I appreciate them so much for being so reasonable and they give great care.

This is a vet of the highest quality yet among the lowest cost. These guys care care care about the animals they treat and about the customers they serve. Dr Upshaw, Heather and the rest of the staff work tirelessly... It's worth a trip in sometime just to see the entry lobby is person after person comes with their pet...

Best doctor and staff in town. They truly care about your pets! Very affordable, especially when you have pets with health conditions. My cats tend to be very scared at a vet, but the doctor is very comforting and sweet to all my cats. I can tell they like him and the staff. The doctor always talks to my cats, pets them and helps them relax before he does anything. You can tell he truly loves animals. I moved to high point, but still drive here so my pets can get wonderful vet care.

I don't know where else you're going to find a veterinarian who cares as much for your animals as you do. Dr. Upshaw does. He has a heart for this practice and I would recommend him to anyone. Anytime.
