Holy Moly!!! Vickie's Pampered Pets gets ????500 stars???? out of 10! The highest of recommendations I've ever given any company! WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! ???? My rescue, Mister Judd, needed a bath & a nail trim. (For context, I rescued a dog in severe need of rescuing. He's had a virtually impossible 4 years of life, & came to me with doggy PTSD.) NOW LET ME TELL YOUR WHAT HAPPENED! [JAW DRAGGING THE FLOOR] ???????? Mr. Judd is skittish of any people, sometimes still including Me. When I dropped him off today, he walked right up to one of the owner's, Vickie ???? ⁉️???? THEN AFTER a bath & a nail trim, when I picked him up, he did not want to leave! ????⁉️???? Even when we got outside, another staff member was out, and instead of bolting to my car, as he usually does, he pulled me over to their staff member, because he wanted to hang out longer & get pets! ⁉️???????? THERE'S MORE! Mr. Judd has never taken a car ride with me without shaking uncontrollably. Judd DID NOT SHAKE ANY on the way home! That was AFTER a bath and a nail trim!? My PTSD doggy went into Vickie's Pampered Pets, & walked out an emotionally MORE stable dog, and beautifully clean! There is not an emoji for my face right now! WOW! ????????????????????

Very nice service. she made sure that my huge goldendoodle puppy was comfortable to stay with her before she took him back. Her husband that works the desk was very kind.they were very straight up about the price and that it would increase as he got larger. She did his haircut just as I had asked, nothing more, nothing less. I was very pleased.

This is the worst where they can bring their dogs, yesterday 12-29-2020 I brought my dog ​​and they cut her and she does not stop crying and she is very strange, I will never return to this place. and besides that they are bad educated and bad spoken.

I did not have my first good experience with them. They were very nice people. And I was very respectful towards them but I got the worst haircut for my cat I would never bring my cat back there again. I do not feel they were professional enough. And I had to help finish cutting my cat with the groomer. But I do want to specify that they were very nice but for $70 my cat looks horrible

Vickie has groomed my golden retriever for about 5 years now. She always does a great job. I would highly recommend her.

I am very disappointed. I have a pyredoodle who’s a big teddy bear. He needed a summer cut but I asked them not to shave all the way, and showed them pics of other pyredoodles with their summer cut. Other than his tail, he’s shaved to the last point.

I only went here to get my dog's nails groomed. The price for this is $7 and it is walk-in friendly which is a good thing. BUT the service is 1 star- Lazy. I was so disappointed. The place is located at a residential home, theyve built a grooming shelter connecting to their home. At first I thought it was neat to see a local business this way. Afterwards I understood it only supported the fact that they were Very unprofessional in skill. Like I said I only went here for 1 simple thing, to get a nail trimming for my dog. I went there and stepped out within 3 min. The groomer was an older lady whose attitude was very friendly, just for this I'll give 2 stars generously. BUT this lady did not cut my dogs nails correctly. She barely chipped the tips of my dog's nails and they were still Very long after we left. I told her this and asked her if she did it properly Because it was still long. but she would not cut anymore saying it was good "enough". (I've seen many videos on how to cut a dog's nails And I know how short it should have been) This groomer does not know how to trim a dog's nails, or if she did, she chose not to cut my dog's nail the proper way. Lazy work. She took 30 secs to cut little chips off the tips of my dogs paws. Made us paid and then saw us out their door. I was So disappointed. $7 wasted, but it wasnt much, so what can I expect? Not much as well it seemed... I'll not be returning to this place. And I warn you to turn away as well. Honestly it Seems like every local business I go to will give poor or lazy service if they do not know you as a regular/local resident. This really needs to change. If not, these businesses will eventually go out of business. Think about it. Your only customers are more than likely Only regulars and local people who you know. You're not gaining any new customers with your poor service and performance to first time customers.

This was my first visit to Vickie's. Both my puppies look great and their hair has never been softer. Nails could have been clipped a little shorter, but were buffed nicely. Price was very reasonable. We will return.

She's one of the best groomers that I've ever had the pleasure of using been going for quite a while we'll keep going

I have no issue with this business, but Vicki's husband is a piece of work! I was at my vet when he came in to complain about what the vet had said about one pet the business had groomed - there was a young child present and the language he used was not appropriate. Whatever beef he had with the vet should have been handled professionally and behind closed doors. I wouldn't bring my pet to a groomer who acts like this in public.

Female staff very nice and treated my dog like it was their own. Great atmosphere, conversation and did awesome job on grooming my Pomeranian.

This place is great! Vicki is very talented and did a beautiful job with my long haired cat's cut. It is very well blended and looks much better than anywhere else I've taken her in Greensboro. I can tell she takes her time and is patient with cats, which many places aren't. I'm so glad to have found them!
