This place is great if your wealthy. The staff is rude and acted like they didn't care about my pet even after running test they still didn't know what was wrong, I had to go to another vet spend more money to actually get results. I do not recommend them.

** DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN INTERNATIONAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE*** Despite spending $114 for the international health certificate to travel to the country of Panama, the vet Dr. Arnese filled out an interstate travel form to Panama City, Florida. He then lied (through his vet tech) about the access to the online APHIS system required for fast approval because he didn't know how to use it. I had to walk his vet tech through the entire process of filling out the paperwork, only to result in delays that leave my cat stranded in the US while I move to Panama. A truly heartbreaking experience thanks to Banfield. They offered to redo it, but it would fall outside of the 10-day timeframe which would render the health certificate useless. Management informed me that they do in fact have access to the APHIS system, contrary to what Dr. Arnese's vet tech told me. **IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR PET TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL MOVE WITH YOU, GO TO ANOTHER VET**

Have a great 5 year old coonhound/husky mix that want let me touch her paws & they took her back clipped them, no whining or barking in 5-8 minutets or less.Great people.

We’ve taken our dog here twice now but we won’t be back. We adopted our dog at the beginning of December from the animal shelter. We liked the monthly plans they offered here and saw good reviews so we thought it would be a good experience. We took her for her initial visit 5 days after her adoption, for a routine check up and to ask about some ear issues she was having. The vet knew she was a brand new adoption, but still only spent about 30 seconds getting to know our dog before she tried to examine her. (Our dog had also just been spayed so she was very sensitive on her stomach) Our dog growled at the vet so they put a muzzle on her. (not mad about this, 100% support muzzles because they protect the dog and people) It was obvious our dog was terrified and had some trauma from the shelter. Instead of giving her any time to settle down or calm her nerves, the vet had my boyfriend and the vet tech restrain her in the corner so she could swab her ears. My dog hated it and freaked out. They said that’s all they would do, and then tried to sell us all these plans and medicines. Answered 0 of our questions and sent us home. Weeks later we hadn’t heard from them at all so we took her back today. The only reason we went back was because we thought we had paid for the monthly plan, so we wanted to use our month up then switch vets. (we thought we had the plan because the initial visit was so expensive lol) They swabbed her ears AGAIN, never mentioned the swab from the initial visit, and ignored all of our questions or just blew them off. They again tried to sell us unnecessary medicines and treatments, and then mentioned the visit would cost way more than we expected because they actually hadn’t signed us up for monthly plan like we had thought. So we wasted hundreds of dollars for 2 ears swabs and a further traumatized dog. If you actually care about your dogs health please think twice about this place! They don’t answer questions, take time to get to know your animal, and they’re more concerned about making money than caring for your pet.

I love banfield pet hospital they are so nice and my precious (aka ) Monkee she can be a lot but they are so attentive with her and they make sure she's up to date on her well being and please people get the insurance for your pet you'll be glad you did,,,all in all I'm very satisfied,,,

This location used to be better with customer service. Lately they answer the phone and leave you on hold forever. I would rather be called back then be left on hold 30mins or more. I attempted to call this location 3 times this week and even left a message on there voicemail. Very disappointed I understand they can be busy but waiting that long on the phone is unnecessary for anyone.

They take excellent care of my cat and dog. The plan is a great deal and makes me feel comfortable that they are getting the best care.

Unfortunately they don't know the law about pets traveling to Puerto Rico and all they said that's needed wasn't true, I was able to flight to PR and came back with no issues neither way

The two people that worked with me and my puppy were absolutely amazing! Dr McCauley and the tech Tyler, I’m not sure, but they were both so helpful, compassionate and down to earth. They gave great advice and suggestions on how to best care for my puppy, Skye. I felt very comfortable talking with them and they explained everything in a way I was able to understand. I would 100% like for them both to continue to be a part of the team that takes care of my animals. Seriously though, if they are up for a raise they deserve it!

Koby and Brauny love this place. They take care of the dogs health care needs. Get the monlthy plan that covers most of the shots and check ups.

I always get great service at Banfield on west gate Blvd but this last visit wasn't very pleasant at all. They seem to forget a lot of things and I wanted to speak to the doctor but I was told the she or he was in surgery.

Our new vet now! From the front sidewalk to the door to the front desk to this wonderful practice, I cannot give enough praise. Dr. Bentz & Vince & the beautiful front desk angel to the beautiful customer named Susan that prayed for me, my dog Sassy (almost 19 years old) German Shepherd Black Lab mix, we have found our new next vet group. Yesterday, the staff handled me, my mom, Sassy and all mom's questions, all my anxiety and gave excellent care to our very special girl....THANK YOU SO MUCH. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! We had to discuss end of life plan and palliative care for Sassy and they all handled it. Even when my awesome mom realized she wasn't wearing her mask. They exceeded all of our expectations! ????❤????❤????❤????❤

Long wait, high price, nice people. Be clear about what you want for shots and care, because there is a lot that is offered that may not be necessary. You may also want all the care here, and they’ll do a great job!

I had made an appt last week, for a puppy I took over care for. When I showed up for the appt today, I was told that he didn't have an appt scheduled today. The previous owner had received the email stating his appt was today. How did it just disappear??? That initial visit for me was enough to say no to going here again. Plus the wellness plan is outrageous compared to others that I have priced.

Ever since I have my dog, we have been at this location. They are always nice and welcoming. They remember Blueberry (my dog’s name) every time we go in. He is a skittish dog so they are always gentle and patient with him. I’m happy to have them to help care for Blueberry.
