Animal Ark of Brassfield Greensboro, North Carolina

We are new to Greensboro and were looking for a good vet. We are quite picky and LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys from the front desk to the assistants to the vet... they are great.

I just moved to the area and had to bring one of my chickens to him. He took great care of her and is very knowledgeable. The staff is personable and professional. I will be using Animal Ark for all my animals! Also the price was reasonable!

I love the Animal Ark. The doctors are always on their A game. LuLu, Simba, and Baby Kat love them too.

The staff here is great. My visit with a new kitten went guickly and efficiently. This is my new vet for sure

Absolutely AMAZING! It was so hard to find a Vet to take my rabbit too! However, I am so glad I was referred to animal Ark! They treated my Lola amazingly! And their prices are fantastic!

The staff here are so friendly!! The doc was able to prescribe our iguana Felix meds that fixed him right up!! They've even got a cool gift shop including toys for pets, food, and even candles!!

Took my 19 year old cat in for a wellness check on 8/9/2021 knowing he was not doing well, but wasn't quite ready to accept the fact that it was his time to go. He was in no pain, but he was very sick and it was decided we needed to put him down. I cannot express enough how professional and loving and compassionate each staff member and the doctor we encountered was throughout this ordeal... they treated us and our cat with dignity and provided calmness to us while walking us through every step of the process. Thank you so very much for helping us provide my Sunshine with love during his final day!!

I called to get a nail trim appointment for my large nervous dog. The staff was fantastic and I got an appointment for the next day. To my surprise, there was no problem with the nail trim and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Well worth my time. Everyone was helpful and cheerful.

Ashley Church is amazing along with the rest of the staff. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff and awesome vets!!

Today was my first visit to this practice for an eye issue with a reptile. Very happy all around. The staff are friendly, welcoming, efficient, and competent. The technician, same. They showed true interest in my pet and her wellbeing. Dr. Spindel was great. Friendly, thorough, and also efficient. He covered all relevant bases quickly and competently. Also very fair prices especially for an exotics vet. Would happily return.

I'm sure this is a fine vet clinic and they're likely great with pets. But I found it astounding this morning when I went to bring in my dog. We just recently moved here and this was his first visit to this vet clinic. They insisted out of an irrational fear of Covid that they take my dog in for an exam and shots while we sat outside waiting. It's May 19, 2021. We're fully vaccinated from Covid and the government (feds and state) have ended the mask mandates. There's no way I am handing my dog over to complete strangers hoping he's not traumatized in the process. I explained all of that to the friendly vet associate. She politely told me the doctors were unwilling to take the risk. So we left. Off to find a vet with rational policies.

They are wonderful with our allergy prone dalmatian and take the time to explain everything clearly. One thing I am particularly thankful for is how great their scheduling is. The fact that we've been able to call with concerns and come in the next day or soon after makes us feel confident that Animal Ark is there for our family.
