Charged me $15 to "communicate" with Chewy.com to get HeartGuard. This charge was not "communicated" to me when I spoke with one of the receptionist a few days before when she called to verify pets name for order. Keep the $15 lost a customer.

I love Dr Hanson and his team. They have taken care of every baby my husband and I have had since arriving in Goldsboro over 15 years ago When we got our new baby Janie Noel right before Christmas we took her to be checked. Today at 6 months old, she was spayed. She received the loving care from all involved that I knew she would receive. I was informed all along the way and issues I did not realize she had were brought to my attention. With discussion from the Dr and his team Janie is going to be fine. I learned alot about treatments and her care. I would never,never,never let another Dr take care of Janie Noel, just Dr Hanson. He is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about dachshunds. I trust him implicitly. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr Hanson and your staff for talking such good care of my baby Judy S Hale

took my dog to Spring Creek Animal Hospital for an examination He saw Dr. Mark Hansen DVM. I was Concerned about A Knot on my dogs rectum. I wasn't allowed to go into the office with my dog. But I Had other concerns that I wanted to talk to the Dr. About. He sent my dog back out and said he needs surgery. With no other explanations I asked several times to talk with him about my Animal. I even ask for Dr. Hansen to give me a call so I can discuss my concerns. Dr. Hansen got upset because I Kept asking to talk to him. After my payment he sent a message telling me not to return and not to bring my animals back to his office. I took my dog to another Vet about my concerns and come to find out my Dog has CANCER. so Dr. Hansen did not examine my dog at all And I paid for a Full Examination. And you just looked in one Area If You would have just took the time to listen to your Patients and there concerns maybe the BBB would not have to hear about your lack of Concern.

Dr. Mark and his team do a fantastic job! We've been taking our Labradoodle for the past 6 years. We're there at least once a month (injections to treat Addison's disease) in addition to routine care, minor procedures and kennel our dog there for some vacations. The techs are always friendly, prices are very reasonable and we've never had a problem.

Great vet and vet techs! Very caring team. Would definitely recommend them!

My Dog needed immediate attention they got her in right away and got the job done. I got quoted for some future work and the price was astoundingly low for the surgery. I moved from California an the prices were 4 times more. Definitely going to be my vet from now on.

We had a positive experience for our first visit! Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The sitting area is small but we did just fine waiting by the counter desk area. Plus the other customers with either large or tiny dogs seemed to be mindful of having some distance between them so there was no negative behavior between all the dogs.

They are very good with our animals.

I bring all 5 of my babies (dogs) to Dr. Hansen and crew. They are very friendly and all of my dogs love them. The office is very clean as well. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Hansen and Narmy as they are always happy and upbeat...think my dogs feed off of their positive attitudes as I know i do. I fully trust them with my girls which is a great feeling, because I have had bad experiences with vets in the past. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! And they are very reasonably priced.
