Very Helpful Friendly Staff. Actually Came to my Vehicle to give my Baby Alex her Rabies Shot. She was Definitely More Comfortable In My Truck, Than Going Inside ( too many other dogs and animals lol). They had me pull around to the side and within 5 minutes I was heading home! Thank You All!

I don’t quite understand why the office is still on lockdown. You can’t even go into the building. So, you just have to assume they actually do what they are suppose too. Why? Mandates are lifted. Vaccine = no mask, no Vaccine=mask. Even if you still, for whatever reason, you still wanted to insist on clients wearing a mask. So be it. But to completely keep People from entering the building at all, mask or not, is way overboard. Every other Vets office I have been to, I could stay with my dogs almost the entire time and through almost every test and treatment. I waited for 20 minutes when I went back to pick my dog up and then, of course, they came out and took my credit card and then waited again to bring my dog outside. I will be taking my animal to another Vet from this point forward. The very quick and limited conversation with the employees was not terrible. But you probably shouldn’t just throw peoples credit card in the bag. And didn’t bother to tell me that either. When I asked for it back, she didn’t like that I asked and then pointed out that it was in the bag. I was warned by a few people not to use Berkley. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake. This is an addition issue I just experienced as well and they have blocked me from posting any further reviews on here. Date: 1/15/22. Price gouging. Medication for one of my dogs went from $17 to $80. Upon review of other refills at this office. The prices seem to be made up as they go. Especially the ones that they know the pet must have. There is no justification for what they are doing and there are several other bad reviews over pricing as well on google. This may be just a personal payback to Me because I gave them a bad rating back during the summer as well. I suggest to anyone to take the time to read all the reviews on multiple sites before you make a decision to go to Berkeley. Attitudes with the front desk help is unprofessional as well. This latest incident was one of many. On the phone same price as before and once we get there it’s $80. And just a simple “I’m sorry” is the extent of the reply. Needless to say it’s only $30 online. By far the worst vet I’ve ever been to. I will be inquiring with the State office about possible price gouging. I believe they feel that pet owners will just pay whatever they charge just to provide for their pets. I should have listened to the many others that I work with not to use this place. Lesson learned.

Absolutely most professional vet around. We've had multiple animals needing surgery, amputations, and other fairly complex procedures and the Berkeley Vet has handled every single one with zero complications.

The staff at Berkeley Veterinary Clinic was able to get my cat seen quickly and provided great information prior to her appointment on feeding and medicine needs. The two Veterinarians I have seen have both been very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as well as helped me get my cats medication quickly.

Friendly, clean, rational prices. They clearly like pets and do a great job.

Best vet in Wayne County. Smart, friendly doctors, every one of them. Enough doctors and staff in that office that you can get your pet treated the same day if there’s an emergency. And I never have a problem getting a quick appointment for non emergency visits. This has been our vet for well over 10 years and the service is consistently great. I wouldn’t take my 2 dogs anywhere else!

I got to my appointment 10 minutes early where they said it was only gonna be a few minutes and i waited over an hour to get seen. 4 dogs that came in after me got seen before me.

So happy we decided to try Berkeley Vet! We needed to get our dog Goku caught up on his shots and a place to board him for the weekend while we were out of town. He also needed a bath. They took great care of him. We picked him up Sunday afternoon and he smelled so good and felt so soft. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our baby!!!

$20 for a rabies vaccine? You were able to buy the whole vial at tractor supply a year or so ago for $20, which was enough to vaccinate my 3 dogs, 2 cats, and my sisters dog. $20 for 1 dog!? Customer service was good, but the pricing? Craziness...

Had my kitten neutered. Was very quick and easy. Dropping off was very simple.

Always have taken my fur babies here. Even when I was a little girl my parents took my dog here. Always take great care of my animals. They are the only vet I trust.

Because of covid, my dog teddy, had become severely matted. The groomer and the staff are just terrific there. The doctor was awesome, and very understanding. I would recommend anyone to take their pet there. I will be taking my teddy back for sure! Thank you Berkeley Veterinary Clinic! ????

We have been bringing our pets here for care for a long time. It doesn't matter which Dr. sees your pet, they're all terrific. They understand how to care for and diagnose your pets' concerns and they have an outstanding bedside manner as they explain those concerns to you. Berkeley Vet also offers boarding and grooming. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Whit is awesome it was our first time here whith our new puppy Bentley. The Dr. and nurse were patient and very open to answering the endless questions and concerns that we had. They went out of their way to help ease us through the process because we were more nervous than our puppy it seemed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
