1-20-22 Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital isn't my home vet as I live in Greensboro. My killer was visiting my family and needed to be seen same day for an emergency. Thanks for making this happen! Dr. Renee was thorough and took the time to diagnose and treat my pooch accordingly and effectively. I am thankful. The staff handling records/information exchange with my current vet was flawless and timely. The entire experience was outstanding. Excellent care and professionalism was exhibited in all aspects. In the Goldsboro area? This is it. Look no further.

Love how attentive my veterinarian is to our dogs. It's small but their obvious love for animals is, well, obvious.

Took MiMi girl to the vet to make sure she is ok. The staff was so friendly and caring. They did all the tests and examined her very well. We will definitely be going back so that she can get caught up on her vaccines.

We absolutely love this veterinary office. Our primary mission of our rescue is TNR and when we reached out to Dr. Kari Obermeyer for help she did not think twice, she immediately asked us what she could do to help us. We love this office so much that not only will we be taking all of the rescue animals here we will also be taking our personal animals here. Also, every time we do an adoption we refer this office because we know that they will get amazing service. Keep Up The Amazing Work!

I made an appointment yesterday for 10:40am today, after driving an hour to goldsboro my appointment was somehow lost. I spoke with Carla and explained my information wouldn't of been in the system unless I made an appointment, she made it quite clear that I must have made a proior appointment and never showed up. After asking if I could speak to someone else she firmly stated it no way they could help me. If this is the way the front desk handles things I'd never let them touch my son/dog!

I had a very sad duty that I asked them to do. My boy, Chopper, was my best friend for 14 years. His health and happiness had gone so low, it was time to say goodbye. These people were so professional, and so compassionate. They knew this was a very hard thing for me, and took time to explain and gave me time alone with him to say goodbye. I'm so thankful to them for making a bad day less painful for Chopper and me, too.

The 4 is because I hate not being able to go in with my dog yet. The team is a 5 and always very tender and caring with my pets and with my heart, as these most current visits are to take care of my dogs in their end of life stages...it's a tender time for me.

This location is very close to me as I reside in Rosewood and I first visited this location back in 2009 when my dog Lily seem to be under the weather. I didn't know at the time she had Lymphoma which was properly diagnosed at Eastwaye Veterinary Clinic, something this Clinic missed in testing. I decided to no longer visit this clinic after her misdiagnosis and I had to have her put to sleep. I heard the clinic was under new ownership but still did not plan on visiting this location but had an emergency and it was the closest vet. I was really happy that the vet was compassionate and very helpful with Chloe. As time passed, it seem like I could never see him the same vet. That's when I realized when a good veterinarian works at this Clinic they don't stay very long. The woman who owns this Clinic is also a veterinarian but maybe because she owns this Clinic money is more of a priority than actually taking care of animals. This became abundantly clear when Chloe was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. She was put on a daily thyroid medication which wasn't very expensive at $36 a month. I understand the need to check her thyroid to make sure the medication is working properly. It's not difficult to see when the medication needs to be adjusted as Chloe behavior would change. The final straw was when I was trying to get Chloe's monthly prescription and I was told they would not fill it unless she had a full examination with a thyroid test, which she had just had done two months previous. I'm on disability so having a thyroid test every few months which costs $85 was expensive for me. A friend told me about Riverbank Animal Clinic in Kinston NC and I was able to get in without an appointment. What a breath of fresh air! They gave me the exact same thyroid medication that was getting at this clinic for $10! They were also able to treat her chronic ear infections with a better medication and more cost-efficient than what I was paying here. The veterinarian who owns this Clinic is incredibly rude and maybe money is tight? I understand this is a business and not a charity but blatant overcharging is just wrong. If you are having your dog's nails clipped or something else that can be done with a technician, then I highly recommend them as the vet techs are incredibly friendly and skilled. But if your pet has a more serious underlying condition that can become incredibly costly, I would definitely not recommend this Clinic.

My wife took in our dog and yall did blood draws and tests that were never discussed with my wife before racking the bill up. And then didnt even offer a type of payment plan on it. Very very unprofessional. Even wen u take your car in they need permission to do the work on it. You'll be lucky if we dont wew you for the bill triple and other damages.
