Our appointment was at 3:30 we arrived at 3 it was close to 4:16 before we got called to the back once we got called to the back we waited probably 15 minutes for the doctor to come in she said that she was going out to get the medicine after she done the exam and come back and we sat in there another 45 minutes waiting for her. I finally had to go to receptionist desk and remind them that we were still in there waiting on doctor. they are very expensive we were in there over 2 hours

Would not allow me to be with Billy for a temperature check.I was quoted 150 dollars for prompt service on top of visit fee.

Very professional. Dr silvers is great, the front staff can be a little unfriendly but in there defense they are usually busy. I would recommend this place for quality pet car.

Wayne Veterinary Hospital was the ONLY vet that was compassionate enough to see my deathly ill cat on an emergency basis even though she was not their patient. Her regular vet said they were too busy, even though she had been their patient for years. The Vet was so kind and knowledgeable. The entire staff was wonderful and I will be transferring to them.

I do not recommend this vet of you want to keep your animals alive. I had two healthy happy dogs that I had board over the weekend. After getting them home one becomes severely ill, she was only home 8 days before she died from parvo and now our other dog has just tested positive for it. We do not take our dogs anywhere except for them to board that weekend and one time before. And instead of them being sympathetic about it all they do is blame the owner for what they should have done differently, and the only thing I should have done different is to never bring my dogs there. The vets there only care about how much money comes out of your pocket and not about the best interest of the animals. I'll make sure y'all remember who NINA is!!!!

Waited an hour for bloodwork. Over $100 more than usual charged. Other people paying remarked that their Bill's were more than what they were told.

I switched from spring creek to Wayne when I moved a few years ago and have no issues. Very friendly staff, sometimes the appointments start a little late but the lobby is never empty so that says something about clientele loyalty.

I am seriously so upset with this hospital, We decided to try this place because of the nice reviews, until I picked up my cat COVERED in stool. And when I say covered I mean there was poop matted into his fur, on his blanket in his carry kennel, on his paws, and on the side of the carrier. I didn’t even noticed until we got home and I let him out that I saw this! I am so disappointed with this! We are new to this vet and I am just astonished at our horrible their customer care is. We have been here twice! The first time wasn’t bad at all. The second time for his checkup was one I had to do a double look because you can tell they didn’t even check on my cat!! What kind of business prides themselves on taking care of your animal just for you to pick them up soiled?? I will NOT be taking my cat back there. Then the lady who answered the phone had the nerve to tell me “he had a little accident and we didn’t notice, were sorry!”. That’s your job, is to care and check on these animals! Not to add that these prices are ridiculous.

Took my dog for ear infection check up. They did bordatella injection without telling me and charged me for it. My dog is throwing up ever since she came back home from that place. God knows what they've done to her there or if she cought parvo virus in their kennels. Receptionist didn't say what they did to my dog, didn't explain what they found in her ears and didn't explain anything about the meds they prescribed. Was ignoring all of my questions. Such poor customer servive! I paid about $250 when all I needed only ear check up and meds for it. On top of it my dog is sick since we came back from that place. And I hope it's nothing serious as somebody will be responsible for all this!

The 2 receptionists I've interacted with who answer the phones are very sweet. They'll go out of their way to clarify or ask the Vet questions before you go in. Stay in your car and call to check in or go in to check in. They squeezed me and my kitty in and I still didn't wait too long. The vet assisted spends a few minutes and is nice and concerned. And Dr. George The Younger has been so great for me and Gray Boy. Hes patient, explains what's going on and while we did get antibiotics, flea stuff and earlobe mess, he did prescribe an old school, warm washcloth compress on his cheeks several times a day. When he allows himself to relax, he enjoys it. Closes his eyes and. His head gets heavy. Hes doing good. Thanks guys. See you next week around the 10.

We had to call them for end of life care for our dog. He was not a patient but they got us right in and Dr. Wagner was wonderful. She was very kind and compassionate. We have since added Smalls to our family and wouldn't trust any other vet with our new little guy. He has seen Dr Silver Jr and Dr Wagner. We couldn't be happier with the care. The cost is extremely reasonable compared to what we paid previous vets.

I wanted to give them no stars but that's not a option. I took my pet there for the first time . They told me it would be 206 dollars to get him fixed. That was cool I had enough for that. But when they called me in the afternoon it was almost 400 dollars claimed he was in a higher weight class and was trying to charge me with e-collar pain meds and claimed he had worms and was throwing meds in for that. So we told them we had enough for initial payment from the beginning and we would make payments. It being at the beginning of this virus we are not working and shelters wanting people to adopt animals to be safe from virus. I went to pick him up they changed their mind about payments tried keeping him over night and charging me for overnight. But finally they took partial payment and took everything they were trying to charge extra for e-collar and all meds. That he really didn't need . Hey has made full recovery fine. But the bill was still higher than initially from the beginning. These people are money hungry. I will never go back here. I suggest to go somewhere else.

I would definitely recommend The team because they always take good care of my animals. They seem concerned and make sure you understand everything before you leave. Can be pricey so you should ask price before care.
