This has been my yorkies vet since he was a puppy! Today he had to have A surgery cleaning for his teeth. They are the only vet office I trust with my dog, considering he has a liver shunt and a broken skull from a accident that happened a few years ago. He’s a sensitive dog! But I wouldn’t trust any other vet office with him

My experience was great. Me and my pup were in and out. The dr and her assistant were very nice. The 2 receptionist at the front desk were nice as well. The facility was very clean as well.

Great care. Great staff. We have been clients for Roughly 12 years. Could not be happier with all the staff. Dr. Moore just recently saved 2 of our dachshunds. He had to remove a tumor from the liver on our 14 year old about a month ago, and just this week diagnosed our 13 year old with congestive heart failure that jumped up out of nowhere! He has gotten us on the right path with that one and is doing great. A BIG shout out to Sally for recognizing the emergency and Dr. Moore and staff too. Merry Christmas to all. BTW... highly recommend

Excellent Service for a worried pet owner!

Vet doctors are good, but office management could be a little bit better, because when I call and leave a message (live person, not vm) for the bather and they never got word of it, and they really need a groomer, they haven’t had a good one since Leslie, she was fantastic.

I trust Dr. Moore's advice on my animal care. He gives a good exam of my dog and is thorough. He understands that I will do anything possible to take the best care of my dogs but I am on a limited money supply! He doesn't mind giving me cheaper alternative treatments if I can't afford the first suggestion. The staff have been so good to me and my dogs Oreo, Tank and Camo and in the last days for Tank, Oreo and Camo! A little expensive but it's worth it to get good care!! I want to thank everyone at Wilkinson for their care and patients as we put our last dog down, my heart is broken! We appreciate y'all more than you know!

Everyone was so nice. I had 3 dogs in there at the same time. They were very accommodating!! My puppies were super happy!!

Always very courteous and are passionate about your pets well being. Very informative about sending reminders of appointments or medications that are due to be administered to your pet. Very Very happy we switched to this business for our pet needs. Awesome and very friendly staff and great doctors.

I love this clinic!! My vet of 40 yrs. retired at the beginning of Covid. I was hesitant to even attempt a drop off with a new vet. I cont. calling to see when they would open for clients to accompany pets back in. I was anxious to meet Dr. Moore as for the first time, I had been using a more holistic approach with our Newf puppy. Once open I had my first visit. Staff were friendly and welcoming, very competent, and made me and Mishka feel right at home. Dr Romo was awesome, took time to explain, answer questions and interacted well with my girl. We had 2nd visit this week, due to not being able to wait for a later appt. with Dr. Moore they could get her in earlier as a drop off. After meeting staff previous I was very comfortable doing so. Dr. Moore promptly called to go over findings. He was courteous, professional & well informed. He quickly put my mind at ease, was very thorough with exam and took time to give me recommendations and results. I feel I have found our veterinary services for hopefully the next 40 yrs. Thank you!!

I can only talk about my experience, but I have nothing negative to say about this place. My dog is a reactive dog and they go above and beyond always to make me feel comfortable especially with my dog Tarzan. They help me tremendously with him when it comes to office visit allowing me to go through the side door. This for me was already a huge win. The doctors and staff are very kind. In terms of price well I guess it could be a little costly but its all worth it and plus Im sure there are more expensive vet places out there with no even half the professionalism, respect, and no judgment on your dogs behavior than Wilkinson Animal Hospital. I love the doctors, the staff and how the doctors take the time to greet you and answer all your question. Totally recommend this place.

A very professional and caring animal hospital.

Amazing staff and doctors. They took care of my fur baby Claymore and checked in on him frequently. I could not ask for more!!! Me and Claymore kitty are both very thankful for the entire staff. My cat even sent them cupcakes!

I feel like Blu Bear was well taken care of while he had his surgery. He isn't completely healed yet, but keeping an eye on his incision. I will be more apt to give a 5 star rating once he has healed completely. Thank you.

Dr. Moore is amazing!! It can be tough to find as good holistic vet, but he has been so great with all three of my cats!

I had been taking my dog to Dickson for a year or so. I got a new puppy with a hurt leg and they told me to pound sand and make an appointment or go someplace else. So that's what I did and I will not be going back to Dickson Clinic. Thank you Wilkinson Vet for the attention and care.

***It is now two weeks later and Id love to update and reiterate how great the staff and facility are. I went in yesterday to have my puppy neutered and they did an excellent job with taking care of my Beanie both during the procedure and in recovery. Yesterday, I also found out my puppy has very severe hip dysplasia which is already uncommon in corgis, especially so young. If it weren’t for Dr. Moore and his expertise in orthopedics, I would’ve probably gone so much longer with this undiagnosed. I cannot express how grateful I am for my dog to receive such amazing care and I’m looking forward to working more with these amazing people on getting my pup on the best path possible for this condition. I had a PHENOMENAL experience here after searching for a great veterinarian for my 8 month old corgi. The staff are friendly and their love for animals is evident. The vet and techs are very thorough in both their actions and in explaining what is or what should be going on. I really appreciated being with my puppy for the first time INSIDE together. At my last vet, I really did not like sitting in my car waiting on my puppy to finish his visit and I’m happy I can be with him here. Sure — higher end prices, but my dog is my baby and I’m willing to pay those prices to ensure my puppy is in excellent condition!

The staff was great. They were able to schedule an appointment for my kitten very quickly. They were extremely friendly and a great price overall. I will be taking my other cats there as well!

All of my dealings over 30+ years have been only good ones. I would not go anywhere else for my dog's are. The staff is well trained, they greet you by name and treat the patrons very well.

My cat was a client of this establishment for 4 years. Before covid this place was very friendly albeit expensive . Today I dropped my cat off at 7:45 in the morning for her appointment for a rabies shot and weight check. which due to covid I was not allowed to stay with her. I heard nothing from them and therefore called at 2:00 to find out what was going on. I was told people were at lunch they would call me back. No one called me back at 5:00 I walked in the office and asked to pick up my cat whether they had seen her or not. The office staff didn’t know where her records had went and spent a while trying to find them. The vet had just did the weight check and called me while I was in the office and when I told them I was in the lobby she said no one had told them. It was 5:25 before I was able to get my cat. I will not be back after how unprofessional today’s experience was.
