TERRIBLE!!! Dropped my 2 cats off and the guy was very nice at first , his friend walked in and said “ What are the cats doing here ? “ then he proceeds to say “ Getting them ready for Chen’s Buffet “ made me veryyyy uncomfortable , you don’t joke about killing someone’s pet !!! Came back later and my cats were in their carriers on the floor while dogs we’re running around them . They charged me $106 to “bathe” them and clip their nails , as I was walking to my car the dogs followed us kept jumping up at their carriers !! The guy walks out to our car to tell us they only used dry shampoo and brushed them AFTER we paid . Got them home and they looked no different . These people DO NOT GROOM CATS !!! The groomer didn’t even know that one was a male ( after we told them and put it on the paperwork ) and then proceeds to say that there was something wrong with the “girl” because his male parts were out and said that it looked like an infection . If I wanted to get them brushed and dry shampooed I would do it at home and I sure wouldn’t pay $106 to do so . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!

Bobby is a straight up guy reached out to me to resolve issue me and toro will be back 5 stars ????

We just moved to NC and we couldn’t find a perfect fit our our goldendoodle. They did amazing with our guy! Thank you so much!

Making an appointment was easy and he was in and out. However he has burns and cuts all along his belly that were not there when he went. He had things stuck in his fur when I brought him AND when we left. They didnt ask if I wanted another appointment instead as I was walking out the door handed me an appointment card, with a see you soon. They acted like they were desperate for clientele. I will never go here again. Its not worth my dog shaking amd constantly licking the cuts and burns from them.

Walked in due to another business not honoring my scheduled appt..I explained what the other company did & even without an appt they gladly offered to groom my dog for me..they did a awesome job and my dog looks great..very kind & professional & will definitely recommend & continue to use..thank you so much!!

We got our two cats groomed. They were in the carrier when we picked them up. They are obviously not groomed it looks like they brushed them and sprayed them with a sented spray bottle.there bottoms are dirty And it seems they didn’t give them a litter box from 8am to 11:30 because they both used the bathroom in there carrier. So upsetting since they advertised for cat grooming. Don’t recommend & I won’t be bringing my dogs back after this experience

Great customer service. They do a great job on grooming dog. They also do great job on cutting cat nails and reasonably priced.

I brought in an orange Great pyrenees and picked up a beautifully majestic white pyrenees! ????????????

Heather and Bobby have always been amazing! We recently had them board our pup Max and the girl that helped was also an amazing person. She sent me a video of him while we were on vacation! Great place and great people!

This was our first appointment here and we were pleased! Appointment was easy to make, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dog, Delilah, was nervous, but they took the time to ease her into the back. When we picked her up she was very happy and looked great!

I literally just left the Lincolnton NC facility and am EXTREMELY disappointed on my English Cream Retrievers “groom”. I dropped off at 7:30 AM and spoke with the lady who was going to groom her. I said 3 times NOT TO SHAVE HER and when I go to pick up at 1:20, she is shaved. I wanted her to be trimmed short as she is a retriever and a groomer should know retrievers should not be shaved due to the fact they have an undercoat and it can be damaged. I even sent picture of what a previous groomer did, I would have taken my dog there but she is no longer in business :( I mention to the lady I wanted the Platinum full groom based off their website and the girls said “I didn’t know we had those services on the website or we have a website” (something along those lines) like what?!? I should’ve just turned around and walked out of there. I don’t think they give the dogs water while being at the facility for multiple hours because when I got home she downed 2 bowls of water and she’s not normally a dog who drinks so much water.

They do great and are very friendly.

Southern Belle Pet Grooming does a great job with both of my dogs. We purchased one of our dogs from the owner and she is the sweetest dog and they love seeing her everytime she comes in to be groomed.

People there are awesome and very reasonable priced next time I might take the wife and have her shaved.

I have nothing to say but good things about these people I got turned away from Petsmart because my dogs hair was matted well it was no problem for them they were kind they were sweet if I could give them 100 stars I would I love this place I will not go to any other groomer but them from here on out and they did an amazing job on my dog

I am sure to get my babies in even on the same day! They call before my babies are ready and pickup is easy! They also run AMAZING monthly deals!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would not be writing this review, but I don't want anyone else making the mistake of taking their dog to this horrible place. To start off, the girl at the front desk is incredibly rude, and they tell the same lie to every customer, stating that they were shorthanded and that their dog was next in line. If you are so shorthanded, why in the world do you take in so many dogs? I mean, that's just using common sense, which apparently they have none. My dog was dropped off before 9 this morning, and I had not received a call and it was 5 o'clock so I decided to ride out there and see what was going on. The girl at the front desk proceeded lie to us saying that my dog was next in line. My dog had been there for 8 hours, 8 freaking hours and had only received a bath. I immediately told them to give me my dog, this is unacceptable. While waiting for them to get my dog from the back, a girl answered the phone and told someone else that their dog was next in line, which was what they just told me. Can't have two dogs on a table at the same time!!! On top of everything else, they charged 22 dollars just for a bath and my dog had been clean when she got there, we were just mainly looking for someone to cut her hair. Horrible, horrible place with lying and deceitful people with no respect or common sense. I hope that you ignore whatever counter-acting response the owner comes up with because this is a honest review. I beg of anyone not to leave their dogs with these horrible people and to find someone else that will actually take care of your dog.

Called them to schedule my 6 month grooming for my toy pomeranian and this last time I called after just recently rescheduling my visit I was told they didn't know who I or my dog was and they had threw my dogs information in the trash if they didn't keep informed by me monthly I was never told this prior or did I ever know after 2 years of spending my own money with them to feel like I was a stranger to them before this I was always called by name and my dog was one of there most favorite so confused and horrible way of conducting business
