My pup loves this place. She always comes home happy and exhausted from playing! We don't come regularly, but the ladies still know my pups name as soon as she walks in the door. (And I've noticed they know almost all of their customers by name). Good system for making reservations/payment. I also like the check in/out and receipt emails. Great daycare :)

All of the above. My dog gets wonderful, personalized care whenever she is at Bon Voyage, for grooming or boarding.

This is our go to place for our two miniature dachshunds. If we can’t get them in here for boarding, then we don’t travel. Our girls love daycare here, too and can’t get in the door fast enough when we pull into the parking lot. I know they love my babies just as much as we do!

Lucy Lu gets so excited when we mention Bone Voyage, she walks right in with a smile on her face and never looks back, this is comforting to us. they do not have a lot of turn over and are always super nice and professional. they get 4 paws from us.

This was our first time booking. So far so good. I love getting pictures. Would love if they had a live feed to log into to see my kitty when I missed him. All and all it was a good experience.

Our pups love this place!! The only issue we had was that I had to remind the staff to send us pictures. I did that once and got pictures every day! I’ll definitely trust my pups with them again.

My dog was here for a 10 day stay while we were on our honeymoon. We got photos of him throughout his stay and I could always tell he was happy to be there in the pics. He also had a bath and nail trim during his stay. I was recommended this place by multiple people and I’d recommend it as well! Very fair pricing, quality care and professional!

We had to find a new groomer since ours moved! I dreaded this, but when I found Bone Voyage it was a no brainer! Nice, new and clean location- closer to my home than before and cost/value was the same! Only thing I didn't like was not meeting the person who actually groomed her.

I would absolutely recommend Bone Voyage! I took my baby Sassy to be groomed today for the 1st time. I couldn't be more pleased with her appearance when I picked her up. They listened to what I said I wanted and she looks awesome! Already made a return appointment! You won't be disappointed with their grooming service!

We book our dogs here every year around the holidays. Staff always so nice, the only negative is that sometimes it’s hard to get someone to answer the phone. Other than that it’s great

My dog, Max, was groomed on 11/13/2021 and the groomer missed two of his nails and didn’t even cut his facial hair at all. I was told that it would take 2-3 hours and she was done in one! Obviously she rushed. And when I got there to pick him up she was already gone. The girl at the desk even noticed spots she had missed, like on his tail and legs. I am a first time client. I will NOT be back and I do not recommend

First time boarding my 5 year old GSD by herself since our older dog passed and so happy I found this place! They took great care of my girl, sent me pictures and updates and I love the additional and very affordable extras of the nighttime cookie and extra one on one playtime! Grooming also did a fabulous job bathing and trimming her nails; she came home so fresh and clean! Highly recommend to all!!! They treat their clients with love and care

We used Bone Voyage as a boarding facility for our two dogs with no issues whatsoever and were happy to have an established place to bring them. We decided to schedule our mini Aussie for grooming since they also have in house grooming. Although I took her in for an overall trim (appropriate for her breed and feathered double coat) and she was given back to us shaved. Clearly clippers had been taken to her whole body and her feathered coat is ruined. I am hoping it grows back quickly and normally. I sent an email once I got home and realized to find out why that happened but have not gotten a response. This has been a few days now. No groomer has ever shaved my dog and any knowledgeable groomer should know not to shave a double coated dog. Leaving this review so others can be aware and also because I have not gotten a response from the facility.

My Bruno was very well taken care of and loved on as if he was home. Thank you Bone Voyage for taking such good care of our baby.

I have a high-energy dog and an at-home job. I bring Whiskey to Bone Voyage once a week every week to play with other dogs, socialize, and burn some energy. It's his favorite place outside of home. Other dogs might recognize and react to words like "Treat" or "Walk", but Whiskey reacts to the word "Daycare". Ms. Taylor, Ms. Jody, and all the staff at Bone Voyage remember Whiskey by name, and have always been willing to work with our schedule, since I live in EST, but I work in CST.

Great experience boarding our Vizsla puppy! Drop-off and pickup were easy as could be, and they were great about feeding him his raw diet. He came home happy and heathy.

I love taking my babies to them. Taylor and her whole staff treat all the animals like they a part of their own family. I would not take mine anywhere else

I'm part of their IT support company so I was admittedly there to install new workstations, server, and peripherals. That said, I got a tour and I was blown away????! If I had a dog still at this time I was won over instantly after seeing the facilities along with the new doggy pool, then getting to watch the care and love that the groomers take while grooming the sweet animals, then chopped off with excellent management and ownership. I was seriously???? surprised????. Only downfall is that apparently so many others have realized all this before me because they are so booked all the time and you have to make reservation a good ways out and you should be ok.

Bone Voyage treats my dogs like their own. Just ask, "do you want to go see your friends?" and they lose their minds excited to go! We are confident leaving them for overnight stays as well as daycare, and the grooming they get is always great. They get to know families and know who everyone is, and which pet is theirs, when they walk in the door. Thank you Taylor, Jody and the whole team for taking care of our babies!

When we need to leave our fur children we want to know that they are well cared so that we can enjoy our time away from home without worry. Bone Voyage is that place whether you are boarding or just want some social time at daycare. The staff are kind and caring. Our dog gets so excited when he arrives. He greets the staff and literally runs to the door for daycare or boarding. We highly recommend Bone Voyage.

I have used Bone Voyage to board my dog for 18 months now. I have never had a bad experience. The owners and staff are very pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my pet is well cared for. I can not recommend them enough.
