This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a Vet clinic in a long time. Jennifer was so helpful and sweet and took such great care of my puppy (and his worried mother). The veterinarian was also awesome. They both answered and addressed all my questions and concerns. I will be bringing all of my animals here from now on, highly recommend.

Good vet, excellent prices on boarding, but they will not let you get generic meds for your pets.

Dr. Head is an amazing vet! He took such great care of my cat that needed a dental cleaning and some extractions from a hereditary resorptive process. My regular vet clinic, Cleveland School Animal Hospital, could not manage my cat because she is “misbehaved” and therefore cancelled her surgery after we had already dropped her off. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. Head through our mobile vet. I should have known he’d be amazing as he is an Ohio State graduate (O-H…). The surgery went smoothly, he and his wonderful staff kept me informed along the way, and my kitty is feeling so much better! I also found his prices to be very reasonable, considering the complexity of the surgery. I myself am a dentist and can’t imagine sectioning/extracting teeth on such a small animal, let alone a sassy one. I feel so blessed to have found this clinic!

One of the best Vet offices I have ever been to.

My first visit since moving to the area and the staff was very professional and courteous. My baby Midnight, does not take well to strangers with us not being around. But he didn't seem fearful or unhappy. Midnight got excellent treatment. The staff talked me through everything from beginning to end. Midnight has definitely found his new doctor. Dr. Head and his staff are the best!

Oh man, even though I couldn't go inside with my pet (which is a bunny btw) the staff said he did really well. They got him "Gucci" to come out his kennel he didn't scratch (which he normally does with people he doesn't know) and he let them clip his nails and check him out lol ????

We've been going here for a year now. Started going when I got a new puppy and we haven't left. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all when it comes to services, they understand different peoples needs. I absolutely love the staff, they are friendly and welcoming and sensitive when it comes to the owners about their fur babies. They just opened up an online store where you can purchase what they recommend without spending too much! Our older dog has been going to a different vet, but we are about to bring him over to Robinson. (We make a connection with the vet and sometimes hard to leave, we moved from Raleigh 5 years ago). Thank you Robinson Animal Hospital!

Staff members are professional and and truly care about both pets and owners. Both Dr. Head and Nick have gone above and beyond to ensure my dogs have been well cared for.

Update: There was a major misunderstanding with his medicine. Spoke with Nick who cleared it up for us and we are good to go! I would never recommend this clinic!! I brought my German Shepherd here for the first time, he had itchiness and hotspots. They diagnosed him with flea bites(he doesn't have flees) and charged me $200 for his treatment. I got home and realized that had charged me $97 for one month of dewormer, which is outrageous. One week later he has the same condition all over again. Nothing they gave him helped. I was so disappointed with their service and will not be returning.

Our sweet Ginger passed Dec. 2019 @ 17 yrs old. Will be taking our newly adopted Schnoodle as soon as they get his records from other Vet. that is too far away. Robinson has always been professional, knowledgeable and never tries to up sell. Can’t wait for them to meet him.
