I could not have been more pleased with the care and attention that my Ocicat, Ruark, received from Melissa of Phoebe's Pampered Pets! Melissa, the owner of PPP, began the whole experience before the actual vacation "care time" with very detailed paper work to fill out concerning my pet, their policies and other. I filled out the paper work and e- mailed it back to Phoebe's PP and then we set up an inhouse "meet and greet". Melissa was great at sending pictures and updates while I was away! This keeps you very close to your fur baby! I did have a smoke detector malfunction and Melissa was able to locate which detector was at fault, find my battery supply, change out batteries and report all this action to me. I was very pleased. She rose to this occasion with calm and know-how! I will be using Phoebe's again later this summer. Cannot thank Melissa enough! SBowden 5/2021

Melissa from Phoebe’s Pampered Pets always takes such amazing care of our two kitties when we’re away. One of our cats has asthma, and we feel completely comfortable leaving her in Melissa’s care. She always goes above and beyond, sending detailed updates with pictures and giving them tons of attention. She even looks out for our plant babies, too! Highly recommend Melissa and her team at Phoebe’s Pampered Pets - great pet sitters who you really trust can be hard to find, but she’s definitely one of them!

Melissa is the REAL DEAL!! I am a veterinarian and I can tell you she notices even the smallest things with our pets. When she is there with them, I know they are safe. And what's more our two cats and our bearded dragon love her soooo much! I never worry about them when Melissa is taking care of them! Do yourself and your pet a favor and call Melissa. Melissa took excellent care of my 15 year old tonkinese cat and kitten. I cannot say enough good things about her and her company. She was very professional and had the most thorough form she filled out during the consultation. She is extremely conscientious and quickly developed rapport with both pets. She administered subcutaneous and oral medications and was able to update us about our pets' condition during our vacation. She even offered advice about my medication set up and drew me a diagram after my return. Melissa is a class act!
