Pooch Pad Grooming Fuquay Varina, North Carolina

Our dog, Ace, was boarded over Christmas and we are so pleased. Ace has a lot of anxiety, doesn’t do well with new people or other dogs and he was well taken care of. It was his first time boarding at Pooch Pad and he was given a bath during his stay. This was his first professional bath as we usually just do them ourselves at home. He smells and looks great! We will definitely be booking future stays. All of the staff were friendly and helpful!

My furbaby loves this place. A little pricy but worth it

The staff are prompt and very friendly. I bring my dogs to have their nails clipped. They do a good job for a pretty good price.

We just started going to Pooch Pad and have been thrilled!! Our pup comes home happy and tired. She always comes out wagging and looking like a happy camper. She looks and smells great after grooming too. So glad to have found a place this fun.

My dog loves this place so much! When we get close she freaks out and goes nuts. When I'm in the parking lot, she's already ready to go inside. No patience whatsoever! Everyone there loves her. We get to see pics on Facebook, and you can see my baby going nuts having the time of her life. When she gets home she's exhausted and super calm. They do her nails for us, and they so it so well! My wife and I hate doing it, and we always make that mad TV joke about the quick. We don't have to worry about the quick because pooch pad are freaking experts.

The staff is incredible. My fur baby loves it here and always walks in with their tail wagging. I've booked baths, nail trims, boarding, and daycare. Excellent service every time!

My pup comes home clean, well exercised, and better trained than the day before. He can't wait to go each day!

Walk-in for mail trims is the best. I bring my 3 babies here and they're awesome. Also board, day care, and school them here. I definitely recommend.

We have been long time patrons of Pooch Pad. We added a new pup to the pooch pad family this year and they took wonderful care of her as they always have of our other dogs. I love that the staff are happy to update you by phone and provide Facebook photos so you can relax and know that your fur babies are having as good a vacation as you are! Hands down the best place for your fur babies. Reasonable prices and outstanding service. They truly love your pets!

Had my puppies nails clipped last week and I must say they did a fabulous job and I will be going back????????

I cannot say enough good things about Pooch Pad! We always have an awesome experience with our 3 labs! The new puppy did training there too and the pro support from training is awesome!

We boarded our husky and pitsky for 3 nights and 4 days.I was super worried bc they have never been around other dogs.The staff happily gave me daily updates and assured me they were doing well just shy.When we did pick them up.Both smelled and looked so nice from their bath.Thier nails look amazing!previous groomers have not been able to do what Poochpad did.Thank you Poochpad for taking such great care of our babies.We are looking forward to bring them back soon!

Awesome place! Friendly staff. They now have the pool open, so your dog can go for a dip. They have trainers that are awesome, and have worked with agility training, and socialization. With permission, they can take your dog out into public and work with them on improving social skills. Definitely a must,if you don't get out often with your dog. On-site grooming services as well. Space is limited, and reservations must be made in advance, but definitely one of the best kept secrets in Fuquay.

My dog Jocko loves it here so much. He whines when he gets there and can’t get out of my car fast enough and he whines when it’s time to come home. Great place and totally trust them with the care of my dog. ????

Been going to Pooch Pad for 7 years for boarding and grooming and have nothing but great things to say. Feels like family and doesn't get better than that!

I have been going here for a year and they have been great. We have a labberdoddle and the work they do on him is amazing!! He loves going there and get so excited when he see us pull in.

We have boarded our dogs at Pooch Pad several times over the last 4 years. When Pooch Pad was in their smaller facility I felt like they knew your dog and watched them. When they moved to this larger location, I get the impression they do not know which dog is which. Our dogs come home exhausted, partially from play, but a huge part from the lack of sleep. This last visit we had one of my dogs caught kennel cough. After $200+ in boarding fees, now I get a vet bill too. My suggestion is board with caution.

Hey I was wondering if yall could post any pics of mango and chico, I haven't seen them in so long and I miss my boys like crazy. I hope they're fat and healthy lol ????

I was considering letting my dog stay here, but the employees don't wear masks. There was trash scattered about, very visible and just not pleasant. Several dogs are let out at one time during grooming/bathing services to wander about the area, they also don't have any notes about any of the dogs reactivity/behavior. Good chance of your dog getting hurt as the employees are not able to dedicate their full attention to them. Not knowing a dogs triggers can also lead to many dog fights. 0/10 would not recommend.

we love pooch pad! They have taken wonderful care of our 16-week old puppy, both for daycare and for his first grooming appointment. We were also pretty surprised by the costs- really reasonable, especially considering how great of a job they do! They also answered all our questions, and have great customer service. Seriously can't recommend them enough!

My girls love going to Pooch Pad to get groomed. The staff is very professional, takes excellent care of them, and keeps me informed. Highly recommend them.

We contacted Pooch Pad from a friends recommendation of their trainer Cherokee. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and painless. Our puppy has a lot of issues but mainly he barks at everyone and everything and we didn’t know what that meant or how to help him. We had a consultation with a different trainer that said our dog could only be trained after boarding him which was extremely expensive. We were told he had to “break” him. Cherokee came out and explained why our dog was acting the way he was and had him taking treats with in 15minutes of meeting him (huge miracle). She listened to our concerns and shared with us what we would need work on and gave us advice on how we can counteract some of his less pleasant behaviors like jumping on us. Day after the training session and we already see improvement. We can’t wait for our next session. Thank you Cherokee - you are amazing!!!
