I brought my two shihtzu dogs in on Wednesday, December 23, 2021. They were due for their monthly trim. They were normally groomed every two weeks. They had been going to another groomer in elizabeth city.. i told bee's beauty that one of my shih tzus, 14 months old, likely had mats (because he had been playing with another dog in my home). She said it would take about 1 1/2 hours to give them their full groom. They called me an hour and 15 minutes later stating my dogs would be ready in 15 minutes for pickup. I got there and paid, plus a tip, unaware of of what my dogs' appearances were. I saw my oldest dog first. She was supposed to have only a light trim, but was trimmed shorter than expected. My youngest dog was shaven to the skin literally all over her body except her tail tip and ears. HE ACTED TRAUMATIZED when we got home and stayed in the bedroom on the bed the entire night. He wouldn't even go potty outside. I will NEVER go to this groomer again for not calling me first before she took it upon herself to just shave him. My dogs were the last groomings for the day. They closed at 230 pm ears. The girl who shaved my do said he was matted and was not cooperating . Shethe girl didn't call me to explain the situation. Si would have just taken my dog without any further grooming. The girl instead shaved my dog. My dog was truly traumatized by the experience . She had to have been held down to be shaved. Ever since we got home she has had a very sad behavior. He used to follow me around the house everywhere. He just lays on the bed.

Absolutely awesome and very impressive. I was there a total of about 3 minutes and she handled my cat so well while trimming his nails. Awesome service!

My Yorkie's cut was so detailed and clean. This will be his permanent spot for grooming care.

It is not hard to get an appointment and he was done in about an hour and a half.

We brought in two large Golden Doodles with 2 different hair types and they made them perfectly match. The dogs had a good haircut, great bath and smell, and came back happy with no signs of issues we will use them again!

Brought my puppy to them and it was his first time ever going to the groomers, they were so nice and gently with my puppy and gave me tips to help me as a new dog mom!

Clean store, reasonably priced and friendly staff. I do walk-ins for my dog’s nails. Always in and out in no time.

Took my 8 month old Yorkie here for the first time and I am incredibly surprised by how good she came out looking... I've never been anywhere else but I liked her results so much that I really don't plan on trying another place out anyway. And the price was very reasonable.

My girls (chihuahuas) smell amazing for days after getting pampered. Also their very sensitive skin is not itchy like some shampoos cause. I love the convenience, cost, and results.

Took my beautiful husky, Ya ya to get groomed and was pleasently pleased! She looked so great and was done faster than I thought. Definitly go see her! Your babies will love her and you will too along with the prices.
