Simply put Page Point Animal Hospital, Dr Simpson and the entire staff are fantastic! We have never had a vet that cares so much and takes the time to follow up after every visit. We highly recommend them.

As a lifelong pet owner, this is my favorite veterinary clinic EVER. They are responsive and professional, and I always feel safe with regard to their COVID-19 protocols. My big baby tom kitty (neutered, of course) does well here, and they took special care with his dental. They are especially good with my 14-year old female shorthair cat, who has always had skin allergies and requires an occasional steroid shot. The techs and front desk are super friendly and courteous, and I really like Dr. Salaun, even though I suspect I have shoes older than her :-) She's very current on procedures, and never tries to push me towards tests or treatments that are unnecessary. THIS is the MAIN THING I love about this place: every vet I've had for the last 10 years is ALWAYS selling something like fancy foods, expensive meds, etc. Balderdash! My cats live to be healthy and well until 20, so I must be doing something right. Page Point assumes a certain amount of intelligence on the owner's part, and doesn't upsale for no reason. Their prices are reasonable, and I'm a big fan!

Bring our 2 dogs here regularly- the staff is very considerate. Pricing is more than my previous vet hospital, but their office does seem more equipped. You definitely pay for what you get here!

We are really really happy we found this place for our cat two years ago. Been using their cat boarding number of times and never had any issues. They send us her pictures every day and go an extra mile to make everything work. The staff at the animal hospital are extremely friendly and handle everything really smooth. I never had any issues during any of our visits. We are moving to a different city now and Hopefully i can find a place like page point near our new place.

I have an elderly dog with special needs and they took very well care of her!! I usually take my dog to the vet for boarding, but they were short staff due to covid. So I brought my baby here and they did an awesome job taking care of her. Sent pictures, spent time with her, read her a book! I will definitely use them again when I need a doggy hotel. Also I love that they give you the option where you can view your pet on webcam while away, and they send you daily updates on how your pet is doing...with cute little pictures of them.

We boarded our dog there last month for 3 nights and he was so well cared for and happy that we were worried that he might not want to come home with us! The staff is fantastic. There are so many choices and options for accommodations to fit every dog and owner. We would never even look for somewhere else to board him.

At first we used Page Point to board our dog. The friendly staff kept us updated throughout her stay. We realized a few days into my dogs visit that she would be happier in Doggy Daycare playing with the other dogs. My dog was so happy at Page Point she didn't want to get in the car to come home! Upon pickup we got a full and complete run down of her activities during her stay. We also were sent photos and updates daily. We loved this place so much that we switched to Page Point for our veterinary needs as well. I recently took my kitty in for a check-up and we were both treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We highly recommend!

Dr. Simpson and her staff are just wonderful! We had our first puppy visit today and the overall experience could not have been better. We are so glad to know that we found an awesome vet to trust with our puppy’s care.

Contacted them last minute to board my pup and they were able to keep him. They are a bit pricey though. They emailed me reports of how he was doing and I had access to a webcam to see him throughout the day

Very cautious of the virus still. I had to call for them to come get the dog out of my car. I wasn't allowed to enter the resort but at least theyre still going above and beyond to prevent the disease in our fur babies!

Unfortunately I have to update my 5 star review. They are still caring, excellent and fair. They are also too busy. It will be 1 month before they can fit in my new puppy. I have to go to another vet to keep first DHLP vaccination on schedule. Another time I had an emergency during office hours but had to go to emergency clinic because they couldn't fit me in. I don't want to go to a different vet...but I have to. I am so sad. Another vet will be the initial puppy visit. I probably will stay with them for now, but that is not certain. ORIGINAL REVIEW IS STILL TRUE: This is a wonderful and caring vet. The doctors Simpson and Wahl are excellent and thorough. The staff is also great. I feel like they have heartfelt care for my dogs. Price wise they are good too. They focus on best steps to help and I don't feel gouged or pressured to do more services. I switched from Park Vet and am so glad I did. The care at Page Point is wonderful.

Dr. Simpson is EXCELLENT. She really takes the time. I have a problem dog (allergies) and she never rushes with him. Extremely happy with her and the office.

They are doing a terrific job at pandemic visits. We had to change vets and even on our first visit we were totally comfortable. I was online with the vet from the parking lot and my wife joined from home. They were kind and professional. Eventually you forget you're not in the room. This may not be right for every pet, but it is perfect for us.

Amazing first experience here. Both Tyler and Dr. Simpson were incredibly friendly, helpful, caring and amazing with my dog, Tucker. I loved the ability to participate in the visit through zoom and they really made everything comfortable for me as a pet parent!

We tried taking our pup, Kodi, to another daycare to make sure he got socialized. Unfortunately, that other place did nothing for him, and actually made him MORE afraid to be around other dogs. It broke my heart to see him constantly hiding in the corners of the playroom to get away from the other 15-20 dogs that had different play levels/styles. His first day at Page Point wasn't the best--he was nervous and it took me getting out of the car to get him to go inside--but look at that happy boy on his 3rd day there! He's slowly getting more excited to be there, and he's PLAYING with the other dogs (apparently sometimes getting too much into the other dogs' space...which was shocking to learn)! I LOVE that they respond to common puppy issues with "we're going to work on that with him" instead of just dumping him into a small room and ignoring him for the rest of the day. My only complaint is the hours, which isn't an issue as my fiance and I are working from home, but once we go back to the office will be a struggle to figure out how to pick him up on time. Other than that, Kodi (and his parents) appreciate how much Page Point cares for the dogs and their overall well-being!

Dr. Simpson and her team were SO very accommodating to a new fur-baby with an upset belly!!! Lola was giving the staff kisses and the zoom meeting went great. I really loved that Dr. Simpson was on the floor playing her while doing her exam. We are so very thrilled we found such a loving and caring medical team for our pups!!

I was looking for daycare options for our energetic Beagle puppy and decided to try Page Point because several of our neighbors recommended them so highly. I'm a pretty anxious pet mama and was thrilled with the detailed info I got during a phone call with the Operations Manager, Lara. She spent so much time making sure I knew what to expect. On his first day, our puppy had so much fun he actually turned around and tried to go back inside when they brought him out to my car at the end of the day! Kind of hurt my feelings but I was still thrilled to see him so happy. Now that he's becoming a regular, daycare days are the highlight of our family's week. He gets so much physical and mental exercise (they make sure to focus on both) that he falls fast asleep in the car on the way home and either snoozes or relaxes peacefully for the rest of the evening. He's even typically still tired the next day! They send "pawgress reports" with adorable pictures of the pups playing together and a note on who he made friends with that day. It's been such a fun way to get some action shots of him and to check in on what he's been up to. Their COVID-19 response runs really smoothly. Speedy curbside service from friendly, masked staff members. We plan to switch our vet care to Page Point as well and were told we'll be able to download an app so that we can see and interact with Dr. Simpson from our car while she's in the building with our dog. They really seem to go the extra mile with all the details that help pets and parents feel more comfortable! We're so glad we found them and can definitely see why so many people recommend them!

We love Page Point! We have taken both our cat and our new puppy here to see Dr. Simpson and Dr. Wahl. Dr. Simpson is very communicative and will love on our puppy like he is her own! She has also worked with us to come up with creative solutions for training and stimulating our puppy. Both Dr. Simpson and Dr. Wahl have been extremely helpful with the treatment of our cat (who does not like anyone, at all). I appreciated the effort to try multiple solutions for treatment in order to do what works best for us and our cat. We will continue to come to Page Point for all of our pet care needs!

Our Groomer of 2 years moved away so we went to try this place out. Mindy went above and beyond and Mr. Brownie had the best looking cut off his life. Definitely will continue to go to Mindy and recommend this place to everyone!

Everyone is always so nice and great with our dogs, even now during COVID. So glad they moved in near us.

Absolutely phenomenal. I have had lots of bad experiences with vets in the RDU area. Page Point, however, has blown me away. Every single staff member is kind and caring. They take all the time they need to understand you as a pet parent and to understand your pet and their needs. I get one or two follow up phone calls after each visit during which they check in to see how my animal is doing. The doctors take time to explain their diagnosis and why they chose the treatment they did. You get to participate in the exam via zoom call, and the patient advocates take the best care of the animals they encounter. One of my cats is very difficult, even at home. They made him comfortable and ensured everything he needed was taken care of while he was in the office, despite his offensive temperament. On multiple occasions the doctors have taken extra time to answer all of my questions (and, as an auditor, I always have many). I have never left an appointment with an unanswered question or unsure of how to go about treatment or follow-up care. I wouldn't recommend any other vet over Page Point. I wholeheartedly trust their staff with the health of my babies. Thanks for all that you do, staff and practitioners of Page Point!

Page Point is fantastic. Everything about the place is top notch. Both the animal hospital and the pet resort are the cleanest, most professional looking veterinary services I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing and Dr. Simpson is the nicest, most caring Vet I’ve ever met. Even with COVID-19, Dr. Simpson and her staff manage to keep the doors open to care for our dogs and have put policies in place to keep everyone safe. Could not recommend a better vet or top notch kennel anywhere!
