Selection of fish is dismal

Brooks had a puppy grooming experience here with Jonny! Jonny was so kind and gentle with my dog and took his time so he could get comfortable with the grooming process. My puppy loved it and I was told he did so well! Their puppy package is the perfect way to get your dog used to being groomed and its only $20! Will definitely be bringing Brooks back to be groomed with Jonny in the future!

Great products! I wouldn’t recommend the grooming service though.

I've visited your fish department (2) times last week, and your Oscar's in those tanks the fish have little white parasites on those Oscar's that are in those tanks so I left there twice. Please treat those tanks or I will be forced to drive elsewhere!

12/9/2021. I was supposed to have a 7am drop-off appointment today. However, after I arrived, the front desk told me they didn't make my appointment successfully on the phone. The front desk was nice to offer me another appointment time which is 4 days later. After I went back to my car, I found the email alert sent from Banfield shows my appointment was made for today. I rang the bell on the wall(it was designed for customers with Banfield appointment who arrived before PetSmart normal hour). No one came to open my door for 5 minutes while I was standing there with 30 degree outside. So I rang the bell couple times again and finally a young lady opened the door for me. However, After I went in, a middle age man who was pushing the trailers told me ringing once is enough. it looks like its his responsibility to open that door for customers but he didn't. How could any anyone run the business allow that disrespectful man work in there? He should be fired immediately from now on.

I typically enjoy shopping at this location, but the employee working in the fish section has ruined that reputation. When I went in to get fish, he asked what size tank I have and I told him all of my tanks. Once I picked out the fish I wanted he asked where each and every one was going and then criticized me. I have worked at a pet store where I specialized in fish for over a year and have had fish my whole life. He talked to me like I was a little kid and got an attitude. He also said that he could not sell me a fish because of the tank mates it would be with. It was a fish combination that I have been doing for years and never had a problem. Will not be shopping here again.

I loved the vet there (Banfield)! They are helpful, kind, courteous, and patient.

My experience with PetSmart has bee very exceptional at every visit to the store with Pepper the Shih Tzu.

They have EVERYTHING. Great place for pet supplies and adoptions it looks like!

Visited Banfield Pet Hospital inside PetSmart. Wonderful experience. Staff was courteous and professional. Enjoyed speaking with Veterinarian regarding my the overall wellness of my dog. Looking forward to future appointments!

While I have had great experience with the groomers in the past, there appears to be a steep decline in their quality of service. My dog's most recent grooming appointment was canceled 10 minutes prior to the appointment as no more stylists were available. This was after the appointment was already rescheduled after another stylist quit. I appreciate the quality of service the staff has always provided and it sounds like Petsmart needs to treat them better.

I got my dog groomed here a few months back. I paid for a bath and a full haircut. When I went to pick up my dog, I could tell that his hair wasn’t cut WHATSOEVER. So I made another grooming appointment to fix this issue, but I had to schedule it WEEKS in advance. They just proceeded to call me 3 DAYS before my appointment to tell me that they have no qualified groomers. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called to ask what was going on. This is so frustrating considering all the other groomers in the area are booked for MONTHS. Don’t waste your time or money.

Really friendly and bubbly staff. They seemed to really enjoy being there and were very patient with my family .

Kathryn is such a delight whenever I come in for my weekly shopping. I foster and rescue, so I'm always trying to find good deals and discounts. She's always so helpful and eager to assist me. 5 Paws!

Frustrating that two of my last three grooming appointments have been cancelled the day before when they're booked weeks in advance and can never reschedule... just too difficult to work with in the grooming department anymore.

They always have fishes and animals for sell , also they have kittys for adoption.

Great place to shop for your pet with a friendly staff.

Brought my dog Nova in for a walk in nail/face trim (I had to schedule day before anyway cause of staffing). Nova was getting snappy with one of the nice gents there, so he called for someome else to try before a bite could occur and Nova would be denied. The lady he called (may have been his supervisor) was wonderful. She got right down on the floor with Nova and started talking to her sweetly and petting her. Nova relented after a few minutes, didn't snap or growl, and the groom was a success. Ive never had Nova act up at a private groomers place but for some reason most PetSmarts make her nervous and unsure. FYI Nova will NOT let strangers pet her otherwise, she was a stray from the streets with an unknown past. I added a pic to show how nice the face trim brought out her beautiful eyes :) lhasa apso/mystery terrier mix maybe.

I went to petsmart yesterday and interacted with two extremely helpful and nice employees. Thank you, Jordan, and Lilli for all of your help! I named the bird Mango and he has a great home now! If I could post a picture of him and his new condo, I would. But, the website will not allow me to do so!! Awesome asset to your business, Jordan and Lili. Thanks! And, Brittany is the best part of Petsmart! She goes above and beyond for her customers and has gone out of her way time and time again to help me! Thank you, Brittany.❤️ And, the pictures below are of my sweetest baby in the world, Mango! I bought her from Petsmart, and if it wasn’t for Brittany, I would have given up! Pet Smart @ Witherspoon Place in Durham, NC is the BEST!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this location. All staff are great, friendly, professional, and my pet is well taken care of. I especially love the way Dana takes care of and handles my dog. DANA is AWESOME and Natasha and Owen are so very nice and are GREAT!!!! Thank you Dana, Owen and Natasha ya'll are the BEST!!!!!

Awesome just got a small dog we went to the vet today that's in the back of pet smart

I took my Grandson there as he LOVES watching the guinea pigs & hamsters. Staff are always friendly all the animals are well taken care of. Staff very knowledgeable.

I wasn't that for fish. Well, they had fish, but not what I was looking for. They had sold out. Great place to get fish, tanks and tank supplies.

Never get out of there cheap! Had a much needed high capacity filter I for my Turtle tank on sale. Water is crystal now! Picked up munchies for my Ferrets, and Cat food.

I love the "Kong" brand in the leash section.
