Beth is so sweet and does great work!! I took my Yorkie Cody and he came out so cute and smelling amazing!! I love how she took a look at Cody and had a conversation with me about what he needed done most grooming places I would go to wouldn’t do that really loved bringing him in and I could also tell Cody had a great experience as well!

Takes care of your pet. Great place to get your fur ball groomed.

We've been taking our havanese-poodle to Beth's since he was a puppy. The business was convenient location wise (their hours aren't but we made it work) and we wanted to support a local family business. We even made sure to continue to support the business during COVID closures. In March, Beth asked us to get our dog medicine for when he's groomed because he was snapping a lot. We went ahead and asked the vet to prescribe him some meds. We then made an appointment to get him groomed, but had to cancel last minute because of a family emergency. They have a two strike policy. This was our first time cancelling. When we tried to reschedule, we were told that they could no longer take dogs that were sedated because of insurance. However, I recently spoke to a neighbor who had JUST taken her poodle to Beth's... sedated. I'm extremely disappointed in the way we were treated after being loyal customers for over a year. I wish I had read reviews on here earlier. This business does not prioritize their customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I made an appointment for my dog’s first appointment during the Covid pandemic. The store was offering curb-side service to limit exposure. The morning of my appointment it was raining like crazy and I encountered a terrible car accident on the way to the appt, making me 15 min late. I called upon arrival and the person on the phone was surprisingly rude and hostile. She didn’t see me in front of her store ( I was the only car in the lot directly in front of her store), and after pulling to the curb she would not take my dog because a form had not been completed online. This form was a Jpeg of a form and not fillable online. I was not able to print it at home and sent an email the day before to let her know. I will not return, and I was actually shaking after the hostile behavior from her. I am so grateful she did not have a chance to treat my dog that way too. I’ve waited a week to write this review, mainly because I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt... maybe she had a terrible morning. Maybe someone in her family was sick with covid and she was frightened. I was late after all and it was perfectly reasonable not to groom my dog. But the truth of the matter is, she showed no kindness or politeness at all. Not even in her phone greeting. In all honesty, I had to share this experience in the hopes that she won’t treat someone else this way too.

2.5 - 3 stars During Covid, Beth's Barks N Bubbles was kind enough to take my goldendoodle in for a cut and clean, we were visiting my parents and he was filthy. The process was very easy and hands-off , which was nice but made it difficult to discuss what was going to be done. Our dog is really well behaved and has never had an issue at the groomers. We received a call when our dog was done, went and picked him up and were slightly shocked considering he was shaved/buzzed down to his skin. He jumped in the car and my husband was asked if he wanted to tip, which he did, but did so before he was told the total... $150! This is a very expensive buzz cut, which ended up being $180 after tip. Once they got home, we realized our dogs nail was bleeding badly. I guess they cut it too short but they didn't acknowledge this as we picked him up... he also had a couple small blood spots on his body, which I am assuming was from the buzzer or some part of the grooming process. I called the next day and they apologized saying they were only humans, which didn't feel very heartfelt. I know times right now are very tough, and I really appreciated the Covid response and the fact they accepted a new dog, but the price, buzz, and follow up were pretty shocking. I would suggest really making everyone stop and discuss the expectations. Thanks.

I have taken my toy poodle, Gunner,there twice and he looks wonderful from nose to toes!!! I would recommend Beth and her crew to everyone they are great!

I had been looking for a new Groomer in my area for my Maltese Poodle, Georgia Mae. I found and contacted Beth's Barks N Bubbles and they made the process so easy even in the mist of these COVID-19 concerns. The staff was kind and professional and most of all they provided one of the best bath a groom services that Georgia has ever received. I will most definitely be a repeat customer. We took our dog here in search of a good groomer. When I dropped her off at 8:00 am, the staff was helpful in giving me all the paperwork. They were very nice when they took her back. They gave her an awesome trim and dyed her tale and ears pink, which was so cute! Love this place, plan to go back.

Ask for Brooke Oakes. She does a magnificent Job every time. very pleased with her work and her friendly approach to me and my dogs!

Great hairdo for my poodle.

We took our boys there for the first time earlier this month, so of course I was nervous. The waiting kennels are visible when you walk in so you know they’re always within sight, and when we took them it wasn’t busy (there was just one other dog there). Bonnie groomed the boys and I was very impressed with how short she was able to get their ear hair (our boys seriously don’t like to hold still!). It’s been about 3 weeks since they were groomed but they still look like they’re sporting a fresh new cut! It’s also really cute how they refer to your pets as “kids”

I had good expectations based on reviews but when I went in they told me they would not book a grooming session for my dog!! I newly live in the area and brought my dog in, explaining that his grooming at daycare wasn’t going well, since it was not getting out his undercoat because they had stopped using the dryer on him as the noise made him anxious. I was keen to try somewhere new and asked if they could feel his undercoat and let me know if they thought they could help. I explained it wasn’t matted but had gotten thick. The staff member was reluctant to feel his coat, but did after several requests. She touched it but did not run her hands through it, then said his coat was “too far gone” and he should be shaved. I knew this was false because the furminator and rake at home were working fine on him but I did not have the time or expertise. She observed he was anxious and said that grooming did not work well with anxious dogs. I was disappointed. Later that week I found Elliotte’s Pet Spa online and booked him in there instead. Elliotte’s Pet Spa got his coat groomed in under 4 hours perfectly and were highly welcoming and professional. I’m sure others have excellent experiences, perhaps it was a bad day that I got them on. This is my story and I wanted to share.

Beth does an excellent job on my two goldendoodles. Her prices are extremely reasonable, particularly considering what a professional job that she does. Her shop is clean and there is minimal chaos (with my dogs involved this is a miracle). I would highly recommend her.

My dog’s haircut was horribly done by one of the big box pet stores. I immediately called Beth’s Barks n Bubbles in the hopes that she could fix it. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. Beth took my dog who was understandably shaken after having had been through the entire grooming process just two days earlier. She did snap a few times at Beth...who could have concluded the grooming, but kept going because she knew that I really wanted to have my dog’s haircut fixed...(for that I am genuinely appreciative), I wanted the teddy bear look and she delivered! It looks great and both Bella and I are happy. I trust Beth and I hope that she could assist us again when Bella needs grooming.

Beth has been grooming my collie, therapy dog Stella, for years. Beth’s team is exceptionally competent, kind, and professional. Stella looks amazing for 2 months after a grooming... and most importantly, I trust them with my special dog.

We absolutely love Beth's Barks N Bubbles! Our dog has gone here for four years for her groomings and she always is treated so well and comes out looking even more beautiful than before! Our dog gets really bad matts in her ears and the team at Beth's always gets them out!! LOVE this place!

I had an appointment scheduled for my dog today at 8am in which I might have been 2-3 minutes late (called at 7:50am) and called them before to let them know so they didn't think I wasn't going to show up. Apparently, even if you are 1 minute late, they will charge you a $5 late fee. Are you serious? When I asked the woman (who didn't tell me her name) about the late fee, all she said was, it's up to the manger to decide. Honestly, that's a bit rude. When I had made the appointment on Tuesday (09/18/18), I probably spoke to the same woman who was rude as well. I had to ask what day she booked me for because it wasn't clear from the start. I decided not to come because of these experiences. I might make a different appointment in the future. It's really frustrating about the customer service and $5 late fee threat. Overall, I have had a negative experience. I hope this negative experience can somehow be resolved.

The folks at Beth's Barks N Bubbles are great! Not only did my senior cocker spaniel look great but they were sensitive to limitations brought on by her age and were always patients. Dixie was always calm and happy when I picked her up. They are always looking out for the dogs and point out health issues that you may not have seen.

Beth and her team are fabulous. Our dog, Gabby, goes running into the shop to be bathed and groomed. Beth, Bonnie, and Colleen are meticulous. Gabby comes home clean, beautiful, and happy. Happy dogs make happy owners.

I took my husky, Willow, to get groomed and have a deshedding treatment. I really wish I had a before photo to show. She looks great! Everyone at Beth's Barks N Bubbles was extremely friendly. I will definitely bring her back and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great grooming team to work with a dog that's prone to anxiety.
