Store need larger quantities of supplies for owners of larger than 55 gallon tanks

Prices are still high and very scarce on the cat food selection...

We mostly use Petco to compare prices and brands and to let the kids see animals. Staff is always nice and they stay avid about spills.

The grooming service Sapphire received from Danielle was excellent. I will always request Danielle for future grooming appointments.

Needs mealworms for our dragon, the ones in the fridge were empty or half full. Did find some on the shelf. Staff was helpful and friendly ????

Great Low staff but excellent service

African American female groomer was very rude and discourteous. Refuse to groom my dog after I asked a couple of simple questions. My dog been going there for 5 yrs and this was the most worst treatment I've ever received. The store manager didn't seem to have control over her behavior. They did added services to my dog's grooming which I did not consent to then charged me more then I had agreed to pay

They were short on members at the time and a woman kept holding up the staff so they couldn't do their job as efficiently

I love petco... its where my pets go...lol I mainly use there services vetco and soon my son will get his first hair cut and I'll let you know how they are with him. (Only made videos of his vetco visits so this is just a picture of him outside, I will update his picture after 11.20 his hair appointment with petco)

If the petco in chapel Hill is open after 5 then u need change the hours back for this one. Its stupid to close at 5. I needed stuff and I work all day and couldn't get here untill 520. Open ur store!!!!!!

great place for pet supplies

The store is great ????. They are more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. This is the place to buy toys for a large dog or a Pit. My pit was going through the big Walmart tires like they were nothing. The big tire I got at Petco has yet to be defeated. I Have had it for a year and no damages!. I Was spending $10 every 2 weeks so it was worth the extra money for the toy.

The setup feels jumbled and unorganized. The staff was nice but not very fast.

For a chain pet store I was pleasantly surprised by the health of the fish and the tanks they are kept in as well as the aquatic plants. Happy to see a pet store take good care of the animals they house!

Well stocked in our favorite cat food (although the price went up 10%). Check out person was very polite. Not crowded in the store and everyone was wearing a mask. I felt safe. This was my first in-store visit since start of pandemic. I had been ordering online before this visit. I would also like to point out that they had abbreviated hours that were not posted online. I had to return the next day after finding the store closed at 5:10 pm. They should make hour changes clear online.

Chantel a staff member has such excellent customer service! They were out of a clearance item but she called other stores and went out of her way to be helpful!! Petco is lucky to have her

The people were really nice and welcoming overall it made me feel safe inside and they gave me tips on my geckos

DId not like my dog grooming basically sole money from me so i can take my dog to a different location. The one who does the baths is a thug that manager is a thug. I wouldn't trust a frog in their possession ! Thief

I have senior dogs (3). They like Nutro lamb and brown rice. They have not had in stock for the last 5 months. I go to Petsmart and they have it in stock.

I will never buy anything from there again! I bought superworms for my bearded dragon a couple days ago and now he's passed away.

Last minute stop. Everyone seemed to be ready to go which was understandable after a day’s work.
