I am very happy to have found Elliott pet spa. He was referred to me when I called another groomer Pam and she told me that she was not accepting new clients and happily mentioned Elliott pet spa as an alternative. I live in west Cary which is more than 30 minutes drive from the spa but because of my bad experience from a previous groomer, I value the quality of grooming too much to care how long I need to drive to have my poodle professionally groomed. I arrived at spa and was greeted warmly by receptionist and Elliott himself. He is very friendly and very detail oriented and asked what kind of looks I wanted and explained the plans of what he would do with facial hair, ear, body and paws. I came back in the afternoon to pick up my poodle and was more than thrilled to see how well she has been groomed. She looked even cuter than I expected. Thanks Elliott for your professionalism and warmth. Keep up the good work!

Expect to wait 5 hours for a 11 pound cockapoo with easy haircut and still have to clip stray bits at home. Overpriced. I said I didn't want the Van Dyke beard cut on my dogs chin and the clip person made a story up that I called her a "dyke". Pathetic. Imagine being "hard to please" because you want the cut you asked for, especially when you are paying so much. I call a professional, professional when they do a "professional" job. No certification or licensing requirements in NC so please just stop with that nonsense.

No mobile grooming their but they are the best groomers in Durham by far . I've been taking my Yorkie-Poo their for 14 years

Elliotte and James are both awesome. Ellliotte's pet spa has been grooming my cats for nearly 10 years and I'm always satisfied. It is very difficult to find a cat groomer and to find one that does great work..... WOW!!! I would (and have) recommend Ellliotte's to any pet parent looking for a great groomer.

We absolutely love their service, their patience and compassion. My rescue puppy was very nervous getting her nails cut, she runs in there tail waging and happy to see them. The compassion they showed when she lost her eye to cancer is like no other provider, they actually care about our Elly and we care about them. They have all the bells and whistles of a bigger place and the loving service of a small business

I have a 10 yr old Boston terrier who hates having his nails cut. I took him to Elliot's Pet Spa and Salon since it was recommended to me and they were great! They were very kind, considerate and understanding of my little buddy's issue and they handled it with professionalism and empathy....Exactly what I want from someone handling my dog.

I have two chihuahuas that need their nails clipped often. I only use one groomer where I live so they are used to them. When I moved to Durham I panicked because I did not know where to bring them. My absolute must was I needed to stay with them so that they would not be scared. I also can not have them separated. I called Elliotte’s after reading the reviews. The gentleman on the phone was very understanding and was able to fit them in the next day! The salon is very clean & the groomers are so very sweet with the dogs. Mine were panic scared, the groomers hugged and talked to my fur babies the whole time. I was relieved as were they. Since then I bring them in every month. I recommend this groomer to anyone that wants top notch service and very caring staff.

I have been going to Elliotte's Pet Spa & Salon for 13 year's . They do excellent work and they have a wonderful group of people that work there . They provide alot of different services for your pet's . My dog loves going there every Friday to get his weekly bath and teeth brushing . They have always done a good job on his hair grooming whenever he needs his hair trimmed also . Good people
