Went for a sick cat visit and a couple follow ups. Entire team was respectful and treated my pet with careful attention. They are able to perform in house labs, and veterinarian clearly discussed treatment plan and options with me. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our pets here for nearly 30 years. The administrative ineptitude we've encountered in the past year is disheartening. The vets have always been wonderful.

Very professional and welcoming. Took their time and were thorough. Gave my dog peanut butter and easy cheese, which you don't see often anymore these days. Very understanding with my dog since she is still young and a bit protective of her mommy.

Our cat was a new patient with an urgent need (paw abscess) that needed a minor procedure. I called and was offered a same day appt. The staff was exceptionally kind and caring, thorough, professional, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for taking such great care of Stanley!

We could not have asked for a better veterinarian to help us through our relocation to the UK with our golden retriever than Dr. Hunt. Park had been recommended to us by our local vet, and once we met Dr. Hunt, we’d wished she had been our vet all along! She was so helpful with handling all of the required paperwork and vaccinations for international moves, and she went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly for us—including helping us out and responding to emails even on days she wasn’t working! We truly could not have done any of it without her. Could not more highly recommend!

Super responsive by phone and email, always willing to work with schedule either with early/late drop off/pick up and seeing same day (even on weekends). They are all so wonderful, knowledgeable, and remember my dogs every time.

My dogs and I love Park Vet! Usually the vet's office is the last place my dogs want to be, but the techs and doctors here are always willing to go above and beyond so that they can be as comfortable as possible. That means the world to me as their owner. Every animal I've seen the staff interact with has been treated with an abundance of love and respect. We will continue to recommend Park Vet to all of the pet owners that we meet.

We were referred to Park Vet by my sister in laws neighbor. I called for an issue that our 5 year old lab mix was having. They got us in right away as new patients and took such great care of our boy. We are staying in Durham temporarily while our house is being built so we are away from our regular Vet. I appreciate the care and concern both the Vet Tech and the Dr gave to our dog. I highly recommend this practice!

After years, people are nice and mean well. But the office is so over-capacity or under-staffed that follow-up appointments are constantly weeks in advance at the earliest. They offer same-day appointments that fill up right at 7am, before you may need one. This is fine when your pet is healthy. I had an older pet that, after years of seeing them, had deteriorating health with no ability to get prompt, regular follow-ups. I had to go to an expensive pet hospital where it became clear that her old age conditions had been mismanaged over the past year with no urgency, and she passed away. I understand the business case for running at 110% capacity. But it’s not worth the patient’s time or money. Your pets will be fine unless they have a critical, urgent need.

The staff always take care of my pets needs

This is not our normal vet, but they are open Sundays for urgent care. We showed up on a Sunday with very little notice with a sick cat, and the vet tech and vet could not have been nicer or more professional. The fact that they have their own lab on premises really helped. We had lab results in 20 minutes instead of waiting a couple of days. We felt no pressure to make one decision versus another. Highly recommend as an alternative to a dedicated emergency vet.
