Dr. Miller and his staff are all friendly, fun and caring, they just seem to love what they do! They do their absolute best to make our puppy feel comfortable every time we come in. As for the service, I never feel like I'm waiting around for too long and I'm never shocked by the bill, so that's a positive for me. I'm glad the rescue that I adopted my pup from recommended Dr. Miller and look forward to having him as our family vet.

Dr. Miller and his staff are true miracle workers. My dachshund Ziggy had a few slipped discs and lost the function of his rear legs. I feared that I would lose him. Dr. Miller was so compassionate, clearly outlining best case scenario and worst case scenario setting very realistic expectations. Following medication protocol, laser therapy, and strict rest my puppy is now doing well. Almost 3 months later, Ziggy is walking around being his old playful and curious self. Thank you Dr. Miller.

What a great vet office to take your pets to! I would not take my babies to any other vet. They treat my babies as if they are their own. Dr. Miller is very compassionate and his staff is wonderful! A big Thanks to you all!!

I never have to worry about my dog's care when we visit Durham Animal Hospital. I walk in and I'm greeted with the sweetest of smiles as if I am a family friend. Dr. Miller is very thorough to make sure all problems are addressed and will take the time to sit down and talk me through all the steps I need to ensure my dog is properly cared for. My dog gets so excited when we visit instead of getting anxious, which is rare when we go out. They're the best!

Extremely pleased with Dr. Miller and his entire staff! They are always courteous, professional, and above all honest. I trust that each time I take Hank in for a visit they are looking out for him and I like we are a part of their family! Because of them, I have a happy and healthy pup at home!

I first met Dr. Miller and DAH staff when they took in a wounded stray pup that I found in the road. After loving treatment and full recovery time at the clinic (thanks to generous donations), beloved “Scruffy” became the clinic sweetheart. …

I went to this office after being recommended after my husbands parents dog going there (cancer). My husband and I have only one cat now, after having one die of pancreatitis in September. And to our horror we found a lump on her a few days …

Dr. Miller is on the top of my lists of veterinarians. We had a total crisis today of my boxer ingesting coffee beans. Thankfully, she purged herself of the beans slowly. She was so weak. We called Durham Animal Hospital and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule. Dr. Miller knew just how to help her. The staff is so gracious even though we had never been there before. It was a traumatic day for me, but they handled it with ease. They are definitely going to be my primary care veterinarians from now on. Thank goodness for the amazing team at Durham Animal Hospital.

Staff Is friendly an knowledgeable - fur kids are greeted by name and Dr Miller's bedside manner is the best. My very timid Dane loves everyone on staff, especially Jordan and Dr Miller. Care is exceptional with great advise given and little to no wait time

Dr. Miller and his staff clearly want to provide the best service possible. They have been caring for my animals for the past 7 years and I have always been pleased with them. They are sensitive to cost and providing necessary care while keeping my money in mind!

Greed... shameful!! While the physical services may have been wonderful, attitude takes away from whatever greatness there might be. Dr. Miller's failure to honor an agreed-to price for services is shameful. Generous donors offered to …

Remember Leon, needing surgery for his fractured femur? Dr Miller agreed to do the surrendered pup's FHO surgery for $700. We set up a you caring account for $1500 to cover that surgery charge, and additional rehab and equipment he would …

I have been a client of this clinic since last year. The purpose of the first visit was treat my cat for worms. I was told a stool sample was needed, but one was never taken. I was given a receipt and sent on my way. The second visit was for an update on two vaccines, rabies and distemper. I was sent home with a receipt and no rabies tag or information. Soon after leaving, my cat began vomiting and having diarrhea. This went on for several hours until I called the emergency vet in the area and was directed to bring her in. As a first time cat owner, the fact that an adverse reaction to vaccination may occur was unknown to me. I feel it is the responsibility of a veterinarian to make this type of information available to a new pet owner, however, it was not provided to me and my cat was not tested for adverse reaction prior to receiving the shot. Thus, I had to spend several hours in emergency care later that evening and lost over 200 dollars. The clinic did not take responsibility for this mistake after I made it know to them. Additionally, after this incident, I was called and told that I should come to the clinic to receive my rabies information that was not given to me on the day I came in. Furthermore, I was also left a message saying I need to pay additional money because I was charged for the wrong vaccine. There is a level of professionalism and care that this clinic simply does not offer. Not only will I not come back to receive care from this clinic, I will never refer my friends or coworkers to come here either.

I have nothing positive to say about my visit to this hospital. First off, the place is hard to find, it's so small and very easy to miss. The reason for my visit was to obtain my dogs medical records after I had been given the dog from a …
