Great place to bring your pets to play or boarding. The folks here are awesome.

My dog, Cooper, has been going to doggy daycare everyday at Creature Comforts Inn since August 2020. They have been an absolute life saver for me and my dog with my work schedule. They take such an amazing care of my dog and have been so easy to work with. Cooper is excited to go to daycare everyday and always comes back to me just as happy. They have really customized Cooper's care to fit his needs and I could never thank them enough for that. I would recommend Creatures Comforts Inn to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their dog to go while you work.

Myl babies were taken well cared for and were absolutely comfortable and safe. Top notch.

The grooming services were extremely unprofessional. Regardless of the fact that they took over three hours to wash my dog (+nail trim), what really upset me was the failure to communicate throughout the process. Creature Comforts does not have someone regularly answer the main phone (and only public line). Whether it was making the appointment, dropping off and trying to pick up my dog, no one was there to answer the phone and I had to call several times and leave several messages. I also received little guidance as to when to expect my dog to be ready after his grooming. I was told 1-2 hours at the most. Even if it was going to take longer this should have been communicated. Horrible experience and I will not be coming back. I was told to drop my puppy off at 11 and that I would recieve a call when he was ready. I did not hear anything back for three hours and decided to call, getting an answering machine. After leaving a message and calling for an hour I decided to go back to their location and see what was up. No one was at the front desk. After waiting and knocking on the door not hear anything for 15+ minutes someone showed up. After explaining the situation the attendant preceded to say that my dog was nearly ready and drying. She said she had received my message (over an hour ago) and that she could check us out but the internet was down so I had to provide my payment information via paper.

Such a great place for boarding our cats. You can totally tell the staff are animal lovers, and are going to take care of your pets as if they are their own.

They are Always friendly and have reasonable pricing The atmosphere Is always Joyful.

We have been taking our dog Lola here for nearly a year now and we are so happy with their services! She is also a patient next door at Cornwallis Animal Hospital which not only makes it convenient for us, but also assures me that if there were any emergency, the vet is right there. The staff at Creature Comforts Inn works with Lola's high energy and have even helped her with socializing better with the other dogs. It's great that there somewhere I trust with my baby when I have to head into the office and don't want to leave her at home alone. I'm very grateful for them!

My beloved pigeon could not have stayed in better hands when I went on a trip! We will definitely always go to them! Thank you guys!

My 2 dogs are picky! However they really like this place. The team is nice accommodating and responsive! I recommend this facility!

Our dog really likes Creature Comforts and is excited to go inside. They do a good job keeping you updated during our dogs time there. It would be awesome if they offered online surveillance when the dogs are in the outside play area.

OMG!!took such wonderful care of my baby Adjua. The grooming service is excellent and customer service exceptional.

Absolutely love this place! My dog Charlie really loves it and always comes home super tired from all the fun he had! Their staff also really seems to know him well and always gives me a report of his behavior that day. What really won me over was when Tina called to let me know he was overdue on his bordatella vaccination and therefore couldn't be in daycare for his safety after I had dropped him off for the day. I had a job interview that day and wasn't sure what I was going to do because I needed him to be taken care of. Tina offered to call the animal hospital next door to see if they could get his vaccination. When we found out they didn't have any availability, she offered to keep him at the front desk with her so I could finish my interview. Tina really went above and beyond to help me out and it really shows the kind of staff that Creature Comforts has working for them. Highly recommend this place for your furry friend!

We absolutely love CCI! Our dog Elmo loves daycare, and we could not be more grateful for the attentive, kind, and welcoming staff members.

What a wonderful place to board our dog! Creatures comforts does an amazing job of taking care of our pup when we are away. They are always courteous and professional. And, they definitely go the extra mile to accomodate my wife and I when we are trying to get the dog dropped off or picked up just at the right time. Case in point, their wonderful front desk person, Kim, was not at all bothered when we came in right at closing to pick up our dog after a trip. Many thanks to Kim and all at the staff at Creature Comforts for being so excellent.

Recently moved here. Emma my Boxer loves it here and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and love my pooch.

Good with the animals but always struggle with people. Check-in and check-out is often difficult. The kids working there generally seem to love the dogs and take good care of them.

I guess "staff playing with your dog" means staff sitting down under awning while dogs mingle with each other. How are dog fights controlled? What if your dog hadn't been spayed or neutered?

Creature Comforts has taken fantastic care of both of my cats and my dog! It is such a comfort to know that my animals are happy and taken care of while I am away!

Decent place to board your dogs but I didn't like paying for my dogs to have playtime

They took good care of the hannible while I was on vacation

They took really good care of our cat and even gave him free food without any charge!
