We adopted our pup about a year ago in the pandemic. The rescue we got him from had very little info about him, and he ended up being much higher energy than we expected (especially for our first dog!). Not having a backyard was tough despite 3 walks a day, so we looked into daycare options very early on. Green Beagle was highly recommended by one of our friends. Having that space for Otis to run around off leash was a game changer for us & allowed us to make it work. He loves everyone at Green Beagle and is always SO excited to be there. When we are out of town, we also board him there and know he’s in good hands and is having a blast. We started with a half day weekly and he now goes twice a week, which is the perfect amount of time to keep this energetic, athletic pup from any destructive behaviors in the house while we are working but also not overly stimulated. We also love looking through the daily pictures from when he’s at daycare to see if we can spot him playing. As with any daycare (for kids or pets), he gets an illness going around occasionally & has gotten an injury but they let us know immediately and we were able to get him stitched up. Not getting that pent up energy out while he recovered was the tough part, so it’s still well worth it for us. Scheduling is tough unless you book well in advance, but it makes sense because of their great staff, facilities, and just the way they do things (grouping dogs by size/energy, dog to staff ratio, naps, rotating through yards). Hopefully they can expand to fit the demand because they’re awesome!

We have tried out a few daycares in the area but Green Beagle is by far the best! My dog comes home from boarding, or a day at daycare, happy and exhausted. I absolutely love the facility and the space for the dogs to run around and play. The staff is amazing- always so helpful, kind and care tremendously for the dogs. Oakley Marie, my seven year old pup is a little less rambunctious and shy and doesn't always love to be surrounded by her peers- Green Beagle goes above and beyond to make sure she is getting individual staff attention as much as she can. We are so thankful for this wonderful daycare!

There is never any availability at this place. Even when you register the moment it goes live. It's extremely frustrating.

Our sweet dog came back with an ugly cut and barely walking. He was not drinking water or eating. We never had such bad experience at any daycare. We called and they said the day was normal and nothing wrong happened. We will definitely not take him there again.

Our Westie poo,Jackson, has really benefitted from Jessica’s skill as a groomer. We moved to Green Beagle when a groomer at another pet salon recommended Jessica. Apparently, they had both trained and worked together. That was several years ago and we never looked back. Jessica is positive, good with Jackson, talented and dependable. Jackson comes home handsome, happy and thoroughly taken care of. From head to paw, he has been clipped, pampered and cleaned. Green Beagle not only has an impressive facility, it offers wonderful, capable and friendly staff. We have peace of mind when Jackson is there. That trust has been validated at every visit.

I have been bringing my border collie, Rose to the GBL since they opened, with recommendation from several of my neighbors. She loves it! She chases tennis balls, soaks in the pool, takes a midday break and happily plays until pick up in the evening. She is happy to go and happy to come home at the end of the day, relaxed and exercised! Of course, she will walk, chase more tennis balls etc in any daylight left. I do not worry about her when we board her on out of town trips as we get emails and pictures keeping us up with her activities. The staff are so friendly and helpful and have good advice, such as dealing with fear of thunder. They know her and notice if anything is "off". Like childcare for my now adult kids, it really helps to know Rose in in good hands

My dog has been attending daycare at GB for 1.5 years now and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. While I do wish they had cameras or a means for us to observe our dogs at play, I trust he is well cared for. GB has truly been a Godsend for me. My Simon was a stray and as a result has abandonment issues, so knowing he's being cared for and not alone while I'm at work is such a relief. He is also deaf and startles easily, but they've managed to work this out even though I've never asked for preferential treatment. He loves coming and when I pick him up he's asleep by the time we leave the parking lot. I'm SO glad to have found the GB lodge for him!

Our puppy Biscuit had his first half day visit for Daycare. What an amazing day! We received a thoughtful note from Katelynn at Green Beagle with pictures of Biscuit's first day. What a great experience.

We have brought our golden miniature poodle Trixie to the groomers at Green Beagle since she was six months old. She is high spirited, headstrong and has some allergy issues. The groomers have thoroughly groomed her, including removing hair from her ears, brushing her teeth, dremeling her nails and expressing her anal gland. Her current groomer is Jessica, has been wonderful. We leave instructions for her including photos of the cut we prefer, and Trixie comes back to us calm thoroughly groomed and proud of herself. Trixie has small sores on her belly due to food allergies. The shampoo Jessica uses is very calming to Trixie’s skin. we will never take Trixie to another groomer. Thank you Jessica and Green Beagle!

Good communication, friendly staff, awesome groomer (shoutout to Brianna) and reasonable rates. Clean, fun facility and never had an issue after a grooming like nicks or infections which can happen. Highly recommend!

My family’s two dogs, an excitable and energetic pair of brothers, have been attending afternoon daycare at the Green Beagle Lodge two days per week since they were about five months old. It’s their absolute favorite place on earth! They don’t have a fenced-in yard at home, so they really love being able to run, play, explore, and interact with all of their friends in the large play yards at the Lodge. They immediately perk up when we tell them that it’s time to go to the Lodge, and they always have tons of fun during their visits; they sleep very well when they get home and are completely wiped out the following day, so we know that they’re getting plenty of opportunities to burn a lot of their youthful energy! We really appreciate the personalized care that the helpful and attentive staff members at the Lodge provide, and we’re so grateful to them for keeping our boys safe and comfortable while also allowing them to have fun and just be dogs. The Green Beagle Lodge has been an important part of our dogs’ growth into happy and well-socialized young adults, and we’re so glad that they have such a wonderful place to play and engage with other dogs and humans off leash!

My sweet girl Willow loves to go to Green Beagle Lodge to play with her people friends and dog friends. She gets so excited when we pull into the drive. Thank you for taking such great care of my girl!

Literally this place is the best. I am a very anxious dog owner when it comes to having my dogs taken really good care of and here they go above and beyond at all times. My dogs are always worn out after going there. I never feel as though that they are unsafe with any other dogs. All of the staff are very professional. If you are a nervous dog owner like I am LOL I promise you that this place will take very good care of your pets!

My sweet Millie girl has been coming here for about 1.5 years now, three days a week while I’m in dental hygiene school from 8-5. So thankful that I’m able to pick Millie up in the evenings and she sleeps for the rest of the night from having so much fun! I know she loves the pool as she is usually wet when I come pick her up. So worth the money knowing she is able to have fun and get her energy out instead of staying home all day long. When she got sick one day, they called me and let me know she had been separated from play time and was given special attention in the kitchen area until I was able to come get her. So thankful! Sad to be moving away in a few months.

If i could rate lower, I would. The initial visits were fine. My puppy came home exhausted after a full day of play. Last two visits, i noticed a change in my baby's temperment as we approached the facility. The most recent visit, he even began to growl as we approached the lodge!! My baby is a very fun loving puppy and adores people and NEVER growl at people. On his last two visits, When i arrived to pick him up, it took FOREVER (about 20 minutes) for them to bring him to me and when they finally did he was shivering like crazy!! And was shivering all the way home! When I asked to speak to the counselor to inquire about his interaction, I was told " ohhhhh his interactions were fine. If there was anything to notate, it would be in his file" ((WRONG ANSWER) Then i asked was it possible for me to come to observe my dog to see how he's ineracting with the other dogs. I was told "no". I could come btwn 11-1 to tour the facility, when they are napping. (Definitely, the wrong answer) My baby will not be returning to tihis lodge!!!!

Great cat boarding--bright and with lots of windows and far away from the dogs. Responsive staff. Do check on their policies for cancelling boarding ahead of time.

Green Beagle is such a wonderful place! I wouldn't trust my dog anywhere else. Matilda is an extremely energetic dog. I know she's a handful and she is always greeted with such love, as if she is their dog. With Matilda's energy and lack of grace comes ample opportunity for injury. With daily body checks, I have been alerted to things I would have never noticed on her (like a growth) and paws are treated before they get too raw (my dog literally never stops running) They are thorough and thoughtful with my Matilda. I'm always impressed that they know every dog by name. Thank you for everything you do!
