Rude staff it stinks of urine i was told to leave cause i had no mask on i understand the fear but they could have given me a chance to get it out of my truck but no they were rude just leave not nice at all

It has been 10 years since I have been bringing my dog to this clinic, great staff and the vet is super friendly and professional. In my opinion this clinic has the best prices in the triangle area. I bring all of my 3 dogs here. Staff/ front desk are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn’t leave this vet at all. Even in times when my dogs needed medication the prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend this Vet.

I took my cat here thinking she had a uti. After the exam, which seemed very rough, the doctor said it probably was a uti and to give her cranberry treats. I questioned if/how this would treat the infection and he waived off my concerns. When he left to get them I saw bloody urine in her carrier and showed it to him when he got back. He confirmed that it probably meant a uti. I asked if she needed any antibiotics and he said no and to give the treats daily and come back in two weeks if it is not resolved. I had to take her to the emergency vet a day later where they confirmed bladder stones as well as a uti. The doctor did not listen to my concerns and was impatient to move on from us. The only pro about this vet was the support staff- the receptionist and assistants were very kind. One even came out and met me at my car and carried my cat inside for me and did the same when we left. Overall, would not recommend taking your pet here.

I recently brought my senior blind dog here and the vet techs and the doctor were super kind and accommodating to her. She isn’t always the perfect patient but they treated her with kindness and were clear with me and explaining what she needed. I highly recommend this vet! I am going to bring my kitties here as well!

This place is amazing. My cat came in, left super happy, Dr. Said was calm and great with my cat who usually hates the vet. Also did not feel like they overcharged at all, and the other people working there were really nice too!! Highly recommend.

Great place to have your pet check, affordable and the staff treat your pets like one of their own.

My mom took our chihuahua to this vet and the staff was nice but the doctor was very rude to us and one of the vet techs was very very rude. We will not be coming here again we bring our pets here expecting for them to be treated nicely. We do not recommend this place. Save your money.

By far best vet clinic I've been too , they always know how to take care of my pet and always find the best solutions for them . I will definitely be making this my primary clinic to go to , totally recommend it . Also , Jay the vet assistant was really helpful and really showed care for my pet .

Academy vet hospital is a great place to bring your pets. We have 4 dogs and a cat and bring them all to Academy. The staff is very calm and nice. They treat my animals very well. One of my dogs has severe anxiety at the vet, I’ve had to change vets often with him for many reasons. Some vets don’t want to deal with him, or I feel uncomfortable because they get in his face and try to amp him up by over petting. Dr. Said is very calm and appropriate with my dogs. He lets them approach him rather then him chasing them around the room trying to give them affection. He knows a lot about animal behavior which is super helpful if you have a dog with anxiety/aggression. I’ll be sad when he retires and I have to search for a new vet.

This hospital treated my dog better than I i am treated when I go to the doctor. They treated the"whole family". Because my car was recently stolen, they gave me a ride. Spencer( my dog) just loved it there also.
