Great caring place & staff for your furbabies. They treat your pets just like they would treat their own pets. Vet visit was perfect, no complaints.. My Mugsy is not a big Fan of any Vet at all and he is usually very dramatic. The office staff accepted and understood his fears and gave him the extra attention he needed. Great Place !

West Shore Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond with the attention not only on every animal you treat, but really with your care and treatment of the animal parents. I thank the entire staff of WSAH for treating every animal and human parents with such loving care and concern. I truly cannot thank you enough! I have had critters in cities across the USA and WSAH is hands down, the BEST in the nation! Thank you for every thing you do for my canine Kate and feline FeeBee, and for what you do for ME. <3

We are currently having our cat treated at West Shore Animal Hospital for radial nerve damage. We have been very impressed with the degree of care we are receiving. Dr. Newman is very thorough, and clearly listens and observes everything we say and our cat does. She explains what we can expect and provides a level of care above what we expected. Explanations are provided throughout the treatments and printed materials are given so therapy can continue at home. At this point, we don't know if Smokey's recovery will be sufficient to allow him the quality of life he deserves, but we believe that Dr. Newman is his best chance for that recovery. We also believe that she will help us determine if his recovery is possible or not.

I had an very sick dog and they would not see us the dog later died and she was a patient of theirs. Great work they are so bad.

Dr. Kelsey was amazing to work with! My dog was seen for a limp and she ended up discovering some other adverse symptoms. After some tests and imaging, she unfortunately found that my dog was in heart failure. Without her proactive attitude this may not have been discovered.

There is no way that I can express how thankful I am for Dr. Kendall and the entire West Shore team. They are truly angels!!

We met them under the worst circumstances possible, euthanasia. They were one of only a few vets that would make a house call to do this. The team that came were very professional and extremely compassionate to us. They allowed us to take our time despite it being after their business hours and on a beautiful Friday night in the summer. Every company I called wanted money up front first, would not make an exception for it to take place after business hours so that my spouse could be here. They were genuinely emotional along with us. For these reasons alone they will have us as clients forever. They made all the arrangements for cremation and told us when she returns home we can worry about the bill then. I recommend them to everyone!

The care Baby received from West Shore was beyond amazing! They were very professional and filled with compassion. We could not have ask for any better care. The entire staff was absolutely awesome! Highly recommend West Shore, especially, if you have a pet with a medical condition requiring highly individualized care and attention. Many thanks to the entire staff!!!

Every time my husband or I call, they can't find us. They ask us if we have been there before. We have been going to this vet for well over a year. She told me she couldn't find us because I was pronouncing my husband's name wrong. Ummmm...I'm pretty sure I know how to pronounce my husband's name. They sent me a notice that our dog was due for rabies vaccination. When I tried to make an appointment, she said our dog wasn't due until 2023. I know our dog is due this year. Then she got an attitude with me. I thought I was the customer. Not worth my time. I will have my dog's records transferred to a more reliable vet.

Love the staff very sweet. Did an awesome job on my cats surgery. No issues with care of my animals when they are there.

I cannot express how amazing Dr Kendall and her staff are. I took my cat in to be euthanized due to a diagnosis give at an emergency vet office and ended up not going through with it. I sat in the floor of the exam room and Dr Kendall came in and sat down on the floor with me. She did not rush, she was so compassionate and caring. She answered every question I had and then some. Dr Kendall walked me through how to treat my cat and made it so simple. Her nurse Mallory was equally amazing and listened to what I had to say without judgement. The ladies at this office are pure perfection!

Staff was so friendly and kind. The tech that brought him out was so complimentary of Panther’s personality, it really made me feel like he is the BEST cat ever (which he is ????) and that he was treated wonderfully during and after his surgery. Thank you so much for your care of him!

We inherited West Shore after Dr. Reed sold the practice. We LOVE the entire staff at West Shore. I had a diabetic cat and they were with me every step of the way treating him. We got our 3rd dog as one of the vet tech was trying to re-home him. We can’t say enough positive things about West Shore.????

Everyone one was great. They explained everything and really showed how they cared for our animals even though Zoey was in a bad mood that day, the staff was excellent!

Had an appointment for our cat who was diagnosed with diabetes, spoke with Kendall and she calmed our nerves, talked us through everything, found cheaper options for medicine and really saved our little laylas life. Such a great place!

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Buster is feeling much better already!!
