Great place for daycare or boarding. Love the small atmosphere my dogs get the individualized attention they need compared to going to one of the larger places in Charlotte. They also benefit from the smaller play groups. They love going .. ken and patty are great at what they do and happy to have a place I can take my two that I know and trust. I am very particular and they check all the boxes!

Conditions are awful and they apparently let the dogs go without food for 15+ hours!

They take wonderful care of our dogs, and we have one that, shall we say, can be a handful. They send us pics mid vacation, and the dogs always seem happy and healthy

I have a puppy during the pandemic and to say we are close is an understatement since we’ve been together 24/7 for months!!! I made an appointment to tour the kennel and Ken patiently showed me around explaining the care they provide. The place was small, clean, and all dogs looked well cared for. I appreciated the large in and outdoor compartments. And I especially liked that they only put a few like sized and temperament dogs in the play yard together. 1st visit was a play day and I received pictures of her playing with others. She was happy and worn out when I picked her up. 2d time was an overnight stay and again I received pictures of her playing and she seemed tired and I don’t think she ate much of her food while there because she came home and ate an entire cup of food then slept forever. 3d visit is 2 overnights and I’ve received pics of a happy dog. This overly protective dog-mom highly recommends their services. They seem to genuinely like the dogs they care for.

Our 2 year old beagle copper just loves it. When we pick him up he is calm and at ease but happy to see us. Other larger kennels that he has been to he usually comes home or stressed but not at Kennelina!

This was my puppy's first time in a kennel and they did a phenomenal job caring for her!

This is without a doubt the best Kennel in the area. I highly recommend Kennelina and completely trust them to take care of our four legged baby. They are professional, responsive and do an excellent job in all things.

This place is amazing, staff is great and sent pics of the dogs which is always makes you feel better when you're traveling.

We have been using Kennelina for the past 9 years for our 2 Beagles Bailey and Chase. Even though other kennels are closer to us, we would not trust anyone else with our dogs. Weather they stay for 2 days or 10, I know they are being well cared for. Our dogs are always happy and not stressed out when we pick them up. They really care about the pets they board. They are well worth the drive!!

Low prices. A friendly staff. Only wish they had live cam feed to app. I would use them again.

Housed our beloved pet while we were evacuating from storm. Sent pictures to let us know he was okay. Good place...would definitely use again.

We have booked our chocolate lab Moo Moo here twice and we have been very satisfied each time. The staff is great. They are so good to our moo moo. She loves going and we feel comfortable with her going there because she is well taken care of. They send us updates and pictures which helps put our mind to ease. Great place for our moo moo. We will only use them from now on.

Coming from very particular dog parents. We love Kennelina! So do our Pups. They offer a place where our dogs get to play several times a day and have fun with other dogs. They offer a nice place for them to stay in the same room during down times. They also offer a facility that we feel comfortable leaving our beloved pets at. The staff is very nice a friendly as well. My wife and I highly recommend this facility.

The only place that we will bring our dog, Lucy! She loves going to Kennelina and playing with her friends and we love how they have worked with us over the years so that Lucy would be comfortable and happy staying away from home. Added bonus is that she is soooo tired and happy when she comes home from her Kennelina stays :)

Best place in the area to board your dogs! My 2 German Shepherds pull me into the door. The staff is caring and knowlegable. My dogs come home calm and tired, not stressed out at all.

I left my dog last year and they gave her a bath when she had an accident. They are really nice and look after your pets. Highly recommended.

ken and patty are just great. my jake has been going there sent he was 4 mouths old and we did a pet rescue a year and a half ago and they have been so great with lucy and she loves going there you can not go wrong with this place for dogs or cats, we never have to worry about our pets when we go on vacation or just for a day.

I love this place and so does my cat.

Beau and Willow recently stayed at Kennelina for 6 nights while we went out of town and they seemed to have had a great time! I really appreciated how attentive the staff was when we dropped them off - issues, special treats, medications, how much food, etc. Also, while we were away, they sent multiple emails with pictures of our pups enjoying play time and hanging out with other dogs. Also, when we did an initial tour of the facility, they showed us everything -- some places don't take you back to where the dogs actually stay, so I appreciated this transparency. The staff is very friendly, personable, and our pups loved them. Thanks for having a great place where I feel comfortable leaving my fur babies!

This is absolutely the best value kennel around. The rates are very affordable and the staff is very friendly. Both my dogs really enjoyed their time there and we will be using them whenever we have need to kennel them. They did send me pictures of my dogs playing which was nice. Be advised the turn to the kennel is easy to miss the first time.

A few weeks ago we left our dog at Kennelina for the first time. We couldn't have had a better experience. The facility and grounds are so well kept and our dog seemed to have loved it. When we have left her at our usual kennel, she would always be upset for days after our return. Not so this time. You would have never known we had left her anywhere but home. While we were gone, we received an email a couple of times with pictures of her having a good time. That was very reassuring. We intend on using Kennelina every time we need to board our dog.
