DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE‼️ Our babies came home with blood shot eyes and choking. We explained to the owner the one dog has hip dysplasia and needs a break in between. Well , needless to say that was never done. Our baby is home with his legs shaking and unable to walk. They quoted us 120 and we ended up being charged 180 per dog. Their hair cuts where terrible and I am not sure if the groomers are even licensed.. If you want to keep your babies safe don’t ever ever ever bring them here‼️ HORRIBLE‼️HORRIBLE‼️HORRIBLE‼️

I am so happy to have found this place. Danielle was so helpful to me today. I have a Doodle who I thought I was caring for correctly but turns out I wasn’t. She showed me the correct way to care for his coat between groomings which will spare me from having to have him shaved every other time he’s groomed. Thank you!

I've been going here for years with all 4 of my dogs. Even though it's a 30 minute drive for me, there is no one else I trust more with my dogs than Danielle and her crew.

I"m new to the area and have been looking for a new groomer I came in here about a week ago and set up an appointment with Danielle. The day of our little babies appointment I pulled up a few pics for reference. When I picked them up they looked exactly like the pics I showed!! I am beyond happy with their groom and pricing. We will be coming here from now on!!

One star is being gracious, which they did not show my friend after her 3 dogs were there for grooming. She wanted to pick them up at 430 but they weren't ready. So she called at 5 to check and said she would be there by 6pm. Closing time. She arrived at 6pm, not 6:01 or 6:02 but exactly at 6pm and Impeccable Paws was closed, no-one in sight. They did not respond to her calls nor did they call her to say we are closing a few mins early or we are walking out the door at 6pm. Being she was in communication with them someone should of given a courtesy call. Now her babies are there overnight. What if they need medicine at a certain time? Poor care, poor customer service and poor business practice.

I stopped in this afternoon to pick up a couple of things for my Yorkie. I've heard mixed reviews about this business but I'm always anxious to meet others in the pet industry. As a local Professional Pet Sitter, I was hoping to not only find something nice for my dog, but to make a business contact as well. From the moment I walked, it was without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Not only did I not warrant a greeting from the receptionist, Danielle, as I walked in, I tried several times to make contact with her. She denied me even that common courtesy, not giving me so much as a grunt in response. I found two items I decided on and proceeded to the counter. I thought not speaking was bad, but she was extremely unpleasant throughout the whole process. I am in no way an unreasonable person, I understand that things can be very busy but this woman was just rude. I was the only customer in the entire store and she acted as if it was empty. This receptionist was flat out disrespectful, almost as if she was trying to make my experience the worst it could be. I personally will not be spending time or money in this store again.

Don’t believe dog got groomed. Was called less than an hour after drop off saying he was ready. Nails still long, hair barely looked cut. Brought him to another groomer who agreed and groomed him right. Still was charged same price.

Excellent grooming experience; Impeccable Paws is the only salon our Golden Retriever will be going to! Having just moved here from out of state, I was looking for a new groomer. Impeccable Paws got us in the same morning as I called. The ladies are really nice and great with our girl. They gave her a complete professional grooming at price less than other salons. Our baby girl left there gorgeous and happy!

Danielle is an amazing person!! I happened to be nearby for lunch and decided to stop in to have her check my dog’s nails (specifically the dew claws). She agreed that they were too long and had been missed by my usual groomer. She immediately grabbed the nail trimmers and trimmed all four of the difficult nails. She gave me great information on how often to make sure the nails are getting trimmed too. And then she wouldn’t let me pay her! I’m not from the area or I would bring my dog here all the time. I highly recommend Impeccable Paws to anyone who wants their dog to be in the care of someone who really focuses on what is best for the animal. Thanks Danielle!!

Not impressed with the different prices I was given when dropping off my dog. Just a wash was $40. My white dog still looked dirty when I picked him up and he still had dirt in his fur. I had never had a problem with them before. But I'm nervous to bring both my dogs back because I never know what they're going to charge.

Horrible experience. I've reached out to the owner via email, as well as calling a couple times, and have yet to hear back from them. I was able to speak to the manager, but there has been no follow up regarding my complaint. I brought in our two 6 month old schnoodles 2 weeks ago. I'll start with the positive. The very young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. She called with a 30 minute notice before they were ready. That's about it. My issue was with the service I paid for. They came highly recommended by friends of ours, but we did not have the same experience. We've religiously taken our dogs to the vet every 4 weeks since they were born. The vet never had any concerns with their hair being matted and suggested we groom them at six months and after being spayed and neutered. This would have been exactly then. The pleasant young lady at the front desk insisted that one of them had matted hair and would need to have a short cut. I was concerned because schnoodles are naturally medium to longer haired and our vet had not expressed any concerns, but said if that was what she needed ok, but no beard on her. We loved their look but it just needed to be trimmed and not covering their eyes. Both had eyebrows, which we discussed with the receptionist, but were cut uneven on both dogs. The boy looked like he had a military cut on his head. Also, we paid an up charge for dental cleaning. While I have no record to verify if it was or was not done, I can tell you their breath certainly did not smell as though the teeth had been cleaned. This was their first grooming and will probably take awhile to correct the horrible job that was done. I tipped since I had to pay before they brought the dogs out. I can assure you that wouldn't have happened if I'd seen them first. In fact, if I wasn't in such shock I would have asked for a refund.

I own a grooming salon in Huntersville. I happened to be looking at your reviews and noticed Rebecca Laughter gave you a bad review within the last week. Don't worry, I'm sure you did nothing wrong. She was in my salon yesterday and had many of the same complaints. She also was dishonest in many of her statements in the review she gave my salon. It seems no one can please her! Perhaps we should let the other salons in our area be aware.

Grooming regularly for 3 dogs and Dan (owner) has a huge heart and very personable. Enjoy..!

I visited this store today (1/5/18) at 2:20 pm with my mother, with two goals in mind; finding a new groomer for our dog and purchasing accessories. We were both disappointed to find that we were not greeted when we walked in, despite two associates standing at the front of the store. Both associates looked directly at us, and still no greeting. We immediately left without purchasing! Additionally, the store was disgusting. I will never visit this store againand will not recommend ANYONE visit this store for any reason.

Friendly staff but not the best dog groomers. Was specific on how I wanted my dog's hair cut and they did the opposite. They cut it short around the face and kept it long in the back. If you want something done right, unfortunately most of the time it's just best to do it yourself. On a plus side, my dog smells good and he got a free toy when leaving the store.

We had a horrible experience at another groomer prior to finding Impeccable Paws. What a difference! Dan and his staff were so nice to my Yorkiepoo and she looked adorable when I picked her up. They fixed the mess that the other groomer had made and she seemed very happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Dan even gave her a cute little toy afterwards which is now her favorite! We'll definitely be returning to Impeccable Paws from now on!

Our babies love going to Impeccable Paws and I love them enough to drive 2 1/2 hours, one way, to take them to people who I know care for them.
