I tried to find someone to help me find puppy treats. It took a while but got the treats. Name tags were at the register displayed behind the belt that moves your items forward. So we stood there, looking through people waiting in line. It doesn't even make sense. But overall we got what we needed.

Variety of pets and pet products. Friendly staff

Very busy place but the associates were still available to assist. I recommend to anyone in the Concord or surrounding area for your Pet needs.

Always love this location. Today was amazing. Justice answered all my questions and was able to help me look for something out of stock and then informed me of the next truck date. Managers were great to answer all of my questions. Thanks so much for always making my bird shopping experience great!

They are so passionate here about everything animals! I had a great experience and all I came in to do was buy dog food! I was helped by Josie to select the best brand and type for my dog's very specific needs recommended by my vet. I had no idea about the app and they showed me all about it and how to get my 8th bag free just by clicking a button on there! I also found out about the Vitals program so I can save a ton on everything we need including grooming! Me and my furbaby can't wait to use all these new perks! The cashier Kelly was even super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back regularly!

the fish care in this store is atrocious. i have never seen dirtier tanks and i’ve been to many, many, petcos in the past. they’re never clean. the systems themselves have rust all over them and doors falling off. not only that, but there was a dead pac-man frog in one of the tanks and the employees didn’t even know they had one in the building. he had clearly been dead for a while. i don’t know if it’s lack of management, training, or care. but higher up needs to know that the animal care in this store is lacking.

Wow, you talk about passion for your job, I can't say enough. I dropped off 5 guinea pigs. They were living in guinea pig heaven and I felt awful giving them up. But the 2 girls working the night I dropped them off (Dec 13th) made me feel so much better. They told me they would find them great homes. The showed interest in them, picking them up petting them, etc.

Has lots of items for dogs and cats.

Love Petco but today I couldn't find a Halloween hat or costume for my dog... I'm very late but none the less very disappointed ????

I came in to buy crickets for my bearded dragon and Casey helped me choose the right size. She was so friendly and I appreciated the friendliness!

I try to leave reviews when I had an above and beyond experience. I had just that today with the worker in the reptile/fish section. I believe his name was Jay. He was an amazing worker who gave me a tremendous amount of advice and a great conversation. He without a doubt went above and beyond with me and my daughter. This was the first time I've been at this location but I will certainly be back

Brought my dog with me to shop. Three different workers approached us, played with her, one gave her treats and the two others shared tips on toys and fur care with me. I left happy and my pup did too. This will be our new go to store.

Horrible customer service in the pet grooming department. I scheduled an appointment for my dog to get groomed a couple weeks out in December 2020. On the day of about an hour before, I received a voicemail stating that my appointment needed to be canceled because the groomer couldn’t come into work. I called the store back several times for a couple of days to re-schedule and no one answered and I even left a voicemail. No one called me back. At the time of the initial schedule of appointment, I also booked January and February’s appointments. January rolled around and I was called again the day of and was told my groomer had a toothache and would not be able to come in. While understanding that emergencies happen, I reminded the groomer who called that this was the second time in a month that this had happened. There was no reconciling of the issue or anything. I then sent an email to customer service about the issue. No one called but someone emailed and asked if I would like to speak with a manager about the issue. No one has reached out. This is poor customer service and I am disappointed.

Eh the food was cold

They were not helpful at all. The worker had a very nasty attitude. I’ve never had this type of experience at petco ever.

Titi helped us with fish items and she was fantastic. Took her time helping us and making sure we had everything we needed and the right stuff. I would recommend this place specifically for the customer service ! Thank you titi :)

Overpriced Cricket $0.16 each did not get 36. Got 34, paid for 36 crickets.

The woman at the register was very helpful. Petco has the food my puppy eats and a dog treat bar was awesome.

The store employee helped us by price matching an online price. This will help me to continue to shop at Petco, knowing we will get the best price.

For the most part, everything here is super quality! Except for your live feeder insects. I have never had so many problems with a place having dead, moldy or dying worms. Today all of the earthworms, red wigglers and meal worms in the live cooler were frozen—and low temps will at least kill the mealworms. When I told an associate that freezing temps will kill their supply, I was told that “it was fine” and that I could just let them thaw out. All I wanted was for them to know they were killing their live feeder insects by keeping the fridge too cold. So yes, buy everything BUT feeder insects from here.

Walter groomed my baby Maltese. I was very happy with his level of service and will definitely make sure I book with Walter next visit!!

Always a pleasure most of the staff is n knowledgeable on our pets and the service is attentive and in point these are our pets Nitro Isis and our and our two hermit crabs itch and scratch

Great store to find all your needs and wants for your furry family member! Only thing is I wish they had more of a braided bone selection. But that literally was the only thing I was upset with and that is something small.

Grooming- My Collie was groomed here yesterday July 19th. He was in desperate need of grooming as I’ve had some health problems and have not been able to properly groom him myself. After 5 1/2 hours they called me to pick him up. When we got there, the grooming department was closed and we had to find someone to get my dog. My daughter in law took the dog to the car and I paid. I didn’t notice what they had done until after we left. He had a lot of matted hair but I’ve never seen anyone do what they did to my beautiful boy. Please look at the photos. Needless to say, I will never go back!
