Dallas was a tremendous help in finding puzzle toys for my puppy with seperation anxiety and what would last the longest for a Doberman in particular. It has hoped tremendously! The products have been great!

Sold me dead snails then wouldn’t refund me over the phone. The staff here is not knowledgeable about the aquatic pets and will sell dead snails but wouldn’t sell alive fish with the aquarium lights off

Caring staff, always there to answer questions, remembered my visit from months ago where I got supplies to nurse day old kittens. It's a chain store but they make you feel like it's locally owned by how they treat you as a customer

My dog received the worst hair cut that I’ve ever seen. I asked that he not be cut short and that his tail hair be cut shorter. I received the complete opposite. He was cut almost bald. His cut was also very spotty and uneven. My dog was cut low and then I was called to tell what happened. I should have been contacted before he was cut low. My dog was slightly matted but not enough to be bald. The groomer stated “don’t hate me” and “his hair will grow back” when I walked in which let me know the hair cut would not be to my standards. Not only was the haircut bad but it took 5 hours to complete. Completely dissatisfied with this service and DO NOT recommend bringing your dog here to be groomed.

Great place and extremely excellent customer service

The first couple times we came here it was amazing. The staff was so nice and had no problem helping us and being informative. However, our third visit was not so pleasant. Usually when we come in we’re greeted right away which was not done this time. We really didn’t mind though. We usually like to just get in, get what we need and get going. What really disappointed us was when we got to the counter and sat all of our items down to be checked out. The man checking us out looked at us and asked why we didn’t have the codes to the bagged treats. Although he asked very rudely we didn’t mind that he asked us because now we know to get that before coming to check out. We replied to him “No, we didn’t know because we didn’t do it last time.” Which then he mumbled “I’m sure you did.” That was a very rude comment considering the fact that we did not nor did we do anything to him to be so rude the entire check out process. The time before the lady just scanned it from the book so we didn’t understand what the issue was since he also scanned it from the book located right by the register. We didn’t say anything else to him and just left. This was very disappointing because we no longer plan on coming to this location. It’s a shame because we loved this store due to a much bigger variety than Petco.

This store has friendly employees and good sales. Every time we go in and have a bit bag of stuff to carry out, they offer to have someone take it for me. I prefer this site over Pet Smart any day.

Went to checkout and I the disabled one in a wheelchair was paying..A young friendly girl was having issues with the register so she got help from a guy..He asked if we wanted to use a pets reward card..But he didnt ask me, he asked the person who was with me.I answered with my number he could look up..Turns to whoms with me asked if he would like to donate cans of cat food..I once again answered no then he asked something else once again to the person with me and I once again answered..So thank you to the Guy whom i hope was not a manager for treating someone with a disabilty like they dont exist..My legs may not allow me to stand but I assure you everything else works..I get up and get dressed and go to work everyday as you do sir..I will be searching for another pet store that carries a certain dog stick you guys have, for I would hate to give my hard earned money to a place where a employee cant even look my in the face and ask me the questions when im the one sitting there in front of the register paying..I will add another lady in the isle was very friendly and asked if I needed any help finding anything..Its very sad due to the "Guy" up front caused a bad experience..In the past I have never been treated this way as much as we I come in to get my pets supplies..

Had issues finding a good groomer with good prices and omgggg! My puppy got her first cut today and Morgan and staff did absolutely amazing, and price was excellent. I’ve found my new place!

Since Laura took over as new manager this store has gone from a 2 star to a 5 star! She has done great things there. The sales are consistent. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. The store is always clean. She goes above and beyond for customers and I am grateful she is there!

They are friendly and helpful. Nice sized neighborhood store but still small enough that you can get in and out quickly. Would l ike a little more soothing music in there though. Sometimes it is a little too loud. All in all a good place. UPDATE:. This was my go to pet store, but I won't be going there any more. They sell feeder mice. Very disappointing. I know snakes have to eat, but there are more humane methods than throwing a mouse in a tank with its killer. The corporation doesn't allow the sale of live feeder mice, but this is a franchise. If a company is supposed to be for the welfare of animals, why cause such suffering to a warm blooded creature.

They are always stocked. They have a dog grooming area. They have the shelters come in sometimes to try and get them adopted. They also have animals in a cage near the check out. They are usually small animals like ferrets.

Well hate to say this but I don't know if I keep coming back to the store I never have had problems with the workers there but tonight I did The lady up front Beth was very rude I was asking about a chameleon and was asking the best time to come back to see about if there was any more or if I could possibly get one and she completely ignored everything I said just acted like she didn't even hear anything and pointed to the lady behind me and ask for her number and then as the other employee was take the one you guys had to the manger in the back cause he thought it may be sick . She was very rude about him handling the animal for a customer to see it which in this case he was not doing I'm so sorry for the long explanation but I truly hate that I come there all the time and I've never had these issues and I just feel like if you're going to work in the public you need to learn how to interact with the public
