I love this hospital and they love my Fur baby. They have been taking great care of my pup from day one and have always done a great job with every situation my pup has presented.I highly recommend this hospital. I love how friendly the staff is and how helpful the doctors are. Love the follow up calls that show they really care about your pets health.

Putting the last of my original (15 yr pack) was more than horrific. Dr. Norris and staff were angels... made my pup's last moments very comfortable. And made me feel like my sweet boy was a superstar.

Very professional and caring staff. Very easy to schedule appts even later in the day like 5pm which helps with work. I appreciate the knowledge and understanding from the doctor and he willingness to explain any issues completely. Prices are about average for the industry.

We love MCAH! The doctors and support staff are wonderful with my nervous nellie dog and are always accommodating to get us in at a time that fits my crazy work schedule. And the clinic itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Two paws up!

A true gem! I'm so happy to have found this animal hospital. I took my dog Eddie in today for the first time. Everyone was so friendly. I felt like he was in good hands which, gives me peace of mind. Can't wait to bring my other dog in. Thank you for a great experience!

We have had nothing but excellent experiences at Mills Creek. They have taken excellent care of both our cats and dog. The value of the services that they offer is great. They have been great during COVID too. My husband gets his works calls done while waiting for our pets to be seen. He loves the efficiency of curbside! We love taking our pets here.

My fur baby, Dexter, has had a lot of issues lately. MCAH has taken amazing care of him and made sure he has everything he needs. They are very responsive, whether it be via email or phone. MCAH gives individualized attention to every pet and makes them (and their owners) feel important and valued. I trust MCAH with my animals’ lives.

We switched our dog here from a previous vet and we will not be returning. Our large dogs rabies paperwork had him marked as less than 25lbs, my husband asked a question regarding our dogs paws and instead of answering the question, the dr made a dig about pure bred dogs (which ours is not but it was assumed that he was...), not overly kind at all. We treat our pets like family and didn’t get the warm and fuzzies from this vet unfortunately. We won’t be back.

I haven't had a chance to meet the Doctor yet. But the staff members are nice. Will be glad when they allow owners to go in like most other Vets are doing now. Hate not going in with my pet. But overall good so far

This is the best vet I have ever been to. All of the Doctors and the entire front office staff were extremely kind, very quick, and helpful. I traveled all the way from Rock Hill, SC, to Concord to go to this veterinarian office. I just moved, and they sent me Cali's medical records to her new vet in under 5 minutes. They have very affordable Groupons online for vaccinations. That is how I found this office. They truly care, and I think they don't try to charge you for procedures your pet doesn't need.

The veterinarian and staff are extremely nice and take really good care of my cat when he was there. Cost is normal for vet services. They take CareCredit but not Wells Fargo Dental Health Advantage (just FYI). They use curbside service and used face masks when coming out to car so feel comfortable they are adhering to safety measures which is great.

I brought my cat in to see Dr. Salzer for his checkup and she was so nice! He loved her and he was the most comfortable I’ve ever seen him at the vet! She explained all of her recommendations but didn’t make me feel pressured to do any of it. We ended up doing all of his vaccines and his screening blood work since he’s getting older. She even caught his dental problems, and I had no idea his teeth were dirty! I’ll definitely be back for a dental cleaning with him and to get my other cat checked!!

We took our kitty to see Dr Salzer today. The staff was very friendly and we loved the fear free treatment of our cat who does not like to go see the vet. I will be coming back with my dogs!

I frantically rushed my cat here when we was unable to breathe/catch his breath. They immediately got him on oxygen and stabilized him. Ultimately he had to be taken to the emergency vet, but they did everything possible to make sure he made it there safely. They called ahead to make sure he was rushed back when we arrived. They even helped with financial side, knowing how expensive an ER trip was going to be for my family. This is a place that truly cares about animals. Pick this vet if you're in need of one.

Convenience and Quality are the name of the game. This is the cleanest veterinary hospital that I've been to. Dr. Wright is so in-tune to what your pets need, and all of the staff that I encountered were very kind. I love that they have an entrance for dogs and cats exclusively. I'm learning more about Fear-Free, and this place does such a great job of it. Plenty of parking available, right next to Camp Bow Wow, near to Concord Mills. Glad to be able to call this place home for my pets. Highly recommend.

We took our new puppy in to see Dr. Wright. She was fantastic and the new facility looked great. We’re so glad that someone finally opened a vet hospital near Concord Mills mall.

We are so fortunate to have found our new vet. Living near Concord Mills Mall for many years, we always had to travel far from home to reach a veterinarian. We use Camp Bow Wow for boarding and watched the construction of Mills Creek with interest. Now that they are open, our sweet Lilly got to meet Dr. Wright. Everything about the experience was fantastic. We’ve finally found our forever vet!

Mills Creek is a fantastic animal hospital! Very nice facility, caring staff and great location near Concord Mills. So happy they have opened in the area!
