We've been using Animal Care Clinic of Concord for several years now and we love it. We mostly see Dr. Ueleke and he's great!! Always listens to any concerns we have and is very thorough in his explanations and always willing to take the time to ask questions. I can't say enough good things about our experiences there. And the front desk staff is always friendly!

My ???? Annabelle never knew she was at the doctor's office . She's normally timid around ppl but the staff ⚕️ there were amazing ???? and she is doing so much better they are really good at what they do 5 Starz

Came here because my cat was sick they told me she was fine I came home to my cat being dead all because these people told me she was "fine" these people have no idea what there doing or talking about DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS

Just recently had my dog to the ACC for her heart worms treatment, upon arrival I talked to the male asst and told me that they would take care of her and let me know how she was doing, on Tuesday I had not heard from them and they assured me she was fine and doing good, on Wednesday I went ti pick her up and the technician asked me if I had any questions and I asked her how she was, well she then informed me that she had not been eating no food for the first two days then they tried a packet of pedigree moist and she at that! Once I got her home and after letting her calm down a little bit she ate her normal setting of dog food and then about a hour later she was asking for more so I fed her a second time. Now if the receptionist was giving false information or she just didn't know or she was neglect in trying to find out thats another issue but I was not happy with the way things worked out! Now I've got to take her back on the 18th for her final treatment, I wonder if it will be any better! As far as the mask in public goes you go in one day and everything is ok the next it is not! I thought this was a free country, that you could choose!

Recently got a new born y week old golden- Retriever. Animal Care of Concord seen to be the one. My dog is 5 months old now. All care was from there. Also my dog love to go there!

We switched to Animal Care Clinic August 2020 when our 110 pound blood hound was having spine issues. You can tell everyone here cares for the animals. She had surgery to remove a mass yesterday and she came home with her nails done and it even seemed like they gave her a bath. They always call to check up on our pups. I would recommend them to everyone. I can’t even say enough good things about how they treat the pets and their humans. ❤️❤️❤️

First time here and felt the kindness and professionalism right away after speaking with the doctor. I will be using their services from now on. Thank you and I can't wait to meet the entire staff soon.

This place does a great job taking care of my dog and their covid precautions are on point. It is strange sending my dog in alone though.

We were a 20+ year customer of this place up until last week. Our mastiff was having a real medical emergency and we were COMPLETELY blown off by the staff when we called to see about bringing him in. He ended up dying when we got him in to see a different vet and found out he was in cardiac arrest. We even reached to animal care clinic via email to inform them of what happened and we have not even received a response... We will never be back there and will make it a point to let all our friends know how we were treated... Y'all seemed to have forgotten who is paying your bills, it is the customers. What a joke this place has become

I am very happy with this Veterinarian. It feels like they have as much concern for your pet and their wellbeing as they do for you, and this is a good thing. They treat matters of extreme concern with delicacy, and with a mind that not every pet family has unlimited budgets.
