My dog always comes home looking wonderful. Tanya always dresses her with a bandana or bows which is nice. They're so accommodating and get her in within a few days.

Love to shop and see what special on sale .and very friendly with the animals.

I made my dog his first groomer’s appointment here and was very excited about taking him. The day of the appointment when I went to drop him off, the staff was not very professional or friendly. I was not greeted nor was I even acknowledged when I walked in. I filled out a general form with my dog’s information. The form was a literal piece of scrap notebook paper with sharpie writing. The business seemed somewhat unorganized and unprofessional. I did not feel welcomed within the establishment by the staff. To make matters worse the groomer that I booked with was very late and was not there so I wasn’t given the opportunity of meeting her or explaining my expectations for my dog’s haircut. I noticed when I picked my dog up his haircut was uneven and he has a few spots where his skin has become irritated due to the clippers nipping him and being cut so low.

Rosie and Daisy look and smell like different dogs. The staff is courteous and really cared about our dogs. Jade did a remarkable job with Rosie's trim. We will be back!

It’s been a challenge to find a groomer that will take a paralyzed dog. I called first to ask and was told I should go to a vet, but Shelby called back and informed me she cuts disabled dogs all the time. I was give an appointment for the next day just in time for thanksgiving. Shelby did a WONDERFUL job and even called after to let me how everything went. 10/10 recommend Shelby if you are looking for a groomer

I used Fancy Pup for a while and then had to move away. I tried other groomers in my new area and was never satisfied. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to use A Fancy Pup for my little guy. They do a great job, they take their time with him and he always looks adorable (and happy) when I pick him up.

Wow!!! These People that work here are amazing and compassionate! I have two older Yorkies and they really took Great care of them! I would highly recommend them to anyone who Loves their pets. Thank you so very much Amber and all the staff!!

I was charged $65 for a full grooming service and my dog didn't even get a hair cut and needed it. My dog literally looks the same way he did when I dropped him off. The only difference is he got a bath. I would'nt recommend this place.

Our dogs love this place!

My first experience was great! Second ... not so much. Dropped my pup off at 9a as scheduled, started calling about noon to check in. Finally got a call at 1255 to pick up. I sat there for more than 20min waiting for someone to come to the front, rang the bell, knocked on the door. Hearing a bunch of dogs barking and howling and crying made me feel a little uncomfortable. They had no record of our prior visit. My pups nails were semi trimmed, but very jagged and hurt 10x more than before we went. She was very itchy after, so I'm sure the dawn soap was used, even tho I requested for it not to be. Probably won't be back

My wife took our son Dez there today. My wife called me to tell me when she walked in they right away made her feel so comfortable leaving our boy there. When she picked him up she was in tears at how absolutely beautifully groomed he was. We will always bring our babies there. Shelby was wonderful with Dez next week our girl goes. God bless the staff there. My wife and I are truly grateful for you taking the time to understand our situation.

A Fancy Pup used to be our favorites groomers...however things have changed. My cockapoo Guss has experienced razor burns twice from hot clippers. Each incident he's returned home traumatized. Not wanting to leave his cage or even wanting to sit on my lap and be held. In all honesty I think that they take too many appointments which doesn't allow enough time for the clippers to cool off, thus creating burns. The first incident the groomer didn't not want to admit to the injury until I showed them pictures of his missing top layer of skin, then she finally admitted that the clippers burned him. I will not be taking Guss here anymore. I understand that accidents happen but at least make me aware without having to discover these mishaps on my own.

Took my miniature schnauzer to have his very first grooming experience after a friend commended A Fancy Pup. I honestly was nervous at first seeing as though he’s still a puppy, but his hair cut is so cute. I’m very satisfied & will definitely be back.

I used A Fancy Pup for the first grooming of our standard schnauzer pup Josie. She's 5 months old and all puppy! Michael was her groomer and we could not be more pleased. I'm sure she was a handful, but she looks great. No place did we see her scalped or any other markings. Michael, great job. Already booked Josie's next appointment!

I have a golden retriever and brought him here for his summer cut. I'm sure this is a difficult job to blend and not to Knick. Best cut he's ever received! Kudos to the groomer, she asked lots of questions to be sure it would satisfy our expectations. It came out perfect, thanks for a job well done; definitely will be going back!

Max really enjoys the experience here. He's never fussy after a visit and seems well taken care of.

Dawn was excellent with my dog Pickle's. She gave him an awesome cut, I was extremely pleased!!
