Always happy with this vet’s office for my dogs! The staff, techs, and vets are all wonderful. The techs and both Dr. Kim and Dr. McKenzie are patient if my dogs are nervous, provide clear exam results and answers to questions, and are always willing to answer questions as well. Even when the staff are busy, they make sure to let you know and will give you a call back to answer questions over the phone or schedule appointments when necessary.

I have to thank the staff here for helping me through the loss of my senior dog. It was one of the worst days of my life and I was treated with such care that I still think about it days later. The whole process was explained to me and they treated my baby like one of their own. Thank you ❤️

I wish I could give this place more than five stars. This was really one of the best experiences with our puppy that we’ve ever had. Our dog, Rose (a one year old German Shepherd) can be very weary of strangers, but by the end of her first visit she was laying down comfortably, even playing with her ball. Dr. Kim, Mary, and Hope did a fantastic job. We spent most of the visit with Hope and Dr. Kim, who all clearly prioritize the safety and comfort of your dog. I was so impressed by not only the amount of time they spent with us, but the genuine focus and interest they had in Rose’s well-being. They are certified fear free and I really cannot recommend them enough. We can’t wait to take Rose back and I am confident that she will begin to look forward to these vet visits as much as I already am. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough. They are doing amazing things in a tough industry. Don’t hesitate to book here- you won’t regret it.

I have to say that we have been attending this vet hospital for About a year now. It wasn’t until our visit on October 19 that I really felt they were genuinely trying to come up with a plan for our “land hippo.” He has been suffering with a skin condition for a while now and I was pretty much at my wits end trying to get it under control. From the start of this visit I felt like we were the only patient there they did not leave us waiting like you would at a doctors office, and the technician Brian, stayed with us majority of the time this really helped put not only myself at ease but also he comforted my baby boy. I cannot say enough about how at relaxed Brian made me feel, especially with the major anxiety I was having.. He was like my human form of Xanax, he is so personable and you could completely see in his actions and his words and in the help that he gave that he wanted to make sure Smoke was taken care of. Not only is he fantastic but the vet, Dr. McKenzie, Is beyond phenomenal. She spent so much time coming up with a plan to help Smoke and also working with us on the cost since it is going to be an expensive process. I cannot say enough about the whole office. From the ladies I spoke with when we call, to care we have received. I am so thankful that I had found an office that welcomes their clients and “pet parents” with open arms. Just like a family.

My dog Kimber loves going to see Dr. Kim and her staff. They are very responsive when you call worried about you dog. I would suggest anyone go there. Hopefully in the future they start doing boarding.

It was time to make a change from my other vet, and I'm really happy with my choice at Riverbend, my dog was skiddish at first but warmed right up shortly after. The staff was very attentive, professional and very patient. I really like that the doctor took time to help me with an affordable plan of care for my dogs ear infection. We just moved to the area and took our dogs in for their annual check ups. The staff were absolutely great, friendly to my dogs and to me. They even worked extra hard to calm down my nervous dog that is scared of all new people. I feel like they spent lots of time with my dogs and they gave them a very thorough checks up. The clinic itself is very clean and nice.

I took my new puppy here for his first visit and they treated him like he was their own. They made me feel so comfortable and listened to my concerns as a first time dog mom. I can’t wait for his next check up and I’m sure he’s pretty excited too!

Staff here are wonderful and caring. They really listen to your concerns. We moved out of the area and drive back to see them. We will trust NO ONE else with our babies

I accidentally arrived an hour early for my appt and they were so wonderful to start the process of our visit anyway. The vet saw both my pups at the same time but gave them both the attention that they needed. My dogs got a full service with vaccines and a microchip for the puppy, and a nail trim and booster for my dog. Everyone there seemed to really enjoy being there and they took great care of us. I definitely recommend them!

Just started taking our dog here and we feel so at home and reassured leaving him here, they go above and beyond to make sure our little guy feels as safe as possible and they take the best route to try to give him the best care

My dog really likes the staff they really like him. They take good care of him while he's with them and he always seems to appreciate his experience there even if it's painful.

Friendly but I registered online and they couldn't find me so I came in the office and registered. Then when I called for follow up before appointment they still had no idea who I was. I cancelled. Nice people bad organizational skills.

Dr. Kim and the office team are amazing. We've been seeing them for years now. Knowledgeable, personable, and fair prices. They treat our furry family like their own!

The experience was A+ from the moment I called. From speaking initially with Amy setting up my appointment, Dr. MacKenzie is by far my favorite veterinarian. The vet tech Hope is one of the sweetest people on earth. Jasmine is Hilarious and so personable. Literally everyone here will treat your family like their family. Highly recommended from a man who loves his Big fur baby.

I am so happy with my choice to go with Riverbend Veterinary Hospital! This was my first time getting a fur-baby and they have been nothing but informational, sweet, and love my puppy as much as I do! They also answer all my thousands of questions and are super responsive to emails and calls! Also, want to shout-out Sarah who answers the phone so kindly and assists me in whatever I need! Her calmness is so helpful in any problem and I appreciate her very much! As well as the rest of the Riverbend staff.

What a whack-a-doodle time we live in currently - Curbside Vet Appointments! My kitty was showing hair loss on her back on a Monday, that night I went online to request a "new patient' appointment (2 weeks out, understandably). The next day I called to see if I could be putting any sort of ointment on the spot to help, they said 'we wouldn't recommend it... BUT we had a cancelation for Thursday of this week! Does that work for you?' YOU BET! So we arrived, they called me for some information about my kitty, came out to my car to retrieve her, and about 30 mins later I got a call from Dr. Kim who explained everything to me like she normally would if I were in the exam room. They returned my Tilly to my car and we were on our way. The following day, they called to check up on us to make sure we were all good. Thank you all so much! We'll be back. ♥

When we purchased our home on MIL we looked for a Veterinary office for our two dogs. After reading and seeing the great reviews I called to get an appointment. Got their voicemail and left a message for a call back. A couple of days went by and no call back. Called again and left a message with the same results. Ended up going with another office with great reviews but have to drive 25 min further to get service. Having an office that has someone to answer the phone, provide answers to questions, and promptly schedule a visit is important and has made the extra drive worth it. Fast forward 6 months and I even gave total bond another shot and left a message yesterday. Voicemail said they'd return call within an hour but it's been almost 2 full business days and no return call. Just hope patrons of this office are having better luck than I have had trying to become a customer. If you want a vet that is accessible and can get back in touch quickly this may not be the one for you.

Great staff and very accommodating. Clean office in a convenient location. Friendly and understanding, will continue to return for any future veterinary needs!

Dr. Kim and the entire staff was very kind and comforting to my scared little Mini Schnauzer. He was so lethargic. A few hours later, he began to feel like himself again!

Today was my first visit to Riverbend Vet with my two rat babies. It was a wonderful experience and all the staff were so friendly. Even though I was curbside, they kept me informed during the visit. The veterinarian Dr. K called me with their exam findings and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital!
