My Rocco and Diesel both love the staff here!! They are all so good with my boys.

I’m very disappointed in this clinic. My dog had an ear infection they had been bothering him for about a week. I contacted the clinic and discussed the symptoms via phone and made an appointment. Today during the appointment the initial assistant came in the room to discuss symptoms which were the SAME symptoms discussed during the scheduling of his appointment. The assistant advised me that the total cost for the veterinary bill wouldn’t exceed $220.00 which would include his visit and medicine. The Doctor came in and confirmed that he did have an ear infection and that she would prescribe him medicine and clean his irritated area on his neck. I went to check out and my total cost was $387.00. I was completely shocked and blind sided. When I told the receptionist the amount given in the back she went bring the veterinarian out who apologized and said I thought that assistant advised you that there was an increase and said she would give a discount which was a whole wopping $5.00. What an insult and a way to drop the ball with taking responsibility for miscommunication. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here as the amount quoted will not be the amount paid. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money will the communication is crystal clear.

I have been taking all of my pups here for a while now and they are great. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable! Today, I took one of mine in for a shot and she did not do the best, but the staff was so patient and comforting to her. She had an accident in floor as well and they told me not to worry about it and took care of it right away. They really do just go above and beyond and I can’t imagine taking my babies anywhere else! Thank you guys for everything!

Dr. Gold, Tiffany, and Dana were AMAZING!! They handled my senior, scared cat super well and I am so grateful for their help. Dr. Gold answered all of my questions patiently, handled Catniss calmly, and let us know what she needed throughout the process. Tiffany amazed me with her ability to get Catniss to cooperate and handle her, I am so appreciative of her expertise. This was the BEST vet care experience we have had from the call center staff to the care team, everyone was so respectful. I hope to stick with them for the rest of Catniss' life, thank you for everything! I suggest others with reluctant, older animals to try this team/clinic!

Had my dog's teeth cleaned for a reasonable price, his yuck mouth is gone. I'm glad I didn't have to interact with the caucasian Male with glasses (bobby?) this time. He needs retraining on customer service. The ladies were knowledgeable and helpful.

They take great care of my dog. When we went on trips my dog was boarded there. She always came back happy. I know there are some boarding locations that let the dog roam completely free but boarding my dog at the very I found that they would keep an eye on her health wise too. Even when my dog couldn't use her home legs they carried her in on a table and took care of her. They caught my dogs infection in her uterus ahead of time, where they could still do surgery and save her. I would definitely go back there again.

I have been goin here for 12 and a 1/2 years. That speakes for the service in itself. We love you Dr M. J. And staff. Hugs to all that have put up with me. Lol. Love Barbara, Gus and Ruger.

The staff here, especially Dr. Jones, are very compassionate and knowledgeable. During a very difficult and traumatic experience with two of our dogs, they've given us quality care, quality time, and thorough communication to help us select the best treatment. Thank you for making difficult situations easier for grieving families.

Took wonderful care of my guinea pigs

The vet visit was pretty fast. Both of my dogs needed numerous treatments and we were done in about 40 minutes. I was skeptical about the curb side assistance for a vet but it was a great experience. They explained everything over the phone before and after the dogs visit. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice. I will continue to bring my pups and any future animal to this vet.

Dr. Jones was amazing! She was very informative without going overboard on the details and explained things clearly without freaking me out. Well done! Definitely recommend bringing your critters here ????

We did not have a good experience on multiple occasions there. One was a med error when our dog wasn't given the correct drug for his heart failure. I do not suggest this vet at all.

I would double check what they are charging you before paying because I got charged for a sample that were supposed to be free. When I called to ask why I was charged for the samples, they told me that it was because I have bigger dogs. That should not matter because the samples have the weight range of the dog on the packaging. The samples ended up being $45 because I have two dogs, so I got scammed almost $50 on my first visit.

Excellent vets and staff that care

My dog vomited blood about 1am tueaday and morning. I called several places with better star ratings who were booked until late that afternoon. I called this place just bcuz I had nowhere else to go. They had open availability and i was so relieved they did. Even with the social distancing guidelines they had to follow everything was very professional and you could hear it in their voices that they really care about the animals there. After running some tests my dog was back in my arms and has been better for 3 days now. Wish I could have met the Doc. I'll be bringing my dogs here for now on.

Used to bring 3 dogs here. The prices are higher then other vets. And I have a dog that needs pain meds and they will not release the records. I also had a dog die the after seeing this vet and the vet over medicated the dog and he died that night. Not a very helpful or compassionate provider. I would look elsewhere.

Every staff member that I have come in contact with has been very nice and helpful!

What a great place. Professional, personal and affordable. I can't say enough about Dr Gold, he is brilliant at what he does. I wouldn't go anywhere but here for my animals care.

I just got off the phone with Bobby and he didn’t like I was “not” planning on taking my dog in right away and wanted to wait to see if my dog was affected by the chocolate first and so he proceeded to not say bye and hang up on me. You have lost me as a client! Update 10/23/20 : my dog is doing fine, I saved $300 thanks to Bobby hanging up on me. I called my veterinarian I use to go to in Wilmington NC. They asked my dog’s weight and how much she ate of the chocolate and proceeded to tell me she would be fine. Thank you Hanover Regional Animal Hospital of Wilmington NC ????????????????

I have a cat who is very scared of new people, but had to be seen because of a persistent problem with his eyes. He was seen by Dr. Alexis Jones, and she did a fantastic job winning his trust, diagnosing his issue, and getting a treatment set up for him. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and am thankful for her help!

This is the ONLY vet I will go to!!! They are caring while being realistic. They won't up sell you on treatments your pet doesn't need. They give the best possible care/price for what you need.
