The staff here is so sweet! We had a wonderful first experience and look forward to continuing Peaches's care here.

Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. Dr. Bolick was excellent with our little 4.8 lb., Ellie, who is very timid and fears many things. His calming presence created trust, and the canned cheese didn't hurt! ???? Total Bond was everything that I was looking for in a Veterinary Clinic/Hospital. Hopefully, none of our trips will be for sick visits, but we're very happy that Ellie is now established with Dr. Bolick, and Total Bond, for ALL of her routine care. Every Princess deserves the best! ????

TotalBond is exactly where you want to be when your fur-baby needs care! Dr. Spangler and the staff were awesome with my skittish cat! Being new to the area, it was such a relief to find good care for him! Check them out!

Dropped in for the first time just before closing. They checked out a kitten I found that was crying for help while stuck in a tree. They made sure the kitten was in good health. Great staff and great customer service.

This is the only place that we board our dog. She loves it there and the staff loves her. They take very good care of animals

Brought our new dog for her first visit and our boy for his annual exam. Our dogs love getting loved on. Sure, they do t love blood draws, but Jonetta and Miranda used the "butterfly" needle and distraction techniques to get their blood drawn done. Dr. Cody was lovely and knowledgeable as always. I just moved to the area and this place came up a few times in recommendations. We were worried when leaving our old vet we had been going to for years. We were well take care of at TotalBond and they answered all my questions. To those worried about the cost, I felt the pricing was fair for the services I was being provided.

I feel like my pets get amazing care at this practice. Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs to the vets seems to truly care about my pets. They take the time to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend!

Extremely sweet and informative staff! I found a furbaby wandering in the road and took her there to scan for a chip and they immediately took her in to scan and help her!

We were looking for a new vet for our 4 cats and this place has over delivered. We have seen the two main vet's and they go above and beyond to listen to all of our concerns. The vet's are on the young side but their knowledge is unbelievable. Both were so good with the 2 out of 4 we have brought in so far. The other vet tech staff are phenomenal. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. My goal for my cats appointments was to find long term vet and this is the place. I love the small town atmosphere that they provide.

So caring and helpful in our just-shy-of-emergency first visit.

Dr Coady has been excellent and takes the time to help with our questions. I have never felt ignored nor brushed off going here.

Excellent service and car for pets.

I have taken my young dog here for a couple months since we just moved to the area. He also got fixed here. Doctor and the team are very thorough and so polite over the phone. (I haven’t been inside due to COVID) Pricing for getting my boy fixed was very reasonable as well. So glad I found them.. good vets are hard to come by!

I am so grateful for this vet in their ability to work us in the schedule last minute. We are brand new to the area and had not established vet care near our new home. Our last vet would take pre-planned appointments, yet they understood that sometimes animals get sick unexpectedly and need same day care. They would allow same day visits to be worked in. Well, just after our move. Our kitty got sick. I Googled "vets near me" and I started down the list of vets that had a high rating. Every single vet that I contacted told me that "they were full" and "only do appointments"....and that their next appointment was 2 weeks out I understand that routine care is appointment based, however, animals get sick and don't necessarily need Emergency vet care. I contacted Paw Creek and I'm so glad I did. While I don't mind planning and scheduling routine vet visits....they were very accommodating at working my sick kitty in the schedule that same morning. They were super helpful on the phone, the vet tech was a real delight, and my phone call with the vet was promising. We have scheduled a follow up appointment for the next week. I believe it was meant to be that we have found Paw Creek and our new "Vet Home". We will most likely be taking all 3 of our animals here from now on. We are ever grateful for your ability to work us in and don't take your efforts for granted.

My entire experience was incredibly simple, every staff member I spoke with was incredibly Friendly and professional, and they gave me options based on what was best for my pup and not the bottom dollar. Very happy and will be with them for a while.

My dog is fearful and aggressive, and all of the staff go out of their way to make sure she is as happy and as fear free as possible. I greatly appreciate the time they have taken with my fur baby, even allowing me to reschedule my appointment without charge so that I could pre medicate her to help calm her down. They are so loving and compassionate. The best!

Super easy curbside service and super friendly and considerate staff!

I have a rescue dog that has some ptsd. I had to board him and they were wonderful in caring for him. They were also very patient with calls to check on him.

My dog felt immediately comfortable with the staff. I think he's going to enjoy coming here.

I thought they were fantastic very good at explaining things.They seem to be concerned about my dog.

We've been looking for a great vet and I think we just found it! :) The doctors and staff took great care of my baby, Bella, and we will definitely be back!
