Great staff, pup has a blast and is nice and tired when she gets home!

We have been bringing our dog here for over a year and we all love it. Our guy is pretty high energy, but he gets to run and play all day with all sorts of dog friends. He seems to love going to Puptown whether it be for daycare or boarding - he jumps up and down in the car when we drive into the lot, and immediately runs to Kristen the second he sees her. I have complete faith in Kristen and her staff. They are responsive, friendly, and true dog people. We are really lucky to have a place like this in our community!

Kristen and the entire Puptown team are incredible! We compared many different places in the area when we were first needing to board our Ollie. We decided on Puptown due to the care and passion everyone exudes here. We know our little guy is in great hands and always enjoy the pictures of him on their social media while we're gone. As anxious pawrents we have extreme relief knowing that Ollie is in good and loving hands. The splashpad is an added perk of course too! We will continue to use Puptown for all of our future boarding needs!

Kristen treats your pup like it was her own!

My husband and I recently moved out of Charlotte and we miss Puptown so much. In our new city there is no facility like puptown, we didn’t know how good we had it. My 2 hounds Max and Nala always enjoyed going to doggy daycare, and they always had a great time when we boarded them (my hounds are both rescues and have pretty bad separation anxiety). Puptown treats the dogs so well, and I’m sad we can’t take them anymore. If you can get your dog into Puptown I definitely recommend it. (The water park for the dogs is awesome as well even though my dogs hate water, they still enjoyed it) The dogs don’t get kenneled and they get to play in an open area the whole time unlike many other doggy daycares. They have an indoor area and an outdoor area. Whenever we boarded Max and Nala they got their own little room so they could sleep together and they didn’t have to sleep in a kennel (they don’t sleep in one at home). This definitely made them feel more comfortable. Puptown is a one of a kind facility!!!! They are amazing.

My dog Callie has been going to Puptown Charlotte since they opened. She has gone for both daycare and boarding and has always loved it there. I always have peace of mind that Kristen and her team take great care of all the dogs in their care. Callie is now a senior dog of 17.5 years old and she doesn't go there as much due to her age/arthritis. However she continues to get great care at Puptown when she goes. She and I both love it!

I think it’s ridiculous they restrict pit bulls from coming I will never ever use this facility.

My puppy LOVES coming to Puptown 5 days a week! She gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Kristen and her team are very welcoming & friendly so drop off is a wonderful way to start each day. Everyone is attentive to my puppy’s need to play, play, play & they’ve helped her channel her energy into appropriate play behavior with other dogs. It’s a tremendous relief to know she’s in a safe environment with caring people all day. It’s also really helpful to bring home a tired dog so I can have some peace at the end of a busy day. I’ve been bringing my dog there for 4 months and it’s the best money I have ever spent!

Did an introductory day last week. They really take the time to get to know your dog and do the assessment properly. They also categorize dogs by temperament and have a mac limit of dogs per person. Great experience so far.

Highly recommend puptown!! Do not even hesitate to bring your dog here. They are amazing and take such great care the dogs! We have two 12 month old puppies with a lot of energy. They play all day here and are exhausted after. They pretty much just sleep the whole next day. We have nothing but great things to say about puptown. They get so excited to go here

Covid had forced us to stay cooped up indoors and sadly it’s caused our pets to be also. I wanted a safe place for my puppy to get out during the day and socialize while I run errands. I discovered Puptown during a general search online. Kristin the owner is patient and very kind. During my my first tour with my puppy she took time out of her day to answer all of my questions and listen to me ramble about other things as well lol don’t forget about your pet during Covid. If you are looking for a safe and very happy place for your pet I 100% recommend Puptown Charlotte. My little Schnauzer Deacon can’t bark enough about his fun experience!

I have to share how wonderful Kristen (Puptown's owner) and her staff is to the pet owners and pet lovers of Charlotte. My "human" son was unexpectantly hospitalized several states away and I needed to get to him fast. With my mind racing re: who would care for my "4-legged" son, I took the chance and called and left a voice message at the facility on a Saturday night. I really wasn't expecting a call back; especially that late at night, but my phone rung and it was Kristen. She volunteered to help my family out any way she could. The weight of concern and fear were immediately lifted off my shoulders bc I could focus and begin planning on how to get to my "human" son. Although I eventually did not need her help, the fact that she immediately offered to be the calm and part of the solution to my crisis was overwhelming. Something I will never forget. Thank you Kristen and the Puptown family. Your professionalism, reliability, kindness & quality are God-sent. You are definitely a part of my family.

Absolutely love this place. The only place I will trust to take care of my pups. I know they are safe and sound and having a blast when they are visiting Puptown. Excellent facilities (my pups get a cabin when they visit). Excellent people who care about my babies.

My dog (Nova) has gone to Puptown for six months, and it is her favorite place to go. If you say the word “Puptown” she visibly gets excited and pulls me all the way to the car in the mornings now. Puptown Charlotte is extremely convenient, and the staff, manager & owner are all really great. Nova has stayed during the day, as well as overnight boarding and I’ve never had a bad experience and I can always check-in on her as they post photos online throughout the day. I will bring my dogs here, as long as I’m in the Charlotte area, and would recommend it to anyone who has a dog.

We have been bringing our fur baby to Puptown for about 6 months now and could not be happier! We know that she is always in great hands and will receive top notch care and attention. Best of all they make our lives so much easier. As working professionals our schedules can be demanding. With Puptown's doggy day care, we dont have to worry about Kit getting bored or missing out on exercise. More importantly Kit loves going to play with her friends everyday and always comes home ready to snooze and cuddle. We are so grateful to have the team at Puptown as part of our village. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our pup.

My pup has been going to Puptown for a year now and LOVES it! Kristen is amazing and we love sending Beau there! She’s super responsive and always sends pictures which is a plus! Definitely recommend especially if your pup loves water!

Friendly staff and a fun place for your dog!

These guys are the absolute best at taking care of your furry friend! My golden especially loves their waterpark. He's always exhausted when he gets home (sleeps well!) and then is unhappy until his next visit, LOL. Having social interaction with other dogs is really good for their souls and Puptown makes sure they have fun with size appropriate friends. These guys really are the best!

Amazingly clean, well put together facility. Kristen is awesome! Puts me at ease to know my pup is in good hands and will be able to grow and learn every time he goes there. --Update 1 month later! If I was in love with Puptown before, I'm doubly so now. Oliver gets so incredibly excited to go every time and comes home happy as can be. His social skills have grown so much! This is definitely the place to take your pups when they need it (or when you need it... lol). Thank you Kristen and staff!

My pup Benny has been attending day care as Puptown for about a year now, and it is definitely one of his favorite places to go. It is so convenient to be able to drop him off whenever we need too. Kristen is extremely responsive via phone and social media which is SO helpful! We really enjoy the Instagram stories so you can see your pups playing throughout the day. I would recommend Puptown for day care and boarding. I think the prices are a great value because my pup is so tired when he gets home - he doesn't move the next day!

My doggie and her family loves Puptown! Mabel has been visiting since she was a puppy. Recently we moved to Greensboro and haven't been able to board her there since. This summer we drove through Charlotte and was able to leave Mabel there for the week during our vacation. She had a blast in the splash park! Kristen was awesome and updated us on IG every day. Mabel always feels so comfortable there and is excited to go. Thanks again Puptown! We miss you!

I have been taking my Lab Arlo to Puptown for about a year now. I could not be happier with the quality and service that Kristen and her staff provides. Each week Arlo and I are greeted by name and with huge smiles. Kristen runs a top notch business and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place that their pup will have fun and be loved on. THANKS to the staff for loving my boy as much as I do!!!

We go daily, and I don't know what I'd do without my pup getting exercise while I work. Plus the waterpark is a must!

I have been taking my goldendoodle, Tilley, to Puptown for about 5 years now - it's taken me too long to write a review to brag about them! They care for Tilley just as I would. Friendly and attentive staff always greet us when we arrive and note any special instructions. Puptown is the place you need to take your pup if you are looking for daycare or boarding. LOVE LOVE LOVE these people! Thank you for caring for Tilley over the years.

I have teetered with the idea of daycare for my beloved frenchie Roger for a few months. After speaking with coworkers I decided why not plus it gave me time with my new frenchie puppy during the day. Roger comes home EXHAUSTED meaning he’s played all day and had all the dog fun in the world. I love seeing the Instagram photos and stories because I can see that my Rog is having a blast all while having the best care!! They understood my concern with him being heat sensitive yet they still get him out to the splash pad for limited time play which I LOVE! If you’re looking for a spot to let your pup play a day a few days or every weekday I would not hesitate giving Puptown a call and going for a visit! I’m so glad we did. We will be enrolling our new pup Leo as soon as he has all vaccines and neuter :-)

Our dogs love Puptown! They get so excited when we pull up to the parking lot and they know exactly where to go when we get in the lobby. Kristen and her staff are very nice and personable. They really care for their customers.

My little Nugget rushes in with tail wagging and is so happy to see the staff and other dogs. He walks in like its home and prances straight down the hall without even stopping to give his mommy a goodbye hug. Nugget loves playing and staying at Puptown!!
