This vet is wonderful! I have taken my rat, Charlie, there numerous times and he has passed and recently I've had to take my guinea pig, Winnie, there urgently for an infection. They were available that same day, and got her in and taken care of quickly. The Dr, Dr. Miller, was hands-on and caring, and made Winnie comfortable. She also answered new mom questions I had. Great price for the care you receive! I love them here!

We have been bringing our 3 dogs to Midway for about two years. Everytime we come for a visit, ir call everyone is always so kind. All the Doctors I have a chance to speak with explain throughly and never make me feel like I am rushed. All the techs are fantastic, as an anxiety ridden pet owner, I know I can be super annoying and everyone is always so nice. Thank you all again.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very professional, very kind, and rather affordable. I brought my dog here quite a few times. They helped her as much as they could and her doctor had even come to say goodbye before she went. Very sweet people and I'd highly recommend them. Even though I brought my dog here for her final moments, I had brought her here here many times before as well and they'd helped quite a bit every single time. Once again, HIGHLY recommend. :)

All the staff is very responsive and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences here with my dog. Our doctor is very thorough and I know my dog is getting the best care with him!

My 14 yo cat Frank was suffering from a terrible abscess and he was able to be seen within 48 hours as a new patient. No treatments were forced on me, the cost was SIGNIFICANTLY less than I anticipated and the doctor walked me through the whole procedure which comforted me greatly. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and kind with my cat. He normally hates the vet and he didn't hiss once!

I disliked setting up an appointment for my 2 guinea pigs and then being charged a WORK IN FEE for one of my pigs. I feel like if that was their policy then maybe being clear on the phone that I would be charged for not filling out duplicate copies of the e-forms, instead of being told that I would just have to fill them out in person at the appointment. Thought being treated like that was wack, there are better places to take my animals.

Many animal hospitals claim to have great customer service and be able to treat an exotic pet. But really don't deal with them much. I have a bearded dragon that was misdiagnosed at another animal clinic. I decided to bring him to Midway. The staffing are very professional, courteous, time efficient and very knowledgeable about various types of species. I found out my bearded dragon needed surgery and I become very worried. But they assured me that he would be ok. During the procedure, they called me and gave me updates on his progress. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else to have him treated. I think I found a permanent veterinarian for my little guy. Thanks Midway ???? ???? ????

Everything was pretty good. Staff and vet. Were very helpful in getting our dog what she needed for her uti issues. Even when we were having problems getting the meds to stay down they offered some very helpful advice.

Dr. Stark is an amazing reptile vet which is extremely difficult to find. I followed him here when he left his last practice. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I have a difficult Rottweiler to deal with in the office. They give exceptional care and take many steps to ensure her comfort while providing for everyone's safety. Dr. Wojechowski is wonderful with her. Couldn't ask for a better place to bring your pet. Update - 11/20/21 Dr. Wojechowski is now Dr. Styles. She's always so thorough and takes her time with our dog. I feel like things are marked up a bit too much, but I guess you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

I came here for my dog, Mudge, because he hurt his hip and had a bacterial infection. The vet techs and vet were very knowledgeable and friendly. Mudge lovessss Melody so much he whined when she left the room! They made the visit easy, and made sure Mudge and I were both comfortable. They explained everything clearly and it didn’t feel overwhelming. I was expecting the visit to be costly since we needed labs and medication but it wasn’t! It was very affordable! Dr. Stark and everyone else here is amazing and I will be recommending them to everyone who asks for a vet! They also got us in within 2 days!!

Horribly disappointed, by this place. We have been taking our beagle here for years, and Have been excellent customers, always following there recommendations, and never missing an appointment. Then when our dog gets sick and needs help they say they are to busy and will not see our dog, and that we should go somewhere else. What is the point of having a regular vet that knows our dog, but will not be there for him when he needs help the most

My first experience was very good. The wait time was reasonable and the staff are professional with great customer service.

The day before I was to leave town for my daughters wedding, one of our dogs became ill. Vomited five times in an hour. I called Midway and told them of the circumstances and they got us right in. I would highly recommend Midway

My experience was excellent. Even with the craziness of the pandemic still affecting our daily lives the staff is kind courteous and attentive. The staff takes the time to speak and really listen and the doctors explain everything themselves. I recommend this vets office to everyone.

The staff at Midway so kind and understand. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling for my parakeet, which was having eye issues. I was greeted with 5 minutes of showing up for my appointment. The vet and technician were patient with my questions and concerns. I felt at ease with their patience. I would definitely recommend Midway to anyone with a bird or any other exotic pet.

Do not waste your time and money. I called ahead for a quote. They quoted me 60$/ bunny. Once I was in they hit me with 300 for the day plus 300-500/ bunny estimate. Completely insane do not trust these people or waste your money.

This is my go-to veterinary practice for all 9 of my pet rats. The entire staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. No one has ever batted an eye at the presence of the rats and most of the staff like to say hello to my frequent visitors! And while being a regular at a vet isn't ideal (because someone is sick) it does make me feel like they really care about each of my pets. I've had some pretty sick rats in the past, and I feel like the vets here have always listened to my many many rambling concerns and questions patiently. They've always been open to my input and requests, and worked with me to ensure my rats receive effective treatment. Even my many follow up phone calls are answered with warmth and kindness, which is so important when someone is struggling emotionally with a sick pet. I'd highly reccomend this exotic vet for anyone with a small critter or rodent!

The people were so AMAZING, they took great care of Cash and I. It was very quick service and they are being very safe with Co-Vid restrictions. They acted like Cash (my cat) was their own pet and treted him how I would want him to be treated. The prices are great and once again A+ 5⭐ service. If you live in Chesapeake or surrounding areas you want to bring ur animals here.

When I called, the receptionist was understanding and did her best to fit me in when I described my dog was having severe digestive issues. The tech and doctor we saw were extremely kind, and gentle. Very professional! Highly recommend.
