Took my two cats to get deformed, was able to get then in same day for a reasonable price. The staff here are super friendly and nice.

Just a really great place to take your pet if you want them to be treated like the family they are.

My 2 french bulldogs had surgery with Dr. Springer. One was for elongated soft palate, the other was for a cherry eye condition. They both have recovered well and I am pleased to find a skilled vet who uses laser.

Very unprofessional, messed up test results, won't return! It was under my daughter. Her dog's thyroid test wasn't don't properly. When we decided to change vets, it took over 3 weeks to get the records to the new vet bc they kept sending only the vaccination records. Then the girl I talked to on the phone was rude after telling her she sent the wrong records. I told Highlands I was changing vets and needed all the dog's records transferred. Wouldn't you think that would include records that showed a medical problem such as thyroid deficiencies to be sent. At no time did I ask for only the vaccination records. I asked for all the dog's records.

I take my two dogs and two cats here. Dr. Springer and his staff are very professional and know what they’re doing.

I love Dr Springer and his staff. They are kind to me, loving to my pets and work with me. They never try to get me to do things my pets don't actually need.

I am from out of state visiting, but my dachshund Sasha needed her toenails trimmed, Diane did a terrific job!

The doctor is on top of his game. The staff are always extremely nice and we'll informed. They have been treating both my cat and dog for years now.i couldn't think of a better place to care for my loved ones.

Very upset with Highland Veterinary . I have been taking my dog Clipso for years to here. She was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer not to long ago, Asked if there was anything we can do to help her , I was told no she has two weeks to live. After that never received even a email to ask how she was doing they did not seem compasiant at all. When it was time to euthanize her , they where to busy even though she was in a great deal of pain . We did find another fantastic Clinic that was compassionate and caring .

Amazing vet! Took my cat here after a bad experience with the Blue Pearl Emergency vet. They were able to see my cat that day, in the morning. Lots of tests done with immediate results, very helpful Doctor, and answered all my fiance's questions with patience and knowledge. The staff there really cares about your pet and want to help in any way they can. With multiple tests, blood work, medicine, and fluids, the total cost was cheaper than just 1 exam, 1 radiograph, and a dose of fluids at Blue Pearl. My cat was taken in right away and all tests done promptly. Out the door in 2 hours with everything done. Highly recommend!!

Do not care about the animals. Very expensive!! Office is not very clean.

I have been taking my pets here for more than 15 years and I love the staff there.

They are a tad more expensive but they actually take the time I have never felt like a number. And most important I never feel rushed or like it is a drive by. Zeus and Rocky live the staff.

Friendly accommodating staff, very well kept facility, service cost are not outrageous. Last but not least perfect location❤????

I set an appointment to have my dog groomed.. I showed up and was turned down service because my pup was "matted". However the groomer who was on duty was nice enough to offer service at her private home. The price was too expensive so I just brought my own grooming pet Clippers and had my neighbor shave my baby down instead for a lot less than $150 bucks. Thanks Highlands for saying no. I'll be grooming at home for now on

Dr. Sam takes really good care of my cat,she has urinary issues and they do laser treatment About once a month, it seems to help. The staff is wonderful everyone is so nice they act like they really care about my cat

Love this place have been bringing my dogs here for years. Level of care is great. When my other dog had to be put down the doctor and staff were so caring. It meant so much to me at a really sad time. Highly recommend.

It's a one stop shop for me and my dogs!! They have grooming, boarding and their Veterinarian is here!! They love coming here and I feel guilt-free when I leave them here!!! It's the first place I found when we moved here 5 years ago and have been with them every since...

They readily explain things and really treat you as a person and not a number. Great for my cats and for my sanity.
