Centerville takes care of all my pet’s needs. The employees are friendly and spoil my dog during every visit with attention and treats. For their boarding service specifically, I love how they offer to send text updates including pictures of your fur baby throughout their stay. I have no complaints!

Everytime I've been there, whether for helping a pet or picking up a pet's ashes has been a very pleasant. They seem like they genuinely care and not like some places are where they just seem like money is all they care about. If you have a pet and you're looking for a vet. I would highly recommend it for anyone that cares about their pet and don't want to pay $1000 dollars for something that won't help your pet.

Over the course of over one year with Centerville Animal Hospital, they have repeatedly proven themselves to be nothing more than a substandard Vet. Clinic. Their failure to correct in house incompetence will continue to be their downfall until God willing they are under new management and or close. No business should repeatedly have to continue to apologize  for their non communication and/or incorrect scheduleing as they have over the course of a year. A mistake here or there is one thing but major repeated failures shows incompetence and lack of a desire to improve. My dog was supposed to get spayed there this Friday. Even after going there for blood work today and inquiring with them in person for the estimate of the cost, not once was I informed that they had moved my dog's spay date due to the doctor no longer wanting to perform that procedure of Fridays. My invoice from today confirmed the date, and their staff confirmed the date. Not until my husband had to go in there to deal with a sudden exam requirement that we also weren't notified about, did they disclose that they moved the date to over a week post the scheduled date. Mind you, this appointment was scheduled well over month ago. I assure you this is not our only incident with them but it was the final incident to raise the red flag that I can and should no longer trust my dog in their care, as it has been made blatantly clear, on multiple occasions, that the facility is not being manged well. I much rather my dog have another period than indanger her by placing her in the hands of staff that don't know what's going on 95% of time. I wouldn't be doing my civic duty by staying silent. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I always enjoy going here but last week I had to put my sweet lil pug to sleep and the staff was so amazing. Dr. Hayden was our angel that night. So kind, so loving, so gentle with my precious Luigi. Thank you all. ????

Awesome compassionate vets! They care about you and your fur baby. Great supporting staff who are very caring as well. They stood by our side when a vaccine caused a pocket like a tumor and had the cost refunded to us for the removal. The office is great, but slow getting you test results. I have recommended them to several people in our area.

So nice! So professional! We needed to get our cat in ASAP due to blood in her urine. Other vet offices couldn't see us for weeks and were suggesting ER vets. Centerville had an appointment for the next day, but actually squeezed us in same day on the cancelation list. Very caring towards our pet and explained everything well. Couldn't recommend more!

There are no words to describe the kindness that was shown to my husband and I and our very sick 13 year old cat, Begonia. It was a Monday and our cat had been progressively getting worse over the weekend. She has had many health scares over the past years but I knew this time it was really bad. We could not get her an appt. with the two Vet offices that we have used over the years and we called every Vet and emergency Vet in the area...nothing! Centerville was the ONLY place to give us a late day appt. Dr. Miani and staff very sadly had to tell us that our sweet little girl was at the end of her struggles. Even though we were complete strangers and had never met before, I will remember the compassion that they showed us the rest of my life. Dr. Miani took our sweet girl to that Rainbow Bridge in the most compassionate way with us two older folks sobbing the whole time. Bless you for what you do Dr. Miani. Some of us just kind of fall into a profession...Dr. Miani, you are definitely doing what you are on this earth to do.

Dr. Betty and her team are super awesome. First time in with my kitten and he was a ladies man(lol) but over all Kaito loved it and I loved it. Thank you for taking care of my baby.

I would not recommend this Vet practice to any of my family or friends. Even after a year of our dog passing (which they knew about because they are the ones that treated her) I am still getting well visit checks for her in my mail. They are very unorganized and the animals they treat are more of a dollar sign then I want to help an animal. We took are dog in to get checked and after unnecessary check after unnecessary check they finally x-rayed her and found a mass on her spline and almost $2000 dollars later to tell me she is dying. I am just one of the many many case that has had a terrible experience with this practice. Nextdoor neighbor app has many terrible reviews on them I would check that out first before going to this practice. Glad we moved to a different Vet that really treats our animals like they matter.

Everyone who has a fur baby knows how we love them unconditionally well so do they. Everyone is so helpful and answered every question i had with great explanation and advice. Looking forward to our future with them.

I spent 13 hours desperately waiting to be seen at Bay Beach ER. I called every vet in the area and no one was willing to take my cat who had a large lump on his neck which appeared over the course of an hour. The receptionist immediately jumped to action when I told her the details -- details which other places said were due to a simple abscess, a non-critical condition. Dr. Hayden got me in within 2 hours. As soon as we arrived, we were taken directly to the room and within 10 minutes, Dr. Hayden had identified this as a hematoma which needed critical care. She called Blue Pearl, who rushed to get set up in order to prepare for Clover. When we arrived, Dr. Hayden shared all the notes, labs, etc and we didn't have to wait long. If not for the compassionate people who work at Centerville, Clover would not have made it to Blue Pearl. Today, four days later, Clover is in surgery at North Carolina State Veterinary Hospital where he is being given the best care. Thank you to every single person who gave my baby a chance at life. You did not think of him in terms of a number in a waiting room, but as an important member of society who desperately needed the love and care he got. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for our family and for our precious Clover. Whatever happens, we know that Clover was everyone's priority. Thank you. Thank you SO much.

We've been going to Centerville Animal Hospital for 9 years and until last week the service has been very good. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for a dog that was having labored breathing and some lethargy. The soonest they could get me in was the following Monday. Our dog is a tad bit aggressive at the vet and for that they gave us medicine. We followed the instructions on the bottle and they called to check on when we gave it to him. My wife gave it to him first thing in the morning and I was told it was the wrong time and they could not see him. I continued to press that he was getting worse and they said well we can see him Wednesday. I pleaded with them to no end and they said they could not see him. I proceeded to make an appointment at Blue Pearl Emergency Hospital where they were able to take him ASAP. He was so lethargic I had to carry him to the car and then into the vet but Centerville Animal Hospital said they could not take him. Nevertheless the dog had to spend two days in the Emergency hospital so that they could stabilize him and run tests. The dog is now home and doing better thanks to Blue Pearl. Had I waited until the next Centerville appointment two days later he might not have done so well. My wife received a call tonight where again she was told that we did not administer the medicine correctly and that the vet did not feel comfortable seeing him. They never asked how the dog was and never really apologized. I've referred a ton of people to Centerville but if anyone asks in the future that will be a HARD NO. If you are a veterinarian and you are afraid to treat an animal you should not be in the business of treating animals.

Really great vet and vet tech team! Everyone was so sweet to our dog and I didn't feel like they were pushing services/anything we didn't truly need. Seems honest and we were able to get an appointment easily.

Kind, caring, compassionate. We've been clients for about 10 years now. I have moved 40 minutes away but will not change vets. I trust CAH to do right by my dog. My dog absolutely loves her vet. Check out the tail wag!!!

We have two dogs we are transitioning from another vet. One dog was sick and needed an appointment. The other dog is very afraid of the vet office because of bad experiences at our past vet. They allowed the 2nd dog to come in for the appt just to help get over her fear. They did a great job with the sick dog and the 2nd dog enjoyed her visit and the attention she got. Wonderful experience. I had consulted an emergency vet prior to coming in just to make sure it wasn’t an issue waiting a few days for the 1st available appt. The emergency vet gave me the diagnosis path they would recommend and it was identical with the path centerville recommended.

So kind, caring & understanding. Best Vet experience EVER. Thankful for being able to be at my pets side during the exam. The process was smooth. Facility clean. Full staff. They did whatever was needed to make the visit a positive experience for my pup. So grateful.
