After spending Christmas eve at Long Animal Hospital ER, I wasn't confident with the diagnosis. Turns out I wasted $268. Not even 48 hours later, I get a TRUE diagnosis with appropriate treatment. I've been coming to Mallard Creek Animal Hospital and LOVE the doctors and service. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

We drive in from South Carolina (1hour drive), because we love Mallard Creek Animal Hospital. The Vets and staff are wonderful, professional, respectful and very loving to my dog Jedidiah ! He actually loves going to visit. I trust them completely.

We *love* Mallard Creek Animal Hospital. We've been clients for more than 20 years, and now are on dogs #4 and 5 who go there. They are always patient and kind with my *very* anxious dog, and make me feel like they care as much about my pets as I do. They've shared excitement over a new pet, worry over a cancer diagnoses, and grief over end of life. They always take the time to explain what's happening with my pets' health, answer my questions, and explore my options. Everyone who works there is helpful, compassionate, and welcoming, and for as long as they're around, they'll be our vet!

This was my second visit with Mallard Creek Animal Hospital and once again, they knocked it out of the park! Scheduling my appointment was super easy - I received multiple reminders that included all restrictions in place to keep everyone safe! The staff was kind, informative, and timely. My cat needed bloodwork and I was definitely anxious about them drawing blood. My worries were unfounded. They took care of my girl with ease, kindness, and it was over in a flash. I would highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a second home for their pet!!!

Great, friendly, responsive staff. First time coming here with my pup who had an ear infection. They were effectively able to diagnose and cure the issue at hand. Called back to check up on Lake a couple days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would recommend!

The staff and Dr. Ponce were all very nice. I had been dreading the whole experience of taking my 4 month old kitten but they put both me and the kitten at ease with treats and toys. Dr. Ponce also was great to talk to, answering all my questions. Highly recommended! Edit to add that I had another visit recently and it also went great. The cats interacted with Dr. Fluke this time and she was fantastic as well. Took time to relax my anxious boy and went into a lot of helpful info on how to help the "pleasingly plump" one lose some pounds. So impressed with this facility.

Very poor service and professionalism from staff. Two separate times they rejected the prescriptions requested and did not bother to call or notify us of why. We had ordered the prescriptions the first time through their website as well. I would not recommend as no follow-up or responsibility from staff.

The visit with Mallard Creek Animal Hospital provided a good visit for Major. He had not been for a visit for awhile. And the staff was good.

Mallard Creek Animal Hospital is a great vet! They get my dogs in promptly when they need care, are affordable, and call to check in. They are professional and caring.

Called late in the day; did not have appointment. I wanted Sasha's nails trimmed; and to re-test for heart worm, as we're doing "slow kill" and it had been 12 months. I was able to see a tech; can't remember his name, but he was EXCELLENT. Sasha felt very comfortable as he trimmed her nails; and drew blood for test. Happy to find out "slow kill" worked; and now negative (Sasha came from Humane Society Charlotte as heart worm positive. I"m glad they allow us in again; this is very important to me; a deal breaker.

Dr. Grace was wonderful to work with my dog - even though he was a difficult patient. MCAH always does a wonderful job.

The team at Mallard Creek Animal Hospital saved my family’s pet life – literally. The story is too long to type but Dr. Grace and the Client Services Team (I believe it was Debbie, Casey or Rachel) and the Vet Techs went above and beyond to stay late (on a Friday) and perform the emergency surgery that was needed to save our kitten Poe. The care and concern they showed for Poe and the consideration they gave our family will never be forgotten. For a moment, we were faced with the thought of having to put our kitten down and were devastated but because of the care and dedication of the team at Mallard Creek we were able to save him and keep our beloved kitten. They have a genuine love, care and passion for what they do and I will never take my pets anywhere else. Thank you again for what you did for our Poe.

Dr. Johnson provided our cat with a thorough exam and answered all my questions. The employees are wonderful. I feel very comfortable taking our pets to MCAH.
