Awesome folks!! Great place to take your fur family!

I have been taking all of my pets here for the past 8 years and will never go anywhere else. Dr. Presley is wonderful- always takes his time to explain everything and truly cares about his fur patients. When we lost our cat, he was so empathetic and made such a hard time so much easier. This is a wonderful vet and I highly recommend!

Dr. Presley and staff have cared for my fur babies (3 dogs, 2 cats) for the past 4 years. This team provides exceptional service, compassion and support consistently. In addition, prices are very reasonable and Dr. Presley would never recommend a test your pet doesn’t need! If you’re looking for a top quality Vet- look no further- I promise you won’t be disappointed!! In the future, I would love to see the practice explore adding pet acupuncture to their many services????

Great place. We drive 45 mins to see them. Great appointment times and always fantastic with all our fur babies.

I am updating this as Dr Presley just called me. Dr Presley is amazing and is one of those genuine people that cares about animals and his customers. I will go back to see Dr Presley by request. I wish that all vets were on the same level as him. Well I had gone here for years but I guess a lot has changed since they grew and got a new building. They gave me an estimate and told me it normally close to the lower side. Never called to let me know what to expect and guess what it was exactly the high amount. The care compassion and understanding this place once had is totally gone. I will honestly be finding another vet even if it is Banfield. Update! So not only did they make sure it came to the high amount but they also billed me for 10 teeth being removed when he only had 9 removed.

Dr. Presley and the team have treated my 2 dogs for the past three years. Recently, I had to put one of them down and Dr. Presley went above and beyond to help give us an opportunity to say goodbye and spend some final quality time with our dog. This meant the world. In a pandemic, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were allowed to go inside and into a private room decorated with sweet quotes to help make our experience more special. He also explained all of the options and did not rush us to make a decision. In addition to the care they showed while we were there that day, I was amazed when I received a paw print ornament keepsake with my girl’s paw print on it. Truly amazing people here.

These souls are the best!! I brought my Bella Rain to see them because she had some serious ear issues and itchie's. they were so very sweet to her and she liked going there. Never nervous and when we would wait to be seen she would just wag her little tail because she knew they were going to make her feel better. I loved them and they took such good care of my dog.

Can't recommend these folks enough. We lost our dog unexpectedly in December and Dr. Presley found out from the emergency vet and personally called me to see what happened, to walk me through everything that had happened on the emergeny vet's chart, explain as much as he could and answer and questions. His compassion and sincerity won't soon be forgotten.

Wish we could give Jame and his staff 10 stars! They are the most caring people when it comes to our pets (one cat, one dog). Dr. Pressley is always very personable and takes care of his patient pets as if they were his own. He always speaks personally with us and provides some options so we can make informed decisions on what the best things to do for our little ones might be. We would HIGHLY recommend Dr Pressley and Brookdale Animal Hospital!

Everyone there shows how much they love animals. My cats come out relaxed and calm. Previous vets had my older cat STESSED OUT!

Brookdale Animal Hospital has been amazing to my fur babies for generations. They worked with me when I had a rescue dog with severe anxiety, they helped me when it was time to end my elderly cat's suffering, and now they are taking great care of my three kittens. We've seen Dr. Pressley for years, and I haven't met her in person yet, but Dr. Miles worked with my newest kitten on a work-in appointment, and she was amazing. Both doctors' people skills and animal skills are top notch. I moved from Charlotte out to Concord and I still drive back in to have my animals seen by Brookdale because I trust them whole heartedly. Debbie is always an angel at the front desk, Lori has also been so kind, pleasant, and helpful! It is a huge boost of confidence when you can hear the passion for animals in everyone's voices there.

People who really care about pets,great vets will not go anywhere else!

I recently had the pleasure of taking our senior feline in for a check up and Dr Pressley was Spectacular! Our family's feline had not been feeling well of late and Dr Pressley diagnosed her and presented all of our options. I would definitely recommend Brookdale animal hospital and Dr. Pressley to anyone looking for a very caring vet.

I feel very comfortable sending my fur babies to this vet. The staff so far were extremely polite, caring and patient. The doctor took time to calmly listen and answer any questions I had, I didn't feel rushed. At this time, I feel confident in referring this company to any pet owner.

A big shout out to Laurie and staff at the front desk!!! My prescription cat food that I ordered online got held up in Kansas and I was out of food for my sweet Fionn. I had checked all over town with no luck. I spoke to Laurie and she was able to work her magic and sell me a bag that was for another client. Thank you to that person for so graciously allowing me to purchase her bag. My Fionn and I are very grateful!!!

Hands down the BEST veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Hawkes diagnosed our sweet 13 year old Shih Tzu, Mabel, with a heart murmur at her very first visit after we moved to Harrisburg. Our previous vet had never even mentioned a murmur. We only got about 7 more months with her after her diagnosis, but I am so grateful for the almost weekly care Dr. Hawkes provided to give us that long! She is spot on with all of her diagnoses and she LOVES animals with a passion I have never witnessed before.

Friendly staff Close to home

I'd never used Dr Pressley because I thought he was too far away. I needed dental work for my cat and his quote was HALF of another vet, plus he was HIGHLY recommended. His consult fee was half too. When he did consult, he made a lot of time to explain everything. When he did the surgery, there were several follow up calls and emails to see how he was doing. He genuinely cares too. I'll be using him as my vet now. Not because of the cost , but because of the care
