As a pet hospital the staff don’t seem to care about your pets needs even in dire circumstances. I visited this pet hospital yesterday around 4:30pm my dog was really sick and I was told to go somewhere else because they were closing soon(but their closing time is 6pm).Very unprofessional even in times of an emergency, due to this Benfield locations negligence of my dogs needs I had to go home with a sick dog and schedule an appointment with a different pet hospital. As a pet hospital you expect kindness and compassion towards your dog but unfortunately this place shows none of those qualities. Finally if everyone is wondering why I came to Benfield instead of making a trip somewhere else I was recommended Benfield by one of my closest friends so I trusted it and thought all locations would be good considering the 4.0 rating at this location. If your dog is in need of medical attention please take them somewhere else and not here it’s a waste of time for you and your pup.

My pup has been seeing Dr.Flynn since I first got him 2 yrs ago. He treats Woody ad if he were his own pup. They have a bond. Whenever I have a concern I can call or go in and my concern is always addressed. I have the wellness plan and it had saved me a lot of money and has helped in taking good care of Woody. Plans are different and different prices. I fully trust Dr. Flynn and Dr. Mac.

I am so grateful for Dr. Ponds and her team at this location. She goes out of her way to provide exceptional customer service and she is SOOO NICE! Thank you Doctor! -Ophelia and Frank :)

My dog was sick and they fit him for blood work and took great care of him. He is back to his old wild self again.

With 2 AKC German Shepherd "Kids" I take thier Health & Welfare VERY SERIOUSLY, and Banfield has been My Pet Healthcare Provider for over 15 Years... Dr. Mac and the Other Vets & Staff have been the Medical source of My Kids Happiness... The Rest is PROUDLY MINE!!

It's difficult to communicate with experts who knows everything. All pets do not submit to everyones will, nor should it be expected for every pet to do so. Veterinarians could/should be more considerate of this. If a pet is not having a good experience, or is fighten by the experience, the vet and staff should seek alternative methods of administering medication. I'm some cases, especially with larger breed dogs, pet owners can assist the vet with minimum restraint. This would allow for a better overall experience for the pet, vet, and build a better relationship between the clinic and pet owner.

Sad sad because what’s going on in the world my pet has been going here for years literally he adores his doctor as I do of course like the rest of the country fell on hard times financially and got behind in the payments and not once did I ever miss a payment with them prior to Covid but because again falling into financial hard times because of what’s happening being laid off so and so forth not even one phone call not even a letter ..nothing from this company to offer any sort of help maybe just wipe some thing out on the account in order to get caught up ..nothing all they did and have done was turn my account over to collections yet still have someone call to set up exam appointments for comprehensive or vaccinations whatever it is I just think it’s sad because again the state of the country right now that no one asked for I mean no one stands in mine and says I want Cove it or I really am glad Covid is here ..the state of the world everybody is struggling financially... this is not the only company that has done this to me during this time and I’ve always been as I stated a faithful customer ... I have proof ..and again my pet loves his doctor.. I love his doctor... but to not be offered any sort of help whatsoever... heartbreaking ????

My wife set an appointment for 12pm they called us and confirmed for 12pm we get there at 12pm and they tell us the doctor is out we can see them at 1:30. We asked can we do 12pm tomorrow .... and there was no availability. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and confirming an appointment if you're not going to honor the appointment or peoples time. Not Professional.

Although my fur baby always tried to escape, when he comes out of the office he's happy!

Dr. Mac and Dr. Ponds treat our Binkie like family.

I have had ups and downs with them and they seem like they been slack with customer service amd the way they do business since the pandemic. The phones ring and no one answer moat of the time when I call. My dogs medicine did not get delivered due to changing him is no where to go!

Best vet services and my dog actually likes the vets there!

Ask for Dr. Pond,the entire staff is good but shes my wife & I Favorite..

Dr. Connelly, is the BEST vet! She is so accommodating and patient in explaining things to us. We drive 35 min just to see her. I would recommend her to anyone. We only trust our dog with her! She treats my baby just like her own and knows how to handle his anxiety! Wonderful wonderful vet!

Dr Mac is the best!

Dr really took her time to diagnose my cat. I appreciate that. My cat was well soon after our visit.

Dr Mack very pleasant and explain what going on and answer his calls back when l have questions about my Dog and the staff is great too.

Dr Melinda Connelly is the best!! We’ve been going to her from day 1 and I even tried out the other man in there but didn’t like him quite as much. She takes care of us and always lets us know she’s there to help. Treats my baby as if it were her own pupper, I love it!! Thank you so much Dr Connelly

Dr. McLaughlin is the ONLY one who has been able to work with my doggie, Maxwell! He speaks his language, goes beyond the usual call of duty, is quick, efficient and kind - the staff is efficient. exceptionally pleased with the service< always!
