Sometimes I think my dogs like it better at Pupsi than at home!

Take my dogs to day care every few weeks , but boarding them is Legit, I know they spend 1st half of the day outside in fence , then they get a hour break eat the food then go back outside again for a while. Perfect way to get them socialized with other dogs and tired at the end of the day. Also they take baths from time to time, and when and getting their nails trimmed, they do such a great job. Overall 100% recommend

The Pupsi staff is incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional making the decision to trust them with your pup(s) a simple one! They are very reasonably priced and respectful. If you live in the Raleigh area, I would absolutely recommend giving them a try as I doubt that you would be disappointed!

Our extended family at Pupsi is the absolute best and continues to be the reason I’ll drive 20min each way for our two Frenchies to get some extended playtime or when we go out of town. Thank you guys for always being so helpful and caring with our little buggers.

Loki has been going to Pupsi for years. Clean environment, very friendly staff. I would recommend Pupsi to anyone with a socialized dog, for integration with many other dogs and constant outside supervision. Don't be surprised if Trace is more concerned about the dogs' wellbeing than anything else,As it should be!!!! I highly recommend Pupsi!!!!!!

Pupsi is absolutely fabulous for anyone (like me) who is anxious about boarding. Other than immediate family, I’d trust no one other than the folks at Pupsi to care for my sweet one-year-old lab, Birdie. As soon as she sees me packing her food, she knows where she’s going. She gets so excited, runs around the house, and cannot wait to jump into the car. She LOVES it there and doesn’t even look back at me at drop off. I always get a bath with her stay as I know she’s very active with swimming and playing, and each time she’s come home impeccably clean, smelling great, and happy. Thank you so much, especially Trace, for always being so kind and accommodating! We love all of you!

My golden was wet when picked up. No interaction on how he did while in their possession… diagnosed with kennel cough 3 days later. Our puppy will pass on this place.

We loved Pupsi when we first started coming but too much has changed and we unfortunately had to find a new daycare. No longer offer an affordable daycare package- pricing is now one of the highest in the area but quality has gone down. Walk ins are a thing of the past have to have a reservation and they are challenging to get. Do not offer half days. My dog had a few times where he came home bloodied up- pupsi always brought it to my attention but happened a lot more than with any other daycare we have used…

These folks care about your pooch as if they were their own. Our old lady pup still loves to go and hang out when we need to board her for a weekend.

Pros: I usually board Sailor with her vet but they require a fee for play time and it’s only an hour or two a day so I wanted to find somewhere that really valued lots of play time for their pups so I decided to go with Pupsi. I found the online scheduling to be super easy and was very pleased that they had availability for sailor on such short notice. She’s a Belgian Malinois/ German shepherd mix and only a year old so she has LOTS of energy but she slept the entire 2 hour drive home after I picked her up so I know she got plenty of play time! Cons: The only con I experienced was a very strong odor coming off of her after pick up (at first it was almost a urine odor but when I got up close it was more of a bleach smell). I didn’t notice it at first but once we were in the car all I could smell for the 2 hour drive was this odor. A few minutes after I picked her up I also started breaking out in hives on my lower legs where she had been rubbing up against me out of excitement so there was definitely something on her fur/skin. I know they offer an exit bath but I was expecting her to just come home dirty and i could give her her normal bath but the chemically smell and reaction my skin had to it is a bit concerning. Im sure there is an explanation for this odor so I wasn’t completely put off about the idea of bringing her back to Pupsi in the future but to be completely honest after reading the responses to other people’s reviews I’ve definitely taken a step back from the idea. I didn’t have any interactions with rude employees/owners like others who have left reviews and I understand that it can be hard to read/hear criticism or complaints about something you put your whole life towards like a business but the responses ive read towards negative reviews on here come across very condescending and almost petty and have me second guessing the business.

The guy in front is rude. The staff leaves for hours while our dogs get put in kennels. Kennels are fine, but the pet’s stay is misrepresented. Do not get your pet groomed here either - terrible cut.

I have taken my dog Macie to Pupsi daycare for the last year and they have been great. My pup is so excited every time we pull up and their staff couldn't be nicer when we come in. Debbie and Trace at the front are so kind and everyone will know your dog's name within a week or two of taking him/her! The pricing is very reasonable and they are clearly very knowledgeable on caring for animals. I have used them for boarding as well and for the amount of space she got, I was very pleased with the price. I also love that when I board her there she got to spend the full day in daycare for minimal extra charge; some places I have gone to was WAY extra for her to be out in daycare. Overall I highly recommend Pupsi to anyone looking for daycare for their pup. They are the best.

Update: The company has responded saying masks are not required for personnel at the desk as they are 6 feet from customers. This IS NOT the case and there is no partition or glass. For those who are concerned about the spread of Covid please beware. This is false information. I also want to add, the remaining personnel have come to the lobby to retrieve and deliver dogs to their owners and they are not wearing masks. Why would a customer lie about this? They are providing inaccurate information and not following CDC guidelines.. BEWARE! A few things about Pupsi. 1) This facility for the dogs is completely outside. 2) The employees are not wearing mask and there is no protective glass or partition at the front desk. 3) They are also not dawning mask around the dogs. The CDC has stated they do have data showing that dogs can be infected by Covid. Lastly, the gentlemen who works the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning. PLEASE BEWARE FOR THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF YOURSELF AND YOUR PET!

The service at Pupsi is really great. Our dog used to come home exhausted after her gromming appointments. The place that we used to take her suggested that she should get groomed at a vet's office so that she can be sedated. We have been going to pupsi now for about 7 months now and we have not had a complaint yet! When we pick her up she is in her typical happy mood. We love that they offer doggy daycare and that we can easily see their avaliability online before calling.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!! **Read Pupsi’s Yelp reviews and you’ll see a truer picture of what this place is like.. experiences just like mine.** Bottom line, my dog received multiple injuries, came home smelling like bleach, and the owner is one of the most condescending people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. So sad this place is still open.

Our beagle puppy LOVES his time at Pupsi! He has been going there for daycare since we moved to Cary. We are thankful that we don’t have to spend our workdays worrying about our young, 10 month old with all of his puppy energy. He gets worn out from his time at daycare, typically ends up asleep on our couch within 5 minutes of getting home. All of the staff members have been great as well, it is so nice to have everyone know exactly who we are there for as soon as we walk in!

Chewy absolutely loves this place. As soon as he sees where we are he starts jumping up and down with excitement. After hanging out and playing all day, he will sleep for a solid 18-24 hours. Nothing like a happy, tired pup!
