I really expect better quality from Phydeaux. I got two toys for my dog from Phydeaux and both the toys got ripped apart in two days. They were not cheap toys, one was about $16 and the other was about $7. When I took it back the store representative said that it cannot be taken back because the toys are destroyed. I can expect toys for dogs to be torn up eventually, but in two days? Really? And you dont call that a defective product? They did not even offer me any replacement for my purchase. I am very disappointed with the quality of my purchase from Phydeaux. I used to go there frequently and used to buy a lot of stuff for my pets. I will think twice about going there now if this is the quality of their products.

What a big Store . So much to look at for every kind of Pet. Very clean, organized and the Staff is super friendly and helpful.

They have a huge selection of a lot of things! I will be going back and taking my dog to get a vest, walking/hiking vest, a big selection of those too.

This was my first time in Phydeaux and sadly we probably won’t be back. The store is very well set up and they have so many neat things that our frenchies would love, but the customer service is severely lacking. At no point did any of the employees acknowledge me, ask if I needed any help, or even say hello to my dog. When I went to the checkout counter one of the women just stared at me until I said “I’m all set” and barely said anything to me aside from the price and asking if I wanted a receipt. She didn’t even respond when I said thank you. These are simple human interactions that take little effort. I’m bummed that it just left with a sour taste in my mouth.

Great location, awesome store. They have everything you and your pet need. Pretty big store with a huge collection of everything, chews, toys, harnesses, pet food. By far they have the best of pet food in the whole area. Staff is friendly, most of them are happy to help you pick out the right stuff.

My experience on the phone with Mike was extremely helpful. However, in person the same day was subpar. When I walked in, the ladies who worked there never greeted my dog. Now of course I am bias that my sweet Tripod Beagle is the most adorable pup, but no one greeted her. There was not a warm welcome or kind vibe there. I won't go back, sadly. This was the vibe I have been told about from several of the workers there but have incredible inventory. After this experience and one before, I will stick with other locally owned businesses. This is always those reviews that are a bummer to write that are ones that reflect the rumors or experiences people have told me about. Customer service is everything.

They've got all the good stuff there, and good hours too.

Phydeaux has been one of my favorite pet shops for years. Happy, knowledgeable staff, and excellent pet food and toys. What more could you want?

1000/5 stars if I could! This feels like a store that was made by actual pet owners rather than a corporation trying to make money. There are a million different options for toys, harnesses, leashes, collars, food, treats, everything for dogs! (Idk about the other pet sections bc I only have a dog). A petsmart rope toy lasts a few days for my dog, but Phydeaux rope toys last months! And it’s cheaper ;) The staff is very friendly and always ask to pet my dog first. They’re also very understanding of rescue dogs that are better left alone lol

Friendly service. This place has been a lifesaver through the pandemic. Their pick-up and delivery service is stellar.

I'd be amazed if anyone could find something they don't have for pets here. This place is huge, well stocked, has great customer service and competitive prices. A must visit for pet owners!

This store had an incredible selection of dog collars, leashes, and harnesses. I've never seen anything like it! We only shopped for dog stuff, but I did see cat and bird stuff. Their staff were so sweet to our dog and very helpful and polite to us. Also an awesome selection of unique dog treats and food!

What a great pet shop! Amazing supplies, variety and selection, with reasonable prices. If you need pet food, snacks, dog beds, ADORABLE leashes, etc. this is a fun place to go and shop. (Also feels great to support and independent business:)

One of my favorite place in the area! They have an incredible selection of food, toys, beds, furniture, you name it! I always walk my dog there and enjoy browsing for hours. 1. They are leashed pet friendly, bring your furbabies there and let them choose their own toys! (Just keep an eye on them not to steal the snacks on the open shelfs) 2. They have incredible selection of foods, also really good prices as well, sometimes even better than chewys and petsmart, etc. 3. They have some really cute hand-crafted wool pet cave, usually on the top of shelves is where the fun things will be! 4. They are connected to local rescues and accept donations. If you have some food or toys your furball does not like, you can bring them there and choose a rescue to donate to! 5. Their staff are always really helpful and welcoming, it is easy to tell how much they love animals If you are in the area, drop by and you will definitely like it!

Staff at Phydeaux were very helpful as I struggle in my efforts to raise a German Shepherd puppy. Great recommendations for teething toys and chewables, and incredibly friendly to my girl when she got her shots and was able to visit. I'm happy to give a local store my business, especially when they so obviously care about their customers.
