As a long-standing customer of PetSound Animal Clinic, I must say that I am truly disappointed in the failure of Dr. Stewart and staff to accurately and timely process the needed paperwork for our pet's overseas travel. The error-filled vet records sent from PetSound to the USDA resulted in costly delays and rebooking of our travel arrangements. When confronted with these unacceptable errors and exorbitant travel charges, PetSound dismissed all accountability. After reading all previous reviews for PetSound, I anticipate that my concerns will be simply dismissed and glossed over with a canned excuse. If overseas pet travel is in your future, please seek a vet who has done the proper homework, for the appropriate travel destination.

Professional, compassionate care for both my aging sick kitty and his overprotective, worried mom!

Both veterinarians are wonderful and really care about pets. I do not like that no one is able to come inside many months after Covid and vaccines are so readily available. All staff should be fully vaccinated so that people are able to have a more effective vet visit. I do not appreciate sitting in my car in 95 degree heat and not being able to relay my concerns about my pet while being checked out. No other vets have lobbies closed.

Love Dr. Monce! I have been taking my pets to him for years. He is very knowledgeable and honest. My Lexie is in the hospital at this time. Dr. Monce calls me everyday on Lexie's progress. Another great thing about Dr. Monce is he takes so much time with pet owners to explain everything that is going on with their pets. You never feel rushed when in his presence. He is the best vet I have ever used. I highly recommend him.

PetSound Animal Hospital is more than a vet clinic. It’s staffed by people who genuinely care about your pet. Dr Monce and Dr Stewart have been taking care of my girl for the past six years. On August 18th, 2020 we rushed her to PetSound after she had an emergent event. When we arrived, they took her quickly to be evaluated and treated. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we couldn’t be inside the building, but they kept in touch with us via phone at every lab result, gave us a run down of what procedures would be done and how she was doing. She was always surrounded by love when we couldn’t be there, and that gives my husband and I peace. I can’t thank Dr Monce, Dr Stewart and the rest of the PetSound team enough for the care over the years for my girl. Please consider them for your veterinary needs. They are an incredible team.

At the end of the day what really matters concerning visiting the vet? It doesn't matter if the staff is not always the best, it doesn't matter if the vet teks are nice or not... what matters is if the VET had the knowledge and skill to diagnose and treat your pet so that at the end of the day you get to bring them home! Dr. Monce has both the knowledge and the skill and has now saved the life of two of my dogs. He has done some of the most complicated surgeries in our area and is determined to keep pets healthy and vigilant when they are not! Everything else is for the birds! It's worth noting that his staff is lovely also❤️

They took great care of my cat. He spent one night there and when I picked him up, they wanted me to bring him back in for monitoring the next day, which was a Friday. They said they wanted to be extra sure he was going to be okay throughout the weekend without any further issues and they didnt even charge me anything additional for the monitoring on Friday. I really felt like they really cared about my baby's well being while being considerate to my budget. And although vet bills arnt cheap and I still spent a bit of money on this kitty, what they ended up charging was very reasonable. For example they quoted me for a procedure he didnt end up needing (thank god) but it was 1/3 of the cost that VHS-Cary(emergency vet) wanted for the same procedure.

Both Dr. Monce and the staff were quick and very helpful. Dr. Monce came out quickly and gave really great advice on my dog and was very nice and pleasant about it. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the service I received.

I brought my boy Binx in yesterday due to him getting a fish hook stuck in his cheek. They took very good care of my boy and kept me updated and worked with me through everything. He is now back to his crazy little self. I want to say thank so very much for helping my boy.

I have seen Dr. Monce several times in the past, and he is wonderful, caring and very knowledgable. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment if the office staff does not deem it appropriate. It apparently does not matter if you have been a patient, nor does it matter if it is an medical necessity, the office staff makes those decisions. Several years had passed since I was a client and I tried to get an appointment for my new animal. Denied!! They would not even take my name the second try, just told me that Dr. Monce was too busy to see new patients. The first two times I was willing to consider it a one off experience, but now it is a pattern. Turns out if you do not have a rescue for a pet (never mind if you have had several rescues previously) then you are not allowed to be seen. And woe to you if your animal is pregnant (even if the cat came to you that way), well, you are out of luck because the office staff and even a couple of the technicians will treat you like a criminal. Good luck to those who wish to try and receive services, Dr. Monce is terrific, if you find a way to be allowed to see him.

Today, we laid our sweet dog Brewser to rest. From the beginning of this journey, the staff has been caring, concerned and willing to help us with our needs while making this very hard decision. Upon arrival today, they took care of the necessary paperwork immediately and allowed us then to spend time with Brewser in the sweetest area away from the regular exam rooms. They had books about losing a pet laying around, comfortable couch and chairs, blankets, and even a candle lit in the corner. Kate, the technician, who we’ve known since going to the Hospital, came in and spoke of the process. She was unbelievably kind, sweet, and very, very gentle with the entire process. I can not thank them enough for making our good-bye a little easier!

best vet place around. Very knowledgeable veterinarians who don't try to scam me out of money by giving you unnecessary tests or treating with ineffective medicine. Staff is very nice and pleasant. Never had a issue getting appointment even if it was a urgent. Would recommend this to anyone

Best vet I have been too! They were very loving and truly want what is best for your furbabies! The did a full work up on both my dogs and I have never seen my dogs take so well to being examination, it's normally always a fight especially with my old man. They really know what they are doing! My little one ended up having a bad reaction to one of her shots we brought her back in in a complete panic and they calming took her got her fluids and steroids to stop the reaction and monitored her for a couple of hours and then the VET herself not the receptionist or a tech the vet called to check in on us.

Best vet for elderly dog care. Dr Monce gave me all the options for treating my dog's sarcoma, & recommended NOT putting him through surgery at his age. Many other vets would have seized the opportunity for a major "cash grab"! And when I had to put my dog to sleep, I discovered they had a "goodbye" room with a couch, bereavement pamphlets, & most importantly, a comfy sherpa pet bed for Tater to lie on. I am still blown away by the care they took in making that final transition easier for both me & my dog. Thanks again, Petsound & Dr. Monce.

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. I live an hour away with no traffic. I have shared my story earlier but I couldn’t figure out how to do the star rating. My Rottweiler had an abscess that became resistant to the antibiotics she’d been on and off for over 8 months. Her face became extremely blown up as to where you could not see her eye. I sent pictures to Pet Sound ( they had never seen any of my pets) they had me bring her in and did surgery that night. They took out over 200 ML of Infection. Five days later over the weekend the tissue started dying on her face. I took her back and after a second surgery and many stitches and 45 days of the proper antibiotics. My girl looks like her beautiful self and only has a few hairs left to grow in. I wish I lived closer. But I will not hesitate to bring any of my dogs to them again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel they saved my dogs life. For as bad as she looked she looks amazing!

For a little while while I had her, Soos was everything to me. A good cat with a good character and personality. Petsound took good care of her, and I was blessed by their attention to her needs.
