They stay open til 8 p.m :-) it's a little bit of a drive from Durham but not to bad! Their staff is so helpful and friendly. They sell live feeder mice

They always have great prices and amazing selection. Also unlike a lot of pet stores the employees are super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love my PetSmart in Cary off Walnut Rd. I am disabled and regardless of how busy they are, they always either stop to help me retrieve items, get them to the register and out to my car or immediately radio someone else to meet me to help. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. I've never felt as if I was bothering them. I do not recommend their grooming salon however, this review is solely for the store. Please do not take your furries to any of their salons. One location killed my friend's pom and I've personally seen a groomer at this location get frustrated with a smaller dog and yank them. I reported them to management but their windows are mostly covered now so I don't know if the groomer is still employed there or not. The store itself and the store employees are great.

Irresponsible, inconsiderate and maskless. That about sums-up my experience. Five of the six employees were maskless. That contrasts with the fact that every customer I saw was wearing one. It's disgusting that this store, it's management and its policies place zero regard for the health and safety of our community. The Town of Cary has quite a few options for pet stores. Simply put, we will NOT return to a store that is this irresponsible and this inconsiderate.

Petsmart is petsmart regardless of where you go. If they carry it at your location then they will have it in a petsmart in any city anywhere. Dependable and easy

We are not from the area, we were visiting family. So we stopped in and it is a very cute place and very friendly people. We purchased several items while we were there and I feel the prices were reasonable if were ever in the area again and need something I would definitely go back

Yesterday was my first visit and I will most definitely be back! I went in specifically for the freshwater fish and I was blown away by how incredibly clean EVERY single tank was. Not a single tank was dirty. The water was clean and free of algae. I've never seen such a good variety of fish in a store that doesn't exactly specialize in fish. I was greeted by welcoming staff and was taken care of. What perplexed me most was the fact that I did not see a single fish with any sign of sickness (ich, dropsy, etc.) in any tank. I also found a good variety of decorations both natural and artificial. I would like to recommend to the store to please carry more natural decor such as driftwood and coral rocks please! I purchased every Bosemani rainbow in stock and a TON of community fish. All are happy and healthy!!

The staff were VERY helpful. Went above and beyond. Helped me find everything from catnip to my partner. lol. Also great costumes for Halloween. Haha. But really, great people and good selection of products.

Bring my dog here for his treats and food the place is clean and the employees are helpful.

I love their gourmet doggie treats! They are the perfect way to remind a neighbor that you are thinking about them even if you cannot see them. You can place them at their door or in their mailbox and when they walk their dog you can see their smiles.

Unfortunately I spent over 200$ on rabbit and supplies here. Just to find out couple months later my rabbit has earmites. According to the Vet he had it when got him. There is no other way seeing that he is an indoor rabbit that is housed alone.. no way this place didn't now he had it, if not they should do check before selling. Now I have a vet bill..do better. Have 2 stars because people in-store were nice both times I was there

Great service when certain employees are working. They ask questions to be sure customers get what they really need .. it is frustrating to visit a store and get awesome service and return to that same store and receive terrible or no advise. But it's always best to do your research first anyway.

Great raw kitten/cat food choices that is already prepped for kitten/cat food diet versus bagged, high carb, medical producing comorbidity, dry, free feeding cat food. My adolescent cat loves the various choices, the lamb, rabbit, salmon and chicken with ground up bones and she stays fuller longer! By my observation of her behavior compared to when I initially gave her dry food.
